A friend and I recently attended the Candlelight Concert at the Collingwood Town Hall. The Invictus String Quartet performed the music of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake as well as other ballet classics. The concert also featured two ballerinas that just added to the delightful ambiance in the flickering candlelight. The accessibility friendly Town Hall is a beautiful old building that was the ideal setting for the concert. I highly recommend this event.

Candlelight Concert. Classical instruments playing the amazing music of Queen. Collingwood Town hall with its gold rush classic style is the perfect venue for this performance. We sat in the balcony, front row centre. The balcony is perfect for view of the elevated stage and the acoustics are great. OK the seats are hard and un-upolstered, take a small blanket to sit on. Building has wheelchair access, possibly even a lift to the balcony level.

The man we saw at the Collingwood Town Hall this morning ( my Mercy health worker and I ) was NOT helpful AT ALL!! I was there to pick up a disability parking permit and because I couldn't find the email they sent me last week he was not helpful. In the end I took another form for my worker and myself to fill in and hopefully I'll get my permit soon! He could have been a bit more helpful though!!!!

What a complete failure of a place to get anything done correctly or efficiently for simple request. Failed to issue correct parking permits twice. Printed replacement incorrectly, couldn’t swap them over easily. Total waste of time. Antiquated processes and counter staff with serious attitude and in need of customer service training.

Nice property but if it’s only ground floor siting!! We had a really bad experience during a live play as we were allotted sitting on first floor and the viewing angle was horrible as it is the U shape sitting arrangement so the people on sides can’t see the stage properly and we were looking 90 degree left for 3 hours!!!!

Please leave the grass alone and STOP poisoning the environment. Believe me, we cant never ever kill weed and grass by poison. This only effects us! Every rain will wash the poison into the river/creek.This has an extremely dangerous impact on our health and environment. Please stop poisoning the environment! Thanks

The building was lovely, the chairs comfortable. It was a great night the ballerinas and string quartet were fantastic. The best part was being so close that we could watch the instruments being played, particularly loved watching the celloist, amazing work.

I went to see the Candlelight Concert: Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake & More ft. Ballet. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The music and ballet were enchanting to watch. Would recommend to others, and I would go again.

Quite and experience attending the candle light concert. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the band was really nice that they decided to play one more song for us at the end. I would love to attend another concert.

The venue is just lovely and the string quartet were mesmerising. I particularly loved the ballet and would love to have seen more ballet to each piece played. But it was still lovely

What a magnificent show! We saw the Queen tribute with the string quartet and it was incredible! Superb musicians and perfect ambience. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommended!

아름다운 건물 CollingwoodTown Hall 여기서 열리는 촛불 콘서트에 다녀왔다 한스짐머의 곡들로 연주회는 짜여졌다 작고 아담한 콘서트는 향기롭고 감동이었다. 연주되는 곡들은 익숙했고 즐거웠다. 오랫만에 콘서트에 아들과 함께 할 수 있어 행복했다. 이곳에서의 경험은 잊지 못할것이다.

The Town Hall provided a good facility to our Australia Vietnamese Association Boroondara to fundraising sucessfully on last Sunday December 4, 2022.

A beautiful evening, the artists made the experience so enjoyable and made all the audience members want to join in. Could not fault it!

Fever presented Candlelight Orchestra performing ‘Coldplay’. Helpful staff, beautiful intimate setting, incredible performance. Hooked!

Grand old Town Hall, still a very useful space for City of Yarra and Collingwood Police Station. Old world charm.

Great place for an event, just need to check numbers and layout to easily move large numbers of people through.

I went to the Tribute for Coldplay. The only thing missing was the audience singing in chorus!

The lady's that work there were extremely knowledgeable and were a complete help.
