I ordered click and collect online for the first time from Coles because woolworths online was down. I am totally disappointed: 1. click and collect waiting time was over 15 mins which is too long. 2. I didn't collect all items until I found Lavazza qualita Rossa coffee beans missing before I drove out of Narellan town centre car park. 3. I talked to the click and collect staff "Nick", he told me to call customer care to ask for refund as he won't be able to help me. 4. I went to counter with all groceries but I couldn't find invoice as I wasn't issued one, I had to show them my bank account transaction and order confirmation email. 5. The duty manger tried hard to find excuse for not prepared my groceries properly, finally brought me a bag of coffee "beans". 6. I found that I was given a bag of coffee ground when arrived at home which doesn't work with my coffee machine, I brought back to the store, Coles staff realized that the coffee grounds are labelled by mistakes. they actually don't have Lavazza qualita Rossa coffee beans. What a day, worst experience ever, won't use their "click and collect" again. ------------------------- Called complaint team on 21/03/2022, call back received on 06/04/2022 regarding the complaint, was offered $15 store credit, it seems coles still care about their business and customers?

I recently visited this store to purchase some small goods to my taste at the Deli and unfortunately my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I asked the staff member serving me for 200grams of salami shaved "freshly cut", she totally ignored my request and started placing the pre cut meat into a bag. I said to her I don't want that meat as it's been sitting on the tray and doesn't look fresh, she glared at me, then replied it's just been sliced. I highlighted the sign that stated we will cut to your taste, she then stated I don't think we have any stock left, which I didn't believe. The woman went to check, only being away for a few seconds returned and said they had no stock left. It appears each time I shop at this store I have the same experience. I now shop at Woolworths and always receive excellent service, they have no issue with cutting fresh and to my taste. Thanks Woolworths for this service and ensuring your staff implement your policy :)

This store is so unprofessional when it comes to interviewing the people. They send people email giving an interview time. And the interviewer doesn’t show up and make a silly excuses. Write down name/ number and send me back saying we might need for other departments we will give you call back. No apology and good reason what so ever. Wasting other people time. When I called the store, the store assistant manger picks up call, stating the the HR department has not taken down the job vacancy from website. If that so, why did not they let me know yesterday? Why waste time two days in row. What an unprofessional, miscommunication , lack of punctuality and unacceptable management.

I went for interview on 23rd March 2020 and there was a lady named Zena who was conducting it. She was talking the interview of someone and after he left ,I waited there for 15 minutes but she was on the call. When she didn't come for 15 minutes, I asked her, when she would be taking interview, she told me your time is up and I can't do anything. She was so unprofessional and this was the first time I witnessed something like that, normally managers come to take you whenever it's your turn. I left heartbroken because it wasn't my mistake. I really wish that Coles can atleast teach her some basic skills and professional behaviour.

Requires more staff on check out counter. CHECK YOUR DOCKETS AS (we did today) THE SPECIALS DONT ALWAYS REGISTER AT THE CHECK OUT and you could pay more than you think. They know you cant watch the girl at the check out the price on the screen and pack the groceries in the trolley at the same time. We were lucky we got the goods for free because they admitted that they were at fault. How many poeple dont check and get ripped off. I am going to Wollies next time but dont expect them to be much.better but will give them a try.

Horrendous service. Used self service and was treated like an immediate thief suspect being asked about every item in our trolley, having items removed and scanned by your staff while we are trying to separate a business and personal transaction. They then moved our trolley with our child still in it, out of our reach. There was a reason we chose to scan our items in a particular order and if you feel it's necessary to take over at Self Service, how about just doing all the scanning again? Disgusting

I was disgusted to go into your shop on Sunday afternoon. I weaved my way through the barricades and past the security guard, observing all the current social distancing rules. I observed 2 staff members near the self serve counters hugging and kissing each other. They were very loud and drew a lot of attention to themselves. Please direct your staff to behave respecting social distancing as you expect your customers to behave. If I could give a negative star, i would. I'm very disappointed.

A really well set out and clean Coles Supermarket. We shopped here yesterday and found the fresh produce area was well stocked and the quality of the goods was excellent. We bought other grocery items as well and founds most aisles well stocked, neatly stacked and clearly labelled. This Coles is in a very convenient location in the Narellan Town Centre. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. A good experience.

Higher prices for the exact same thing at woolies and the staff are so freaking rude. They stood there watching my husband struggle to scan stuff at the self serve checkout with one arm in a sling, then refused to help him when the register turned itself off. The woman there told him they could not assist him move everything to another register then walked off and ignored him and watched him struggle.

If I could give no stars would be what this store is worth, horrible customer service,rude staff. No respect to customers, happy for you to buy of them, exchange or refund is impossible, with receipt,yet other stores are happy to help,this store is appalling,disgusting,unprofessional. I have been Coles today for overcharged amount I paid last week. The duty manager told I have to call the customer service, she can't do anything to fix the price. So many people had overcharge same me with same item last week if they didn't check their receipt. It is so terrible customer service!!! Be aware what you pay when you shop in this store.

Very hit and miss in this store with bakery and fresh produce, like the management can't decide whether to be premium or el cheapo. Given the location, age and interior, you expect premium. It does have a wide range of goods and well stocked, a liquorland attached and plenty of parking in the center with travelators and lifts.

Im sick of these clowns playing there depressing sound track over the speakers in the shop. This is clearly to make people depressed so they buy more things. Went in at 9am this morning to get cheese and bacon rolls for my kids lunches. Asked the bakery lady for some. She replied they haven't been bagged up yet, you cant get them yet. If this happens in Woolworths Camden they will bag up what you want. Will stick to camden woolworths, better customer service

Yesterday I helped multiple seniors forced to put huge shops through the self service checkouts because Coles won't put on enough checkout staff, Tried raising the issue with staff, said offsite management was to blame - Is Coles business model based on using unpaid senior employees I wonder? Pathetic

At my visit to Narellan Coles on a Saturday morning, I found fresh stone baked pane di casa and cheese and bacon rolls and hot doughnuts, fresh Turkish bread rolls. All delicious. The kids enjoyed the Scoop and Weigh. There’s nothing wrong with this Coles. I don’t understand all the negative reviews.

Produce is consistently poor quality as observed over a 12 month period! Bruised vegetables which are beginning to rot - disgustibg and not sure why this hasn't been addressed. Not worth the slught discount in regular groceries, when I have to go to the green grocer for all fruit and veg afterwards.

Amazing store and staff. I had a staff member named Kelly today go above and beyond customer service today to help me. I hurt my back severely and she helped move a case of water in my car. I can't thank her enough. I hope she gets promoted honestly. :)

New Coles. It's big. It's stock is bad. If it's on sale expect it to be out of stock on day one. If you really need something go to Camden coles not here. Plenty of handy convient undercover parking. Gets a star for being clean, new.

I love buying groceries here. Well planned store, have a huge variety compared to other coles - no, not all coles sell the same quantities/varieties of different sauces etc. service is fast. New self serve checkouts are great.

99.9% of the time im a woolwortha guy. but on rare occassions coles will put on a big sale. scored 4 pack of monster 500ml for $6.50 the cheapest i ever see them at woolies is $8.45 i grabbed the last 5 packs.

Coles Narellan is a newish, large, standard Coles. Located in Narellan Town Centre, it has adequate parking available, good street access from all directions, and a good variety of other stores as neighbours.

Used to be great, sadly I continue to pick up mouldy fruit, stock levels are often low and they don’t want to serve anymore, forcing everyone to self serve. I think it’s time I head back to Woolies.

New Coles is great. Parking easy , store is huge. Has most things that other Coles have.Have mostly shopped in evenings and aisles are wide so restocking does not interfere with shoppers.
