One of the worst council ever. They only know how to fine everyone but when to help someone out, all of a sudden they become blind and deaf. They do not want to hear anyone out and do not want to solve any problem. People working in this council are so rude. They are ready to fine everyone every minute and when someone got hurt or injured because their roads are bad, they do not want to hear it out at all. My car got damaged because of the bad road which comes in this council and it incurred $400 repair costs. Who would pay that now? Such a PATHETIC AND WORST COUNCIL EVER.

If only they invested as much money into the community and creating parking spaces as they did into their parking fine assault team, I’d give them another star. I called up their parking fine enquiry line to discuss my matter and got the automated service - OPTION 1. PRESS 1 TO DOB SOMEONE IN SO WE CAN GIVE THEM A FINE (this is not a joke) You’re showing your colours there Stonnington!! Please prioritise customer service rather than encouraging citizens to become your own free parking inspectors.

Unreasonable parking fines for barely visible parking signs, I parked in an alleyway right next to the smiths and I have checked the area to see any parking signs but couldn’t and came back to find a ticket, the CBD is strict with these rules and they also make sure to let you know the rules and show the signs clearly and have enough parking space provided your willing to spend a fair bit but Stonnington has few parking spots, unnoticeable parking signs and parking inspectors like scavengers.

SCC (councillors and staff) lacks realistic empathy and compassion (and respect) twd those it is supposed to serve: Extremely poor/arbitrary customer service do not respond or follow through and money grabbing: Sound decision making required (genuinely sound democratic) and in order to prevent wastage of ratepayers money: Toy Library good though.

Most Greedy council in Victoria for handing out parking tickets, be very careful if you are doing business in this council boundaries. Do not park over even for minute. They must be using private contractors because they always in rush to fine you. Most rude parking inspectors they have employed.

Parking just over allotted time and was issued fine. Purely a money making scheme by this council they should be ashamed to represent local community!! Beware these people completely disregard common decency. PS 1 star is too many!!!

I wish to give 0 star if there is. The parking fine people are annoying and the street parking are very unsafe as well. Side mirroir has been destroyed by passing cars for many times.

It was fantastic! I was there to get a Covid19 test, so you can imagine how exciting it was. The staff were very good though, and I thank them for all they do.

It's a good spot to sit down for a quick coffee! Plus you will get to see all sorts of people?! But just say NO, is all I'll say lols

It's very difficult to park around the city. Paid or unpaid parking spots are not enough
