This is the BEST 24hr laundromat in Melbourne! Yes, 24 hrs! I’ve been to many throughout the years in all suburbs….but this the is the BEST! Why? There are many reasons: 1. I’ve been coming here off and on for 4 years & twice the card readers had errors & wouldn’t work. I called the mobile number on the wall, between 11pm - 1am & both times the owner answered immediately, was extremely polite & pretended he didn’t mind being woken at this late hour. He reset the computers for the card readers remotely enabling him to fix everything within a few minutes. His CUSTOMER SERVICE is exceptional. 2.There are card readers on nearly every machine and really large tables for folding. 3. Did I mention it’s 24hrs?! Someone has to pay for all of that electricity, running day and night. Don’t complain about the surcharge, you are receiving an extra service. It’s not free for anyone. 4. It’s clean & bright. 5. The people the laundromat attracts are non-threatening & friendly, an eclectic mix. 6. There are usually magazines. 7. It’s not the cheapest, but I’m happy to pay for all of these pros. 6. It’s the best ! I love it, it makes my life easier. I’m busy and I’m a night owl… works perfectly for me. Thank you so much for this wonderfully run business!!

COIN MACHINE NOT IN SERVICE but you can use card as long as it’s not currently in use! Clean nice smelling laundromat. Was annoying that the coin machine wasn’t in service (see picture) but we used the dryer where you can pay by card. there are only two and they are massive for six loads! there is also a 20c surcharge for card. Very busy for 4pm on a Friday afternoon, we encountered five other people. Nice sitting bench and washing machine for pet related items. Bakery and cafes within walking distance!

Was great and highly convenient to be open 24 hours however the coin dispenser was out of order which was a bit annoying, however the machines accept card with a 20c surcharge when using a card. There was a service station around the corner that assisted me coins whilst I waited. The store has great decor and a variety of magazines and seating to offer you, as well as free wifi and power point plugs if you needed to charge your phone.

Have used this laundered now for a year. Love it and the owners are very sweet. But just a few things that it can mislead customers. They have a poster that says open 24hra but they just open until midnight where last wash is 11:15pm. Before there was free Wi-Fi but now they isn't free Wi-Fi despite written on their door. Other than these issues, this place is always clean and now you can use your card if you don't have coins

Wouldn’t know how this place is really as they can’t be bothered to fix the coin machine. As it has broken twice, and blames the customer with there lovely sign on the machine. Ended up just leaving as no way to easily get coin around the area and went to another laundromat. There loss in business and I’m sure I’m not the only one to leave and not come back.

Machines are fairly new and clean. Reasonable prices as well. There's even one machine for pet clothes which is perfect for pet lovers. Some customers commented $0.20 surcharge on card payment, that's only applicable if you tap into the machine (charged as credit card payments). If insert debit card, it's treated as normal eftpos without card fee.

The coin intake on the T-900 machine was broken. Took our $15 of coin but keep saying "Need $10 more". We couldn't even able to cancel and get the coins back and had to paid with credit card. End up paying $30.20 for a $15 wash. Editted: The owner called within 20mins to get it refunded. Really impressive with the service.

Filthy laundry. This is the first and will definitely be the last time I come here. Balls of hair and rubbish and clothes on the floor and dirty tissues on the bench where you are supposed to be able to fold your clean clothes. Yuck.

Clean, fast, a little expensive for the washing machines, - ranging from $6 to $9 to $15, dryers good at $4, easy access for parking but l did go about 9am on a Friday

Bit pricey, but they r open 24/7,and they hav options of paying by cash or card and there r options of different load sizes. Good location and nice and clean:)

Worst laundry ever, the washing and drying are shorter than it states, the clothed came out damped. Very dirty place as well. Never going there again

Washing loads are expensive ($12-$15) and no facility to use credit card (even though it looks like they are designed to work with cards)

Clean new machines. I had a machine issue and called the number. They answered straight away and fixed the issue remotely. Great service

This laundromat is in good location, it's clean, good light, and safe. In winter i come there once a week to dry clothes.

Love this new and clean laundromat. Their accept credit card payment is a plus as I don't have to fiddle with coins.

Has paywave :) seemed clean and new, $15 for the extra large washer (25 min) $5 for the extra large dryer (30 min)

As laundrette goes, no problems in using machines, plus it has a coin dispensing machine. No running around.

Very clean, great price and fast machines. Love the paywave option. Use at least once a week.
