This Coles is the best Coles. It's humungous. They have like 5 kinds of mandarins. There's also chilled mochi you can just chuck in a container. There are also hot food places in the complex, and often a kindly beggar. Sometimes there are eccentric people in the carpark who yell at you for wearing a mask, or that you have a fine booty (not to me, to my friend). Oh, and once this very kind lady saw me and my friend waiting for the downpour to end and she GAVE US AN UMBRELLA TO KEEP. A really good one too! She saw us and brought it over to us. I still use it.

Has a wide range of products to choose from. At the moment Coles is expensive and the fresh produce isn't that great especially for the prices they are charging. And when staff are doing online orders/click and collect they never move aside to let you through and when stacking shelves there is rubbish everywhere on the floor and this is at midday. Staff can be pretty rude also when you need their help. But their are some wonderful staff who are always cheerful and happy to do their job!

Why the hell are you guys allowing, even CONDONING that beggar Gareth at the entrance of your store? Get him out of there! It is inappropriate and ILLEGAL. That's right, one phone call to the cops and he's out of there. Move him on or I will! For months, if not a couple of years, he sits there all day begging like a pathetic little puppy. I see your staff talking to him constantly so clearly you're all complacent. You have one week or I'm calling cops on him.

I visited your store on a couple of occasions in the last ten days Melbourne I was served by Grace and Simran and a couple of times by the assisted check out people whose names aren’t on the docket The service and friendliness of all was so evident to someone visiting from NSW Especially when I didn’t know the layout of the store and my companion has a slight disability Thank you Paul I hope you will forward my comments

this is one of the biggest and newest coles of Victoria. every other product is available. big big aisles with so many variety of products. one must visit this coles for weekly shopping. you can buy everything in one go. only problem is meat section doesnt have any halal meat available but it's available in campbellfield they should have halal section here as well huge digitsl parking outside the coles..

My local Coles. I loved it. Still do but so many items missing, not shelved, just can seem unorganised and chaotic. I know it's a larger operation but some independent stores like La Mana and saccas are more organised. Feels overwhelming seeing stock everywhere at times like the frozen section. Feel bad for team as seems like it is stressful at times.

I have never seen a more dirty coles. Their fridges are disgustingly dirty how about cleaning them. Also do you have to stock shelves when people are shopping. It was such a nice coles to shop at in the beginning now it stinks take some pride in your store. Wash some of your fridges please. Sorry but lm off to Essendon fields.

Deli staff on Sunday are more interested in having conversations between themselves than attending to customers. Very poor service when staff continuing having conversations whilst 4 or 5 customers are waiting to be served.

Worst customer service ever!! Couldn’t help me to find some product! Refused to looking for me in the computer.asked 3 workers! I don’t know if its the customer service in Coles branches. Fir sure wont back to this one!

We have just gone to eat our prawns purchased yesterday 06/04 and they are off, we'll be in tomorrow to get a refund. This is really disappointing because normally the produce is fresh and amazing.

Big variety of most things available. Some good bargains there to hunt for. I couldn’t find hot green chili. No halal meat available here. Ample space for parking.

This has to be the best Coles I've been to in the area. Didn't get quite busy on a Sunday but generally everything is organised its not long to wait in the queue.

Spaceful Coles with a wide viarity of products. The organisation, cleanliness and distribution of all the supermarket is perfect.

Not turning on all the lights before 11:30am every day, each time I went there, the part of light are off, so dark there .
