Worst customer service ever, I got intimidated by a scruffy staff girl who did not look presentable at all , called Maria and a tall guy called Amit who both were horrid, unprofessional and did not smile ,they pursued me by supporting the lazy register guy who was Far too busy taking his time & was super slow serving & ignoring his duties & was talking to staff & not doing his job. When I told Ankit to please serve ( as he was talking & bludging & not doing his job ) , & myvelderly 81 year old mum was waiting outside, Ankit & the other 2 coles staff Maria & Amit both Harrassed me & looked agro & angry & both told me off & stopped Ankit & MGR richard from serving me and even further delayed me intentionally!!& harrassed me by now FALSELY telling me that I was rude only because I asked Ankit to please serve instead of gazing at nowhere cause he was not doing his job but he was chatting to the horrid female rude coles staff member that he was serving. I got verbally abused by coles staff . I mean how dare I expect a smile and to be served promptly and thanked. I tried to point out that Ankit was not paying attention and overcharged me and also squashed my soft shopping with frozen shopping & i begged floor manager richard to put a stop to this nonsense and tell Maria and Amit who just stood there and ...& were rude & were intimidating me and were plain scary as they got out of control & they both for no reason forcefully injected themselves to pursue me all because I asked the register guy to " get a move on cause my 81 yr old mum was waiting outside!!!". I had to then demand the floor mgr richard tell them to stop! But he did not tell them to Stop! I told richard i had nothing to do with them and to tell them to go away cause i just want to get served im in a hurry. I insisted richard tell these unprofessional coles staff to stop wasting time with nonsense as I am further delayed for no reason and I will report all this harrassment & intimidation to head office ( because one of the staff also swore badly to me by telling me to get f-kd). Regardless they were all very unprofessional & my poor 81 year old mum was still crying outside. Coles staff were incompetent , made some serious errors , overcharged me , delayed me, squashed my shopping & my salads & bread , chucked cold items with soft items, insisted on not smiling and not serving me professionally & coles staff were NOT courteous . Amit coles horrid staff decided after one hour to furthur harrass me so i demanded a refund cause I was overcharged.....& staff were now crazy out of control! I then demanded floor manager Richard to only serve me through out the whole horrifying ordeal so I can get out of there and and attend to my 81 yr old mum who was outside now scared & still crying as security were with her twice. Richard floor manager for some strange reason insisted that a refund could not be done at the front counter and called another staff to help him meanwhile now Tall Amit staff forcefully Injects himself again by rudely trying to stop Richard from giving me my money back but i am horrified and want to get away from these crazy coles unprofessionals weirdos who were not even dressed like staff and looked sad and angry and bitter and depressed. I yell out to customers that they are not doing their jobs and I am been harrassed and I demand my full refund whilst Amit tries to still bully me by stopping Richard from giving me my refund and now has has 1 last attempt by holding the phone and stopping Richard from serving me insisting I wait so he can manipulate the situation an ring head office. Well I yell out to Richard ! Give me my refund now my mum is outside and shes 81 yrs old and shes waiting! I finally get a proper refund by a different staff girl and richard also at the end finishes the refund as they refunded my credit card and rectified other errors that register staff made. I find mum iutside ( mum has parkinsons)super stressed and scared and worried , mum was with security & security went inside to sort the coles staff out.and i told HO.

Had an awful experience with Roselands Coles today. I am a person with disability, and rely on services such as click and collect and home delivery to get groceries. I usually go with Woolworths, but I needed groceries within a few hours before my support worker came to help with cooking tonight, and I missed the deadline for Woolworths click and collect. So I thought I would try Coles click and collect (delivered to my car) for the first time. I had no trouble ordering, but had lots of problems when I went to pick up my groceries from Roselands. I arrived at Roselands (which I'm not familiar with) and drove into the car park at 3:15pm. I quickly and easily found the Woolworths click and collect car spots, but drove around in circles trying to find where I needed to park for Coles. I rang the Coles Roselands number to ask for help. No answer. I rang five more times, but they never answered. I then called the main Coles phone number. I had to listen to a spiel irrelevant to me before I was given the options of which button to press. I pressed the button for online orders, but it asked me to input a 9-digit order number. My order number was only 8 digits, and it wouldn't allow me to go any further without a 9-digit number. I hung up, and called Roselands Coles again three more times. No response. By this stage it was after 3:30pm and I was becoming distressed. I called the Coles main line again and chose the "talk to a customer service representative" option. I eventually got onto someone. I tried to explain my issue, but before I could finish she transferred me to the online shopping number again. I chose the "other problem" option, so as to avoid having to input a 9-digit order number, and after being on hold for several minutes I got onto someone. Again I explained my situation. The call centre employee said she would call the store herself because she had a different phone number she could try. She tried to call Roselands Coles twice, but they still didn't answer the phone. She let me know this. By this stage I was highly distressed and asked her to cancel the order, which she did. I went home, an hour after this whole situation began, and without any groceries. This situation has caused me great stress, and now I will be unable to prepare a meal tonight with my support worker. Regardless of whether I have disability or not, this experience has been unacceptable, and I will not shop at any Coles again, especially not Roselands Coles. I recommend that others, especially those with disability, to not use this service.

I have previously given a very bad review to this store, but I have since found a staff member who makes up for the bad treatment I received a few weeks ago. Staff member Diana is a very pleasant lady who says hello every time she sees me which I think is something special. She is also very friendly and professional at the checkout. The five stars go to her. There is no harm in being nice and the staff member who prompted the bad review could learn from her. The bad review was as follows:- One star: I was very disappointed with customer service recently when my groceries cost a little more and I found myself 10 cents short to pay for them. I thought I had funds on flybys but My flybys card wasn't working. I was fruitlessly looking through my handbag hoping to find spare change. I even offered to come back to the store later with the 10 cents. The saleslady wouldn't have a bar of it. Luckily the lady next in line saw my distress and gave me the 10 cents. I can only judge the actions of the staff member by what I would have done myself. As a teenager I worked the checkouts at Coles in another area. Someone who was short 10 cents I would have let through. If there was a problem I would have replaced the money myself. To be fair, staff member Amira could do with a lesson in compassion. The younger staff members are usually delightful.

I always go to Coles Roselands, and normally happy, and it's funny ive been given this survey tonight, because today didnt go as normally well! I had a gift certificate to use plus cash. The cash would not be acceped by the machine. I asked for help and the young lady could not get the machine working, she said, "ill get my manager", and she called out directly to him for some assistance, he mumbled and grumbled about having to help, the young lady apologised to me, adding he is very difficult to get on with and she smiles. After a few minutes of me having to wait whilst he did other chores with trolleys and close the roller door, he came over and without looking at me, he established that the machine was not working! He said to me, "you got card" i said happily yes this could be the answer, again without looking at me, he said, "try that"! He walked off before i tried it, he could not have been less interested on the outcome. On leaving the store, i smiled at him and said, it worked, he just put his head down and continues with his tasks at hand. I was shocked, but thought, well at the end of the day coles are in the market of fresh food, not customer service. FYI, he was an overwieght fellow eith light hair, he seemed to enjoy throwing hus weight around, i think she called him Simon.

Was with my husband and 3 yr old nephew at checkout, as we approached the self check out my nephew was coughing, then sounded like he was choking and proceeded to throw up. We tried to react quick and caught most of it in a bag however some did end up on the poor child, the trolley and the floor. The staff on duty at self checkout had spray and wipes in her hands but pretended nothing had happened and turned away. I paced to the cleaning isle to grab some wipes (which we did purchase just for this ordeal) so we can use. Upon return I saw another coles worker who saw my husband and nephew and the situation and turned a blind eye too. Not only did we clean my nephew, we cleaned the floor and trolley too and had absolute no assistance from the two staff members nearby. I’m not wanting them to clean my nephews vomit, but to be empathetic with a child who’d just choked and threw up & AT LEAST hand me the necessary equipment to do it (which I assume they have plenty of). The poor kid was embarrassed by the state he was in and didn’t need to wait for us to grab wipes from the isle ourselves. Do coles staff not get trained to have a duty of care?

The temperature could be a little bit warmer but I guess they want everything to stay fresh. I think the staff thinks it's too cold as well. The specials are different all the time. Sometimes the coke is on special for half price, but that is only every now and then. Staff are friendly and are quite helpful if you need help. The delicatessen has a good range of cheeses and cold cuts. The produce is quite fresh and there’s a good selection of vegetables to choose from. The seafood section is pretty good as well. There’s lots of seafood to choose from, from Barramundi to Hoki and fresh prawns. I like to get the prawns when they are on special. The butchers section is good as well. You can ask the butcher if they have any specials as well because they will know whats on special and what’s available. The dairy section has wide range of cheeses and milk products. They have good a choice of yogurts as well. I find the fridge section has a wide range of frozen products from pizzas to pies. Sometimes the duck is on special if you like duck. This Coles is decent for everyday shopping.

Went to coles today with my kids to grab some groceries and I go through the self serve only to be greeted at the end by a worker asking for my baby wipes obviously I asked why and was told I stole them I politely let her know they were not stolen and to check the cameras which she told me she did which was a complete lie so I told her I wanted to speak to the manager I was waiting for over 20 minutes while the female at the self serve was smerking at me looking all smug thinking she caught a thief red handed while talking on her little ear piece to her mates very very unprofessional on her behalf only to have the lovely manager come over and tell me that she’s very sorry and I in fact did not steal a packet of $2 baby wipes. I didn’t get an apology from either females who accused me of stealing I was not only humiliated In front of other customers and staff from what these workers put me through but Infront of my kids too Those 2 workers need to be trained in how to handle situations as I was guilty before being proven innocent 12/3/23 around 12:30-1pm

I loved the idea of fresh flat bread when I shopped at coles, I thought what a great idea!! however every single time I go buy some which is almost every second day, I either have to wait for it to be made or there is none left. Today I go buy some flat bread and of course there is none and there are 9 people in front of me waiting for some. There is 1 person making it with 1 hand as he had an injured other hand. He was trying the best he could. This really isn’t good enough especially for a Saturday at 11.30am Why is it that When I go to Burwood coles there is always so much white and whole meal flat bread ready for customers. Roselands Management you need to get your act together And appropriately roster enough people to serve YOUR customers. If you are going to do this, do it properly otherwise don’t do it at all!!!

One of the best supermarket chain in Australia. Best place to buy everyday grosseries such as bread, fruits, vegies etc. Besides this, a great place to buy candies, chocolates and chips. Products are available in huge variety. Kitchen utensils and crockery is of very good quality. Meat section has plenty of options. Cosmetic section is also very good and offers a variety of make up products from differnet brands in realtively low prices. Dry fruits and nut section is recently opened and really appeal the shoppers. Baby products are also very good. Parents can easily trust Colea products for their kids. Love their flower section. Everything is available in moderate price. Customer service is really good. They know how to treat their customers. Highly recommended...

WORST click and collect experience ever. I had spent over 100 dollars on buying groceries through their poor click and collect system and waited at the correct pick up window time only for the staff to tell me that the order didn't get through and that there was a glitch, leaving me with no groceries and feeling very frustrated because they did not know how to handle this issue. All They told me is to call customer care service and I waited for an hour on the phone to make sure they didn't take my money. Worst experience I will never shop at Coles again. They need to adress the way they deal with IT issues and customers concerns . However it's all good because I only shop at Woolworths or other small businesses moving forward. Goodbye

Today I went to Coles Roselands to get quite a few things, everything was good till I got to the cheak out to pay and the guy who served me on register 005 at 14:35 Awrangajeb Habib puts my shopping through dose not even pack my bags, I had to do this myself then im waiting to pay with my credit card he is just standing their head down with his eyes closed finally he sees im waiting and puts it through. Then I had to pack the rest of my things quickly as their was a line of other customers behind me. I normally love Coles here but not today thats just the worst customer service I have ever had. From now on back to Woolworths least their the staff their serve you and are happy to.

  • Daylin Chettiar

We had such a bad experience there this morning 16/09/23 , went the bakery and the labeling was wrong on the type of bread, showed the lady behind the counter a loaf and asked for multi grain sourdough, was given a linseed loaf, told that was not what I wanted , she very rudely told me that was what I showed her , told her but that was not what I asked for , she was very rude and augmentative , told me to sush , cos she is talking, was so disappointed with her behaviour, and she told me she was the bakery manager as well , , store manager was on a break, left details with some else , waiting for a call back

  • Gwen Hughes

Went to Coles Roselands this morning. Check out chick no 4 wearing mask under her chin. I asked her to put the mask on properly and she responded that it was safe as she is fully vacciniated I tried to explain it is mandated to wear mask inside and you can still pass on Covid 19 even if vaccinated. I rung the store and a staff employee spoke to to woman about someone complaining about her not wearing a mask and she happily said it was me. Still refused to wear the mask. Not shopping there again. Will report it to NSW Health Coles you need to ensure all people are safe and enforce mandated wearing of masks

  • Yeah mate Whatever

No more check out service at this store. Everyone serves them self even if you have two trolly loads! ZERO SERVICE! you serve yourself now! I witnessed a worker tonight refusing to provide a customer with a carry bag she told the customer to “get it yourself” in a derogatory voice, the customer objected and the worker proceeded to yell and berate him. Not only have they refused all service they are now abusing customers. Hang your head in Shame coles roselands I’m going to Woolworths and Aldi in the shopping centre from now on.

  • Red Patrick Desepida

Having a large parking area next to Coles is fantastic as you don’t have to travel far back to your car with your shopping. I find the staff at Coles Roselands very friendly, helpful and polite. I normally grocery shop in the mornings and always get a greeting with a smile. Even my two kids are always happy to come here because of the friendly staff. They always tend to have good sales on items and if you have a Flybuys membership. You’ll automatically get an email showing items that are on sale at Coles.

  • Ken Chapman

Good supermarket with a large variety of fresh and prepackaged food. Staff are almost always very helpful and friendly, especially the male who regularly supervises the self-checkouts. They now have about 4 self-checkouts with conveyor belts to make it easier for those with large purchases who like using a self-checkout or packing their shopping in a specific way. Currently a victim of the country-wide potato shortage and have no stock of frozen potato chips/fries.

  • YASIR LATIF

Very rude and pathetic behavior from Duty Manager Mr Ross. He didn’t reduce price of products quoted at 40% off neither he reduced price of meat expiring next day. He was bluntly disrespectful, annoying and not listening. He refused to help me in resolving issues and kept saying that go and put a complain against my behavior, I damn care. Such a pathetic behavior on a management level. I strongly recommend not to visit this store due to behavior of team members.

Now that the renovations are finished it's amazing. Has a very large selection. With a huge bakery and cake section to an amazing deli. Isles are wide and always fully stocked. Freezer section is roomy with every frozen item you could think off. Wide checkouts which is great for pranks and wheelchair. Staff is friendly . Parking is right out the front of the store with with pram parking and wheelchair parking. I would rate this as one of the best coles around

  • mxlen주스

I'm only rating this supermarket a 2/5 for their fresh and nice bakery selection. Not many positive things about this place! Smells absolutely filthy around the frozen food area and the workers are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful! Came here many many times and each time there is a few women who are lazy and not bothered to pack simple items along with being sloppy at their work. Boxes and junk is everywhere making it hard to spread out and comfortably shop.

  • Pat Ski (Pex)

Awesome in-store bakery, love the flat breads . Very busy shop since the upgrades. A good selection of baked goods ,deli items and fresh produce, flowers plus usual everyday items. Self service counters can be very busy during peak times. Store can be untidy and cluttered in the evenings when staff are restocking. Try to go when it's not too busy for a pleasant experience. Overall a good Coles shop with evering you need ,always room for improvement though.

  • fadia s

Bad store. No human will serve you. Only machine. After selecting so many thing I left them in the basket. I complained saying in 5 years time they will cut all staff & machine will serve us...The superficial supervisor when I complained said:I do not care in 5 years I will not be here. People lack courtesy, mannerism, uncaring. Australia no longer like before 20-40 years ago. Due to what? I've better not say it; whether the tech. Mobile, or...

  • Aléx B

Give the grumpy asian lady in the Deli a new job in back of house. She is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. We ordered Beef Salami, she cuts up Beef Pastrami. When we tell her your cutting the wrong product she said, "ok, but you did say Beef Pastrami" in a rude way when indeed we said Beef Salami as it's our usual Sunday night order. Her service is terrible. We've decided to do our shopping else where.

  • John Copeland

Better than average supermarket. However one note of caution. I have found diary products, particularly cream and milk, don't seem to last more than a few days before starting to spoil regardless of use by date. So I no longer buy those products there. The store really needs to have a closer look at its logistics process for these products, and minimise time they are spent outside cold storage.

  • MO MO

I drove from my house to reach this place at 11:53. An Indian staff members said to me that they are closed. I asked him what time they closed he replied now I asked him again what time do you close he replied we close now. I said to him can you give me the exact time you close so I know what time I need to be here he says 11:53. So 12:00 is clearly a lie. Incredibly upsetting.

  • marian shenoda

Most rude person over the self service.doesn't know anything about anything, not helpful at all .I had to wait him untill finish his chatting to come to me and tell me if you don't know how to scan ,go to the cashier !! His voice is very loud for no reason, I saw him shouting to a kid and his mum try to stop him shouting to her kid. What a sham!! Avoid this store if possible.

  • KJK

Decent specials. Staff are very friendly. I visited tonight and there wasn't a single check out with a person on it, only machines. The lady supporting the machines hard to swipe her card 14 times for me me be able to properly check out and some specials would not register. I think people on the tills make life easier and would recommend this as a consideration for Coles.

  • Debbie Champion

Shopping centre is currently under renovation. Coles is a decent size but I couldn't get what I was after. No dog bags. No baby nappie bags either . Busy shop. Well staffed registers although queues were longer than I'd expect. I supose being Easter Monday & opening hours being reduced was the cause of that. Huge amount of car parking. People were friendly.

  • natalie petkovski

this place outsold and you all know it. it outbakeried the rest…the cheesecake impacted society in such a great way but you normies (woolworths shoppers) would never understand like me….the donuts….the custard tarts….THEY EVEN HAVE CHOCO PIE???!!!!?? AND a bigger selection of reeses chocolate …I OWN THIS PLACE OKAY NOBODY UNDERSTANDS MY AESTHETIC VISION.

  • Maggie B

My Coles delivery came from this store and was missing 22 ITEMS that I was CHARGED FOR! All of them were fruit and vegetables and made it near impossible to do any of my planned meals and meal prep. When I contacted Coles even they couldn't get a hold of this store to make sense of the issue. The representative even made note of how odd that was. Livid.

  • Helen T

Staff need training in customer service In self check out - they don’t even need to serve customers, just assist when the register flashes red... not give attitude as if the customer is the one causing the error. And saying “thank you”, and “you’re welcome” is also needing placement in their training on how to deal with human customers. Simple things.

  • Janelle Peisley

This store always feels inefficiently run. There's often not enough checkouts open, and self serve should open earlier to allow more customers out the gates quicker. The location of products doesn't make any sense either, things aren't logically grouped together. If you're looking for something specific you need to go into about 8 aisles to find it.

  • Chef Queen

This place is disgusting! the manager kept shouting and I saw that everything was out of place. It smelt horrible and my trolley was missing a wheel. An employee told me to 'move over you old lady' and I was appalled. Also, when I opened the box of strawberries that I bought, I saw that half the strawberries were rotten. I will never go here again.

  • Josie SF

Slipped on some liquid by the freezers and cracked the screen on my phone which was in my back pocket. There was no sign to be seen anywhere to warn people. I gave 3 stars because the employee who assisted me practically ran to my assistance and was genuinely concerned if I was hurt luckily I wasn't. He quickly put out a sign and cleaned the mess.

  • A BJ

Store was a mess , trolleys blocking aisles , many staff not wearing masks, shelves mostly empty , only one checkout station open. No standards or rules seem apply at roselands . One of the worse coles in nsw. Better options from the surrounding competitors. Discovered a gem up the road new player in the market IGA Belmore , bigger and better

  • Independent Advisor

Worst customer service ever I had from a Manager, not from checkout operator. Maria, Manager there, has no sense of how to deal with deal with a customer. She even forced me to write on gift card which was supposed to have written by her. Overall quality of this Coles, lot worser compared to other. I think it's because of this Manager.

  • Linmarg. “STONYBURKE” Field

My visit to roselands coles was.great .i had a problem at self service and the lady put my things through not only that i was having to wait for information on my phone to leave and she was so kind and helpfull .this kind of person working there is a blessing for elderly people .thank you got everything i needed no trouble at all.

  • Hasn CSCO9222

Disappointed with coles after start reusable shopping bag. They make new rules for reusable shopping bag, if you carry the old one then u need to fill by urself (customer care!)whereas in woolies the checkout counter the staffs helps to do that. Decided to go to woolies since then whereas I was fixed customer of cole since long.

  • Murtaza Bank

I always do all my shopping at Coles Roselands due to its availability of all mixed culture items, however when it comes to go thru a cashier is a different matter, long delays. This due to fewer cashiers and non availibity of self payment machines. Also customer with few items have no option of a quick exit. I rate 8/10.

  • Kathy Smith

I always do my grocery shopping at roselands coles . Staff are so friendly and very helpfull. Always a smile on their faces and with the renovations they still have a smile and always happy to help us .Thank you so much to the manager and staff for your excellent customer service. Looking forward to when reno is finished

  • Brú P

The Manager never has checkouts constantly opened to make shopping easy, they wait till there's at least 5 to 6 in line before even making an attempt to decide whether to open another checkout and then you see the that second operator dilly-dallying to open the register it's quite a feast of entertainment to watch this.

  • L Freeman

This place badly need a renovation. Always long waiting at the checkout, apparently they are always short of staff... obstacles within the isles, hard to navigate with a trolley.. staff are not particularly friendly. As you can tell I am not impressed at all with this shop and I only shop here because of it’s proximity.

  • brenda engliby

Great place to shop ,friendly staff, great selection of produce .Fresh produce good quality and imported cheeses which I like. They also stock local produce. Great specials very coviid safe one way in and one way out .Very organised supermarket. I like shopping at Coles. Always weekly specials which save a few dollars.

  • Stel Vrocharis

The most disorganized, cramped and poorly designed and store I have ever had the misfortune to enter ! Only one staff member, had any manners, or knew where anything was, in this chaotic nightmare ! Don't risk entering here ! Bring On, the other 2 major supermarkets, due to open here soon as possible, we all hope !

  • Salman Zia

Bit cramped interior, hopefully revamp of meat section will be extended throughout store to make it more roomy. Excellent pricing on few Indian items and lots of international variety. Plenty to find for penny pincher. Fresh foods look good but always pricey. Nonetheless good to have this Coles in the area.

  • Sally T

A really well set out Coles. It's always clean, well stocked shelves and they have great fresh produce. They also stock a wider variety of foods. This Coles is in a very convenient location in Roselands Shopping Centre. Parking is generally good and the staff are friendly and provide great customer service.

  • barbara borg

Disappointed with Coles as this is the 3rd week in a row that I tried getting what I wanted that was on special and again they had no stock of what I wanted. You think due to woollies closed they would insure they would have enough stock for there specials. Looks like I have to find a woollies to shop at.

  • Jacob Timol

This supermarket has been a staple for my family and I for the last two decades. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The selection of international goods is always growing. While the shopping experience has changed a lot over the years we’ve always been able to get what we need when we need it.

  • Michael Abdullah

The fresh food retail area is the best. Best quality fruit veg , fresh fish market and good old fashioned butchery. Supported by the major 3 major supermarkets. Recently Green Valley spices have expanded thier store offering fresh spices, lebonese groceries and now a fresh bakery in store.

  • nada alchebli

What a shock when i opened one of the compartments of the loose nuts, a long hair was mixed with the nuts. It doesn't seem the hair been dropped recently because it was mixed a bit deep. Unfortunately any hair in food can be a root cause of cross contamination and can indeed make us ill.

  • Samy Smith

Always saves me when I need a late night Forgetful item! Nothing bad really i have 2 say about this place, except the checkout chicks could smile every once in a while & be a bit more polite 2 the their customers! Plus the last minute discounts Really help my wallet!!! Thanks coles!

  • SAM GIANNAROS

Well Coles is Coles,,whatever I said ,,it's known as a good place to bye,,growseries, friendly staff,,prices are not that bad ,,better than your local corner shop I'll tellya...anyway go try it out good specials on every week,,Tuesday, Fridays days I thinks iv been and seen,em,,

  • Jadwiga Wong

As I found out yesterday Coles does not accept any returns. I purchased a usb desk fan that is absolute rubbish, yet I cannot return or exchange. You cannot even talk to shift manager as he cant be bother to speak to customers. Be aware and do not buy any appliances at Coles.

  • Robyn Muir

Went to coles roselands yesterday, girl on the checkout was very rude. Didn’t smile grunted at you. I find since the store has been done up the stuff are rude. The manager need to do something about there customer service or people will go to the other stores more variety now

  • Ariella Karma

Absolutely wonderful and consistently great customer service from Maria. Maria is one of the warmest, friendliest, helpful, pleasant and professional staff member at Coles store at Roselands. Always a pleasure to see this lovely lady who is also a major asset to the company!

  • Thomas Dobson

Very poor and intimidating customer service from a guy called Robert towards my wife. They threw their 'coles' refund policy into our faces contradicting ACCC and just walked off. Never get this type of attitude from Aldi or Woolies.

A huge improvement with the renovations, more well lit, wider aisles and doesn't feel as cramped. Renovations still going on in the main shopping centre, hopefully once it's all completed a second entrance to the store will open.

  • Lil H

I'm happy to give Coles Roselands five stars because I just received excellent customer service there. When it comes to giving its customers a nice and convenient shopping experience, this store genuinely goes above and beyond.

  • ryan cliff

This is the shopping centre i go to quite regularly. The supermarket is well stocked and there are a lot of staff keeping the place clean and running smooth. There is a bottle shop attached which makes it very convenient.

  • Joseph Alam

We statred to go less since they converted few of the checkouts to self service. Not many serviced checkout anymore and sometimes they close all to force you to go to self-service. They want our money with no service.

  • Sezza d

Checkouts are now constantly busy on saturdays - a few months ago it was alot quicker and less queues. Don't know what happened but they should really look into it. Long queues = unhappy customers now going elsewhere.

  • Jack Sicilian

Friday night 7pm only one person on checkout. A very large store, the management should be a little more kind to their customers & staff. Wonder if the new Aldi & woolies will be as dumb. Not the first time either...

  • Jun Teh

There’s 11 aisle with good variety of products. And there’s a good choices for middle eastern groceries here as well. Although it’s always crowded but it’s never cramped at the cashiers as they have many counters.

  • Marie Cristovao

A big CONGRATULATION to bakery ladies , Winnie and Greek gentlemen at checkouts. They know what customer service is all about, they do a wonderful job . The rest of staff and management should watch and learn.

  • H H

Never have sanitizer wipes for the trolleys whenever I shop. Don't seem to restock half price items. Items in the freezer section seem to get lots of frost. The people on the checkouts are friendly though.

  • Ze A

So disappointed with the service at this place. I asked for the manger to talk to and I was appalled by the way the management spoke to their workers at this place. It was completely inappropriate, and I

  • Claudio Figueiredo

Definitely the worse coles I’ve been too. I dread having to go there. No labels for pricing for some stuff and limited on what’s available compared to other storesAvoid late night shopping. It’s a mess

  • Lana Wirth

Absolutely appauled - I am never going there again ! Totally self service - not one person serving ! Bye bye Coles- you have lost a customer. Support local and employ staff........ absolute joke !

  • joanne greenwood

Purchased the wrong coffee and took it back within an hour of purchase and I was told they don't exchange or refund . Not a very good customer experience. It wasn't a bulk buy just the one item

  • Muhammad Sohail

Coles is situated in a good place within Roaseland Shopping Center. It is currently undergoing revamp and looking more spacious. Good things about this Coles is that it has Halal meat shelves.

  • MsDommi

Not much specials mainly junk food on specal and the price of fruit and Vegas is too much , when you have a family ti feed , I only shop here because there no other supermarket at the moment

  • John Hadikusumo

Don't buy chicken meat at this Coles branch. I bought twice chicken breast fillet and felt disappointed as turned out the chicken meat was spoilt and smells. It happened twice already.

  • James Antonio

Excellent Service offered by your team member Viviane, she was outstanding and delivered our goods to the car with great kindness, we hope she is somehow rewarded for her great work.

  • Franc Kwun

Good range of halal products, not for me but it exists for the demographic, I guess. Could do with a couple more Asian products like campsie Woolworths and I'd go there a lot more

  • Jan Preddy

Terrible management. No customer service even within duty managers. Has been terrible for a few years at the least. Hope coles fire the existing and replace with quality staff.

  • Wayne Lannam

Only one check out twitch an assistant Fernando available … Very slow to busy talking… a number of us waiting .. He didn’t asked for my phone number.. Very unprofessional..

  • Angelo Houllis

I like to do my grocery shopping on Saturday night, there is heaps of parking and only a few people doing their shopping. It is only 3 mins from home so it's perfect for me

  • Zaw Myint Tun

Roselands have turned it around! A few months ago, the place was empty and barren. But now Roselands shopping centre has a lively vibe to it with their recent renovations

  • Kin Wong

One messy Coles, stuffs are all over the places, items are not replenished when empty. Used to love this Coles, but not lately as it's getting too crowded and too messy.

  • Krystal D

Front counter service was very rude 'pinky' abrupt when a question was asked. Maybe having a bad day, but I actually left rather than buy something I was querying about.

  • Nick J

Stop mixing old meat with new meat in packaging. 3 times on a row I’ve had to throw away 2 lamb chops out of a tray and they had 4 days of date left. Very disappointing

  • Yvonne Jansa

They never answer their phone, you wait on hold for 5 minutes, then the recording says "no team member can take your call ring back later" and they hang up. Very poor.

  • Stu Hasic

A pretty big Coles with everything you need and the best thing is it's in Roselands where there is plenty of parking and lots of other great stores in the Marketplace.

  • Aussie Battler

The lady at the self service checkout I am sure she hates her job I greeted her and she snarled at me bad customer service At Coles im going to Woolworth from now on

  • S A

Desslie the store manager is the most arrogant person on this earth. She is super rude and disgusting. Avoid coming here as much as you could this place is terrible

  • Nicole Jackson

Under renovations take some extra time as shop format keeps changing from week 2 week only temporary till its completed staff are very helpful with finding items

  • Amy

Went to Coles last night. And the milk section at the back was so smelly. Honestly disgusting. Need to tell staff to wash the shelves where the milk section is.

  • Janet Ho

Wide range of products and selections. Long opening hours. Sufficient facilities like trolleys and payment counters. Good spacing and layout for shopping

  • Ohinur Makamay Mahmood Fahim

Visiting Coles is like an everyday chore. Starting from food, home essentials, day to day utensils to skin care, you can find everything under one roof.

  • Jackson Account

Absolutely packed. Dirty floors. Messy shelves missing prices. Understaffed deli. Feels like a damp dungeon. One of the worst Coles I've ever been to.

  • Limon Khan

Very busy store and I mean it. Seems like customers like their local store more than anything else. Management should put some extra team members.

  • Frosted Flames

Good place but I noticed it is missing some items other beaches of coles has usually. Especially the museli bars this bramch has no variety.

  • S A

This Coles upgrade has been worth the wait! They are organised and easy aisles to walk through with lovely fresh veggies fruit and salads.

  • Millie Gable

Looking better than before. Seems complete in range as i was able to buy everything on my list. Didnt know that they roast pork till now.

  • Vincent Nachaty

When two plastic bags ripped customer service agent at the customer service counter wasn't helpful charged more for a paper bag. …

  • M. Ali

We have got served from a female cso on counter 4 at 6 pm 2/12 who’s doesn’t wear face Mark’s. Are mask not mandatory for coles staff ?

  • Kavindya Weerasinghe

Special thanks to Leah, at Coles Roselands. She was really helpful and made our shopping experience great! Thank you! …

  • Nishat alam

The new flat bread (chapattis/roti) making machines are the best. The warm sweet smell of freshly cooked roti is .. so .. so.. yam!

  • Rolla El Ali

Enjoyable experience. Good quality fresh produce. Prices have increased on some items including cauliflower now at $7.00 a piece.

  • Aida Younes

It has a big variety of things: fresh and hot bread, yummy cold meat and least but not last all the Lebanese yogurt and Labneh..

  • Rizwan Siddiqui

Love to see new and improved Halal meat section. Now i will be shopping more and more to support my grocery mate. Love u coles.
