"Why am I paying $46 for a hotel overnight, when I can't even easily access my car? Park elsewhere"
We stayed at the citizenm hotel over 1 night and they charged us for 2. Called and was told to email some guy incharge never heard back from them. And fyi. The elevator does not go up to the hotel. You have to walk in the same way as you drive in then you can walk up some steps to get out. Thyre crooks. Dont park here find another place im gonna file a claim with the bbb
I have no idea what people are complaining about. Parking was easy, safe. Yes expensive (50$ per night ) but that’s parking everywhere in DC. There was plenty of sparking spots and we had no difficulty getting in and out. Also it’s literally like a 1 min walk from the hotel, no idea why people are having a hissy fit complaining about it not being accessible.
Stayed overnight at hotel next door. It says right on the wall parking is $46 a night. The next morning they charged me $61. I called and asked why and they told me the rates change at midnight. Whatever that means. Be careful parking at this place
This parking garage was the worst. They were letting cars in even after all the spots were full. It was forcing cars to back all the way out to get out of the garage. Absolutely ridiculous. No one to call and no parking attendant on duty.
