I am here with my friend, he is shopping some cheap food for his lunch. Have you ever dreamed of travelling to different places with your loved ones? Ofcourse we all do, who wouldn’t want to seek adventure? Explore new places, try out different cuisines but ofcourse it’s more worth it when you’re with your love ones, making memories worth keeping making them happy right? Ticking each one on your bucket list, be it in the forest, ocean, or wherever you plan or what to do because family is everything to us. All we ever wanted is a good future for them. As what JM Laurence once said, “It’s not what we have in life, but who we have in our life that matters.”

I was just in the store after finishing work at 7am. All the filth from under the shelves is swept out in to the food aisles, opened packets, squashed food and a thick layer of dust. A week's worth on Monday morning. I spoke to a staff member named Jonathon and told him it should be your first priority to remove the garbage from each Aisle as you already have customers in the store. It looks disgusting, the store opens at 6am and I left at 7.30am. The aisles were still littered, same again this Monday. Not as nasty but I took some photos for reference. Take some pride in your store.

i will never shop here again. today i saw yet again a worker called vivian berate a fellow worker infront of customers. she belittled him and clearly made him feel awful. i used to shop here alot but not anymore becasue everytime i go in and she is working she is rude and should not work in customer service. i can not support a shop that keeps people like her employed. she should definitely not have a job there. they need to rethink who they keep employed because she should not have a job in customer service or any job where you have to work with others.

Most important place around Southern Cross Station. It basically feeds everyone living near the station, including West Melbourne. They have many lower price products compared to Woolworths. But unfortunately their meat price is higher (and they never have half priced baked chicken sale) and they don’t have wide varieties of discount products during promotion period compared to Woolworths. I just go there, because it's close. That's the only reason.

While I was being served by the African hijabi checkout staff (who is always lovely) an extremely rude Indian lady cut me and asked her for change, instead of telling her to queue she just gave it to her quickly. Please tell your staff to stand firm against behaviour that has no place in Australia. I'm a foreigner myself from Türkiye but I've always been taught good manners.

Price gouging vultures, what they do is raise the price by heaps and then put it on special to try trick customers whilst raking in massive profits during a cost of living crisis. I do my best to avoid. I would recommend walking a few extra blocks and use Aldi instead and not support their greed.

Just wanna say thank you to the checkout assistant whose name is probably Jeremy(thats prob what it appeared on the name card ) He was sooo kind, patient and effectively solved all the problems I encountered at self-checkout. Thanks for you amazing customer service!!

It's your standard Coles. Some things aren't always in stock, at least they have numerous self service checkouts, and it's pretty quiet on the weekends.

The store has a wide variety of items for sale, including snacks, fresh produce, and hot food. The prices are very reasonable.
