The conveyor belt is FAR MORE CONVENIENT to drive onto, rather than attempting to guide the vehicle's left front tire between two metal guide rails, which increases the possibility of throwing the vehicle's front-end out of alignment. Cobblestone Auto Spa (car wash) has other added bonuses included in the price of the car wash: 1. Shaded drying areas; 2. Powerful and easy-to-handle vacuum hoses; 3. High-pressure air hoses to blow standing water out of crevices. Other nice amenities include: 1. The car wash is on the corner of Cave Creek and Beardsley Road, which seems to be a safe and well-populated area; 2. The car wash is just a few hundred feet and across the street from Cave Creek Costco (think $1.50 hot dog and beverage). In the past, I kept hoping the Cave Creek Costco would open a car wash on their premise. However, that is no longer the case. I like the Cobblestone Auto Spa MUCH BETTER than any of the Costco's car washes in tbe Valley. Because, Costco's car washes don't have a conveyor belt system; free vacuums; a shaded drying area, and the hand-held air hoses for spot drying your car. By the way... the price for a "basic' car wash starts at just $5.00, and Cobblestone Auto Spa offers monthly memberships for even more savings.

Edited after a couple months: My car is white and brand new, I noticed after a couple washes that I was getting nicks in my paint on the sides, all the way down to the metal. I talked to the attendant about it, the only way they could avoid that happening is to take off the side spinners. I tried that, it solved the problem, but then noticed paint nicks on the hood. They said to turn off the top spinners. That solved that. Then, I realized my car wasn’t getting as clean and I really had to scrub to get everything off even after the car wash. I ended up just canceling my subscription to them. They are very helpful at that location though, such nice kids working there. Original Review: I looooved this car wash!! I got the highest level car wash for my first time and my car is still sparking and shining a week later even through these monsoons!! I’ve never been to a place that wanted to make sure everything was perfect for you! They did their ultimate best to make sure I had everything I needed. I love the free vacuums, blowers, and perfectly textured moist auto detailing towels to get all of the fine detailing!! The car wash was like a dance party for your car with all the flashing colored lights and colored soap! Fun ride through and excellent upkeep and attentiveness!! Highly recommend! So not only is this not a great wash, but they fraudulently put me on a monthly membership while telling me it's just a one-time charge for one month of unlimited washes. It happened at this location last October or November and they've charged me $20 a month ever since, it's apparently actually a recurring monthly thing and I have not given them permission to take funds from my account month after month. In fact, I called them in January when I realized they had charged me for 3 months already and told them about their fraud and they are still taking money from my account every month many months later! I've called them several more times to find that their automated phone system often doesn't work. Their outgoing message instructed me to go to their website to cancel, so this is obviously a common issue. Then the problem is that their website doesn't function properly and won't allow me to cancel. The bigger problems is that they will probably continue trying to take money from my account each month and they already owe me for several months. Someone needs to stop these thieves now. Do not do business with scammers like Cobblestone Auto Spa!

I took my truck here for a wash this past Saturday 6/25/22. The staff were packing vehicles into the car wash with not much space between them. When I got to the end of the car wash tunnel there were 4 other cars stopped in front of me at the exit trying to turn right onto Cave Creek. Luckily I was half way out, was able to shift into drive, and braked to stop. The car behind me was still on the car wash tracks and could not stop even though the driver was trying to. Their car was pushed into my trailer hitch and bumper, which caused my truck to move forward and caused damage to their front bumper. Both myself and the other driver filed incident reports and spoke with the manager Kimberly Nyswonger. She also gave us the name of her regional director Tyler Triska, as well as his manager Ryan Cahill. Since then, I have not received any communication and it has been 5 days since the incident. Very disappointed with the customer service and will not be returning to this location. It is poorly laid out and whoever was supposed to be watching the car wash and flow of traffic really dropped the ball.

GOOD JOB! $5 for a quick car wash!? Is it even worth it? YES!!!!!!! Started going to this car wash site do to unauthorized purchases being charged with my debit card three months in a row from a completely different car wash. Cobblestone Auto Spa; Phoenix has been amazing for me. I have gone 3 different times and have not been let down! Not only do u get a good wash for your car however they scrub your car as it goes in and put extra attention to problem areas. As you drive out there are two people that stand on your left and your right side of the car and hand dry any excess water. My side mirrors are no longer a issue for me after a car wash because these hard workers put them back in their proper position. Keeping me safe from any car accidents. Keep up the great work. I’m sure if the $5 option is this impressive I should try the other services that are all offered.

Previous review for over a yr: Best car wash award New review: Not very customer service savvy. I get it. People will take advantage and lie to get a free buff. But this time- something was on that neoprene spinny rag or something. Just asked for a free buff from their bigger store to fix these scratches i just got. Or even a free month or two of the membership. (I have the most expensive membership and have for almost 3 years) Manager was really nice but admitted theres nothing they could do. SO Heres why the not so good review. The sign that says “we are responsible for- etc.” Is a lie. We all despise companies that lie. Ill get these buffed out but now ill always feel a bit taken advantage of here. I have never ever ever had an issue here till now. Its been the best carwash ever. But they messes up and didnt own up.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because everytime I try to come in for a quick wash the employees try and sell me a monthly subscription which gets quite annoying. I've had one (subscription) in the past and it's definitely worth it if you wash you car at least 2-3 times a month. Plus you don't even really have to stop and roll your window down you can just drive right on in. (Another downside is you have to put a sticker on your windshield). They have a fairly large selection of washes ranging from around $5 to $20 (more or less) and free vacuums even if you don't pay for a wash. My personal favorite is the free-to-use rags they have at every stall. The car wash itself is very quick, even with a brief vacuum I'd say I spend probably less than 10 minutes here a trip.

Employee suggested going to a competitor to get my car washed, so that's what I'll do. The carwash and vacuums are fine. The deduct of 3 stars is because of their annoying policy of constantly pressuring you into their monthly payment plan. Today I pulled up and was greeted as always by an employee trying to sell me on their monthly wash plan. I politely declined twice, but he still kept pressuring me. So I asked why they used these tactics to annoy customers and he said it's his job. I suggested he let management know it was driving customers away and he suggested I go to any of the other competitor carwashes in the area. So if you don't like being harassed by pushy salespeople, then take the advise of their own employees and go somewhere else.

I just moved here and finding a good carwash was a top priority. I've been all over and I have found myself defaulting to this location- even over other Cobblestones! Actually, this is the first carwash I've even felt compelled to leave a review about! The manager is always grinding, replacing the complimentary drying towels (like legit microfiber towels and not the junk paper towel things carwashes usually have), picking up trash, or simply connecting with customers. The rest of the staff give the same effort and always greet customers with a smile. It's super clean, there are plenty of vacuuming bays, and I never feel like I have to get out and clean it myself like at some other places. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I leave a lot of reviews and not a lot of bad ones but I have to say at this car wash is very bad on your car's paint .I drive a brand new car so I purchased a membership but after 5 washes the brushes inside the car wash had almost completely remove the clear coat off of my car and now whole entire car paint is faded and the car looks old now. This car wash is way bad on your paint. The brushes are too rough and too hard on your car which is not necessary unless your car is covered in mud. I left two stars because the vacuums are good and I like that the towels are there afterwards but regardless of those two positives I won't be bringing my car there anymore because eventually my black car will be Mattae white.

I have been going to cobblestone car wash for over a year and half now and my buddy whose car I use pays monthly for the unlimited washes yesterday I get the car wash and go dry it noticed that my tires was not shine like usual I went to manager and she said none of the wash packages came with tire shine. So I showed her what my buddy pays and a pamphlet showing it comes with tire shine. She was like that’s an old pamphlet. She gave me the corporate number to call and never did anything to please costumer about the change with out notices. I’m just saying they should grandfather in people who are for certain packages and expecting certain things in them not just change with out notices.

--- after 3 years, I'm still going - - - lately there is a chap named "Jacodi," I think... always has a smile and changes your mood and makes you feel good for getting the car washed (life is short, people who make you smile are game changers!) - - Continues to impress. They have been consistently on top of things since they opened this location. The people are helpful to anyone who is there for the first - this keeps anyone from slowing down the line. I got a new windshield and they were able let me through and then I went back and the manager got me a new sticker. Love the clean towels, free vacs, etc. I like having a clean car and this gives me a place to make it happen. THANK YOU!

They broke my passenger mirror and the management could careless! If the cost of a mirror to them is worth loosing a monthly customer and bad reviews, so be it. Update, I since have wrote a letter to corporate explaining situation, it’s now the end of the month, almost 3 weeks ago, still not a word back. Ride at your own risk, Heard back from them and they said by looking at some video it shows my Car was damaged prior! Umm seriously? No it wasn’t, but that’s the kind of business you wanna run, so be it. Honestly is always the best policy! Sure glad this will be covered under warranty. Public this place is trash

Quick and easy. I did request a new membership sticker bc I believe they placed it too low on my windshield but the guy said no. He said it wasn't the placement of the sticker that results in the reader not picking up the signal, his opinion was that it's due to it being a Tesla. I indicated that the sticker is already on the outside of the window so there would be no interference from the windshield as there would be IF it were on the inside of the car. The dude should've just issued another sticker so I could place it in a better spot. That was the only issue with this location hence the 4 stars.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. I had a horrible experience 3 weeks ago. My back windshield exploded in the drying area and damage was caused to the rear spoiler at the location of Cave creek and 101, My kids were in the back seat and no one even asked if they were okay, they couldn't even help me tape my window not only that but they won't cancel my membership and trying to get a hold of someone is impossible. As a frequent customer I am very disappointed with the way they treat their clients and the demeanor to handle incidents that happen in their car wash.

This car wash location opened up recently, giving a good discount for starting subscription service. They have plenty of vacuum stalls for cars. I also like they have two type of vacuum attachments and works well on carpets. The car dries well (longer than usual air drying on the belt) and looks and feels clean. Reducing a star as I dont think all the car wash options are working as expected. I have been there 4 times, and the tire shine device while rotates does not make any contact with the car tire. Hopefully these are just startup kinks and will get ironed out over time.

Deceptive Sales Practices: I periodically go to this car wash but not often enough to want an unlimited pass. I have always been pleased with the experience. Last month I was hounded (as always) by someone trying to sell me an unlimited plan, only this time they said they were running a promotion to get one month of washes for the price of the wash today, telling me there is no reason not to do this! Turns out that it was for more than just a month, I am being billed on a recurring basis, now at full price. I'll find somewhere else to go moving forward.

Had a car wash yesterday. It appeared that the rinse was not working properly. When I checked right after the car wash, and the car was still wet, it looked ok. I got home and the soap streaking was evident. I went back to get a rewash today. Attendant was polite, called his manager and was told that "sorry, you should have checked with us yesterday." They would not rewash unless I paid. Unacceptable. I will not go back.There is another newly remodeled car wash a 1/2 mile North that will get my business from now on.

I had the pleasure of going here to get my car washed while on a lengthy road trip I was extremely tired and just needed to have my car washed before settling in , I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the friendly welcome from all staff , but most specifically Chelsea Koback was very helpful and attentive to every need that came along with the car washing service. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for great service and efficient cleaning of your car.

The only concern is that when they are even slightly busy (2or 3 cars) they will stack the vehicles closely together. With the newer cars, you have to apply the brake in order to change from neutral to drive. The extra second or two that this takes is going to cause the following car to hit the leading car. It is easy to fix, set a line on the ground that the leading car must cross before loading the next one on the conveyor belt. I have asked them to spread things out, but they don't do so.

I have always passed other car washes to find a Cobble Stone. Unfortunately I came across someone at the Cave Creek and Tatum location that went out of their way to offer horrible customer service. The same person who actually took my credit card to pay then shut down the vacuum 10 minutes later at 6 pm before I could use them. He did not even offer to reimburse my money. He did not give me the courtesy of approaching me as I had to chase him down. I would suggest a different location.

The person over here offered me a one-time unlimited plan which expires at end of the month and does not renew. I explicitly asked him if this is subscription based as I was not interested in one. He assured me its just one time as will not charge again. Now, I am getting charged monthly for unlimited wash which I have not signed up for anywhere. I even submitted a request to cancel my membership and I was assured its done but I got charged again. These folks are frauds. Be careful!

Car wash stopped 4 times. Went told attendee. Asked for a credit or refund! He said no, you can go through again. There were 6 cars backed up had to go to WORK! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called never got a call back. Will lose me along with many others. Update as of 3/8/2022. Was asked for a way to reach me. Gave email. Was answered back next day that management from that location will get in contact with you. STILL WAITING. WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SAD.

FREE VACUUMS!!! Spacious parking to vacuum. Car Washes prices range from $15, $12, $9 & $7. Vacuums have strong suction, so they suck. Restroom is available as well as two vending machines. Drive through automated car wash. Car wash has windows for viewing cars run through. On site office so there are workers to address any concerns. New business and I was very impressed. Want to try the car wash and not sure what the Unlimited option pertains to. Looks fast and easy though.

I'm actually use this car wash because they stock damp towels for use which really help in cleaning the car. The prices have recently risen to what I think is a little high. Only bad experience i had was my credit card being compromised after handing to the attendant for the monthly special sign up thus the three stars... Yes I reported it to them but recieved nothing in return for the inconveniences other than an apology... Loss of star but I am a satisfied customer.

If you’re a long standing unlimited plan customer and are considering the new family plan offer, DON’T FALL FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH. I had a great rate locked in on an unlimited plan for my wife’s car. I went in to add my truck and get the family plan discount. They made me cancel my original plan to create the family plan, and only after did they say they would not honor my rate for my first car. What a shameful business tactic and how deceitful to loyal customers.

Love this location. Quick access to the freeway and Costco so I can fill up with gas after my car is sparkling. The conveyor belt wash provides easy drive thru service and I can go from a filthy car to a bright clean in just a few minutes. Plus the vacuums and mat holders provide the opportunity to take some extra time to make sure the inside is good for getting all those crumbs and pebbles that find their way in. Fast pass unlimited is the way to go!

Excellent. I have a bike rack and wanted to know if I could drive through with it. They came out to look at it and said sure, they'd do a fast track or something (I don't know what it was called, just so some of the brushes wouldn't be used). I made a mistake and forgot to put my car in neutral......embarrassing, but they were so understandable and directed me back to the start. This is the best location I've used so far. Great guys!!!

On my first visit. I was greeted by a friendly, professional attendant who asked me if I had been there before. I told him, it was my first time and he offered cost for one-time wash options and monthly unlimited car wash membership and first month special. I love the cleanliness of the facility, great powerful vacuums and slightly damp micro-fiber clothes available for use.

Very rude attending staff. I washed my car, and it came out very soapy and didnt even have the back dryed. I find that for 15 dollars, that is unfair and unsettling. Car wash attendants rushed everyone in, not stopping to check that windows are closed. It was my first time here, and definitely my last! I wouldnt go back here, even if I would get free service.

Scratched my new car pretty bad. Rarely anyone to help me so I would scan my barcode on my own. Tried to cancel my plan. When you call, it routes you to the website and you fill out a form that is very difficult to find on their site. It was easier to cancel with Full Circle! I even changed my bank card and still getting charges. $255 so far.

Car wash is very clean! Membership pricing is amazing starting @ $9 - 1st month, $17 thereafter! Staff is amazing! This was my 3rd visit at this location- All great experiences. Joe went above and beyond to help me with membership pricing. Definitely ask for him if you have questions or need help. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

Great wash and the vacuums work great. They always have clean towels to use. The only downfall is the wipes they provide for the interior discolored my dashboard. I wouldn't recommend using the wipe on the interior of your car. I wiped my dashboard down once and now it's white. Nothing I've done to fix it has worked yet.

Prices have gone up. However, car was washed well, polite personnel and equipment worked well. Other companies I've used the free vacuum may or may not work well. To me, what stood out the most, is they "provide" a wipe down tissue for the dash/interior and a damp microfiber cloth that cleans glass without streaking.

I gave Cobblestone Auto Spa a 5 star due to how clean my car was upon exiting the wash, no dingy residue on the exterior. An added bonus they have towels and all the necessary equipment to complete the job. I highly recommend you try this place out and see for yourself the difference. The service team was great too!

I am glad the positive comments outweigh the few negative ones as I have been completely satisfied with this car wash. It is close to where I live and having unlimited makes it nice to get my car washed whenever it needs a bath. And their management and helpers have always been nice and friendly. I love this place.

I'm generally a fan of Cobblestone washes but this one is not good. Took my car through there and then had to hand wash it when it was done because the windows ended up with a greasy residue from the wash "mops". In general it seemed like it didn't use much water which is great if it works but this didn't, avoid.

This location has Amazing Vacuums!!! They actually work well! The air pressure guns were very low on pressure. It was a waste of time trying to use it to clean anything. BUT the vacuum suction made up for it! And the towels were Very moist and kept ready. Not dried out like a few other locations.

I recently took my car in for a wash, first time here. Chelsea was very helpful through the whole thing. Love that they have clean towels and air fresheners. This location is by far the cleanest I have seen. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be back for all my future washes!

Great car wash.. I purchased carnauba wax by paying additional to car wash as i dint apply wax from quite sometime. I don't see any difference between normal car wash(frnd opted for this) and wash with wax. Great vacuums. Overall rating 3 for same reason else I would have given 5. Thanks

This car wash has power washing and good service. I came here to remove some exterior stains that other washes couldn't remove. I paid for the best exterior service at $15. As the guy told me, 'The more you pay the more suds you get.' It was so true and it worked perfectly! Thank you.

One of the better car washes in Phoenix. I saw an employee and he didn't even ignore me he immediately asked if I needed help and how I was doing! Great service! Also the only car wash I've ever seen them bringing out fresh blue towels! That's quality if I've ever seen it.

Just got hired here and no one told me my hrs,no one told me what day to start .that was the first red flag ,then I just show up to see if and when I work and I've been in the lobby for over an hour now and no one has given me any information strike two .

I have the unlimited membership and thanks to the convenient location, I definitely get my money's worth. They have powerful vacuums, compressed air hoses, and even provide drying towels. Bays are kept clean and the roll-through wash does a good job.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. They are constantly cleaning up around and checking if the all the vacuums are working properly and all the other machines, and making sure if all the rags are full and clean.

Staff is helpful and always friendly- since I go thru at LEAST 4 times a month I finally just got the monthly membership for 16 bucks. Its the Basic pkg but gives your car a full bubble bath and spot free rinse- totally worth it!!

I travel the 13 miles for this specific carwash because of the belts that runs my truck through. I simply drive on them its not like other ones thats pressing my tire next to a matal bar. The free towels great suction vaccuums too

Dryers don’t finish the job so you have to wipe down your own car after. Vacuum in stall had house leak so no suction. No one around to inform of problems. This place started out strong but has gone downhill lately.

This is a great location. I can pop in before I get to the Costco. I love Cobblestone's new option of having the little blue towels to help dry off. The only issue is it has one outside bathroom

Love this car wash. They have plenty of lint free damp rags to wipe down your interior and compressed air to blow out all the hard to reach places. Vacuums are strong too. Next to Costco bonus.

Great spot to wash your car - I love the conveyor belt set up because of the aftermarket wheels my car has. There is no way to scuff up your wheels are still coming here is a must for me!

Loved that they offered several days of free car washing. My SUV was not only clean, but really dried. Their vacuum hoses are to die for. Strong suction makes for shorter cleaning time.

Love this car wash! Really leaves my car clean, they have microfiber towels there to use for free, and the vacuums have great suction. The vacuum area is also clean and shaded.

Excellent car wash for drive thru and self serve vacuum and compressed air with towels. Car wash runs on a conveyor belt so no wheel damage. Clean and maintained.

My go to place for washes since it's down the street. Only knock is the clean towels that have been leaving big white streaks on my cars panels and windows.

This is probably the best car wash I have ever been too. It's always clean and easy to use. Also the towels they offer for you to use for free is awesome!

I purchased the highest price wash and it has no wheel shine! The wash still left bugs on the front. Not impressed! I'll stick with Quick Quack.

Terrible job on a works wash! Had to wash twice and still subpar. Will never go again or recommend! Had to re vacuum again and wipe down inside!

The worst carwash ive ever been. Dry towels are soaking wet. Car was barely dry. Soap suds all over it. Windows filthy. Never come here!!

Had 2 memberships there and trying to cancel both has been challenging to say the least. I wouldn't recommend them for any memberships.

The premium package was supposed to clean my tires better than it did I had to personally get a wet whip rag and while them off

It's a good car wash. Not full service, just exterior, although there are vacuums available.

They are awesome, I love that they provide clean towels to clean/ dry you're car with.
