We have bought 4 vehicles through Coffey Ford. The team have always been great to deal with. If I had to give a negative on Coffey Ford, I didn't get a Mustang loan car when I was in for my last service ***UPDATE - 22/01/2023*** I tried to create a new review, but apparently this is not possible. As such, here is an update. Yesterday (21/01/2023) I took delivery of my brand new Ford Everest Platinum. The vehicle is amazing and even earns the doggo seal of approval (see new pics). ***UPDATE - 13/07/2023*** Again, Google reviews insists I update my original review, rather than let me create a new one... On the 13th of July, I took delivery of my new Mustang. This marks our 4th purchase through Coffey Ford and again I can easily say that it was an easy and pleasant experience. I have re-read my original review each time I update it and I still feel it is accurate and a valid representation of this dealership. That being said, the cars are not the focal point. The focal point is Coffey Ford. I am yet to have a bad experience with Coffey Ford. I have read through many reviews and seen a few that seem to lash out. I am yet to experience any moment that remotely resembles those negative reviews. Upon arriving at the dealership, I have ALWAYS been greeted and asked if I would like a coffee or a cold drink. From there, when dealing with the sales staff, at no point have I EVER (I realise this is my 4th car and they know me now) been queried by those subtle questions that determine if I am worthwhile investing time in. Our first attempted purchase of a Ranger Wildtrak back in 2016 failed, we weren't in the in the position to get it across the line back then. Were we treated differently? No, we were treated like royalty, even after being told the finance couldn't be done. When we went back in, 2 years later, to try again at a Wildtrak, we were remembered. Were we treated differently? No, again, we were treated like royalty. That time, we got the Wildtrak across the line. The simple fact is as follows, I have 2 Ford dealerships closer to my house than Coffey Ford... Yet, we have bought 4 vehicles through them since 2018. A 2018 Ranger Wildtrak, a 2021 Transit Custom Sport and a 2022 Everest Platinum and a 2023 Mustang California Special. Why would I keep going back to Coffey Ford when I have closer options? They treat customers with respect and live off of the excitement generated by helping people get into a new car. You can tell they are right there with you through the experience and are just as hurt when the experience fails. They are still sales PEOPLE. We had a really bad customer experience with Coffee Ford Dandenong. Ford is such a useless car which gave us so many problems with its transmission error on which we spent lots of money & wasted our time on. Being this error a manufacturing defect Cofee ford was not able to help us in anyway at all instead they were passing the ball saying they are just the middleman & contact Ford directly. So disappointed on this dealership & their customer service. To find the defect in the car they charged us & then they ask as to pay to do the repairs. They said they lodge a claim for us with Ford which got rejected but when we contacted Ford directly, they said there's no claim that's been made by the dealer. We beg from public to think twice if you're considering buying Ford vehicles or thinking of dealing with Coffee Ford Dandenong. They'll be very nice to you till the time you buy from them not afterwards when you have issues. We also found out that Ford has so many recalls on their models & Class actions against them. We share our experience with public as we do not want another family to go through what we've been through with the issues we had with our car.

I recently purchased a second hand 2019 Mustang GT I had Danny and his team check over it and after they gave me the thumbs up I bought it, I then took it back to them to do the big service and extra such as transmission brake clutch and diff service to give me some peace of mind she now runs like a stream line butterfly, Danny and my service consultant Jayson were nothing but a pleasure to deal with very impressed with the work, considering I work on very expensive historic race cars and I’ve checked the work that was done I’m extremely happy, can’t recommend them enough will always use them from now on

We have now bought 2 cars through Coffey Ford with both experiences being outstanding. This time we had Richard Bignell look after us when we bought an X demo Escape. His service, communication and friendly nature was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and any question or concern addressed promptly. This team and dealership is where I go if i want a new ford and even travel a fair distance to get them to service the cars as well. I will be coming back again in the future and will be asking for Richard again because it is his service that stands out and for all the right reasons. - Clinton

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Coffey Ford. I had the pleasure of picking it up last Saturday. The entire experience trumped the 2 previous purchases due to the levels of great service and communication that Richard provided, not only on the day I ordered the car but for the 6 months following. Very disappointing service from Coffey Ford recently, considering how terrific they were when I first purchased my Ranger. Three times I have taken my Ranger back to Ford to rectify a fault of the vehicle failing to start, shutting off when shifting into drive from reverse and shuddering whilst driving and each time I have been told that the technicians could not "find any fault codes" and therefore I just have to put up with the issue. Incredibly disappointing, especially when the vehicle is under warranty, up with servicing and has never had any other issues.

I called them to get a price on a new Everest and the salesman told me to call in. I called up the following week to get a price and the lady told me sales manager wasn’t there. I told her I just want a price on the car as I called last week and they told me to call in. She said to go look online at the ford website to get a price and look at the car so I ended up leaving . I buy new cars quite often and have never experienced anything like this. I even had the deposit on me. I help a friend buy a car from here and it was a lot easier 4 years ago

Everest 2021.75 @30,000km. So far doing good. Service seems at a high level. Definetly the sales guy I always talk to is brilliant. Still remembers my name after 2 years. Loan vehicle excess is $2,000, and if you have a scratch even if other driver is at fault you pay the $2000, that you will most likely get back some time in the future.

Before make any deposit here just be compare the price and details with another dealer. They just want your deposit and make up any story. And when I find it out they are a lier. And want the deposit back they said why I wast their time working hard. Yes they working hard to rip me off.
