Bryan Moran, the paralegal assigned to my case, was incredibly responsive and patient. He always answered my phone calls and emails, was patient in his responses, and walked me through components of the case that I was not as familiar with. When at one point during the case process I was feeling frustrated with my injuries and the initial offer from the insurance company, both Jill and Bryan listened to my concerns and took my feedback to really advocate on my behalf. At the end of it all, I felt that I was offered an appropriate package and felt very happy with case outcome. Lastly, I should also add that they were down to earth people to talk to. All in all, Cohen & Cohen ultimately offered peace of mind for my otherwise stressful experience of a car accident.

I was "represented" by this attorney practice (Siri Palm) and was left mostly in the dark with hardly any communication. I would have to send multiple emails and calls before I got a response. In my opinion, the office has too many cases to handle, as my attorney constantly referenced being so busy, and my case was too small in compensation to be given it's true diligence. It took over a year for a case with no injuries or long standing treatment. And there may have been a possible breach of agreement and my attorney did not call to explain but emailed a vague explanation and proceeded to brush the incident under the rug. Update: Please do your research om this firm. They like to "appease" clients who had cases mishandled so their reviews are better. I did not update my review for a reason. I am still waiting on all of this to be cleared (started July 2021) due to the above attorney settling for the first offer and sending checks without reaching out to me first. She stated she would keep in contact with me until everything was settled. I haven't heard back since August. Yelp gives a better outlook on how certain lawyers treat the clients at Cohen and Cohen.

My experience was great with this company. From the beginning Lucas originally reached out to me about my situation and immediately started working and building the case for me. Lucas was fast and effective. At first I did my due diligence and I did research on this firm and I saw that it had amazing results and that was the reason why I decided to work with them.
