Went in 5 minutes ago searching for Oatly yogurt. They only have alpro coconut or alpro soy. I asked Sadie, and she took me around the store searching for other oat product that could be a good substitute. We couldn't find an oat one so I ended up buying the coconut one. She recommend that I go on coop's website and ask for them to carry the brand; and handed me a voucher with instructions on how to request this. 11/10 friendliness and customer service skills for Sadie. Many thanks for going the extra mile!!
I rang this branch of Co op and they cut me off twice. Don't expect much customer service there. Wow. Shocking.
