Never in 10 years I went to a bank and I was assisted. Customer services elderly ladies quickly try to come to you while you are in the queue waiting and try to get rid of you as quickly as they approach you by asking you to resolve your issues online. They just try to minimise their work. I am wondering when people like us are going to wake up to realise why we even have to stand in some queues when we should be treated like partners not like their slaves. Banks are using our money for their own growth and in return gives nothing back to the least not even the services of withdrawing our own money as I was locked out of my own account when I refused to answer their staff Victoria upon her asking why and where will I use my own money I came to withdraw which was mere $10,000 when actually I needed $50,000 that day but guess I couldn't withdraw my own money as she refused after I chose not to answer her saying it's none of the bank business. They even steal your ID as I have a case running against them which is still with AFCA because they are all corrupted. I lost $44,000 by online fraud theft probably done by themselves as they didn't bother to even investigate the case to binance and as per my homework they are probably hiring these organisations to do the scam providing them all the access to our data. So this bank is not far away from the news headlights of online frauds and scams which probably is happening on low key ATM. It's time to start using the cash which is also the currency and as well as white money. These banks make it look like all money deposit in their accounts is white which is untrue because any currency is white unless it's proven it's not so the era is changing so does the online culture which is to stop using any cards and online transactions or risk yourself because they are going to get close sooner or later and run away just as some of the foreign bank declared bankruptcy. happebecausemencouraging customers to provide all the accounts related details, password and security questions everytime you call themI am thinking of changing my bank as online it took me 2 hrs but still noone picked up. This Branch need it get its act together and hire staff who works.
My partner and I went to the branch this morning and I'm extremely disappointed by 1. Customer service - the people were rude and did not take the time to explain the process as we entered. 2. Wait time - we waited for an hour before we were seen. What made me upset was there was a couple that came after we did and they were seen first over the three other people waiting. The three people in front of that couple were people of colour with ethnic names and the couple that was seen was a white couple which says a lot to me about how they treat people of colour. 3. The person that assisted us was extremely rude, cold and short with us. I dealt with this however he didn't even end up doing his job correctly and now I have to revisit the branch due to his incompetence. This bank is not worth the visit and I have definitely made a formal complaint for the incompetence exhibited today.
This review is targeting the area manager of this branch not just the branch it’s self. The staff that is working at the branch is helpless and aren’t trained in customer service and don’t belong in this job. Firstly I have opened an account at this branch and 3 weeks later I still haven’t received my card, after numerous efforts going in and out of the branch one of the staff members apparently fixed the issue attending to me while she was on her personal phone talking to one of her friends and serving me at the same time. The behaviour and customer service at this branch does not deserve 1 star but unfortunately googles minimum is 1 star. I had to go to a different branch to resolve this issue. Youssef Algazali
Totally brand new to this bank. Quick and easy personal loan approved with not so much hustle. I have seen by Steve who was very helpful and patient to understand my urgent need of big cash out which was not really possible but he still went out his way to help me out in immediate and urgent need. And I was super relieved by knowing that I won’t have to be waiting for another or more days for cash out. phew!! Thankyou so much Steve. I have seen by sheeren as well very witty and happy person. She just made my day as well just by exchanging little but good and happy vibes. So thankyou sheeren. All over experience was quick, easy and helpful. Keep up the great work guys and girls.
Terrible experience in dis branch. Wish i could give 0 stars. Been comm bank customers for more then 10 years . Right now i am on verge of losing $34k because of miss information provided by the branch. Transfer money to PEXA account for land settlement and been told for $30 extra fees money will be transferred in 2-3 hours. Deposit money at 10:30am didnt get funds into PEXA account by the end of business hours. Called branch to know what happening been "nothing is guaranteed in life " Response got me like wow how could say dis to customers, who is about to loose alot money because branch mis informed mw and telling me now nothing is guaranteed. Wrost staff .
This is more of an employee review as opposed to a branch review. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Linda is so incredibly rude and arrogant and really should not be in a customer service role with her attitude. When I mentioned to her about her rudeness she wasnt apologetic at all. She had no regard for our situation and recent loss of a family member and was talking negatively about me to my own family member which was to their disgust and made them incredibly uncomfortable. She didnt show any professionalism whatsoever when handling our situation.

There is always plenty of staff walking around looking important but NEVER enough staff who actually want to deal with a customer face to face. I visit this branch every week and am lucky if there is more than one teller - the que is generally out the door. I also visit Plenty Valley branch each week and this is never an issue. Craigieburn branch is also disgustingly dirty - do any of the staff know how to use a broom while they are standing around waiting for customers to come in so they can get them to use a teller machine.
This branch is absolutely filthy. When was the last time they cleaned their windows, doors, ATMs and work area. I walked in there today and I was disgusted. They can't afford to get a cleaner to clean their branch and neither do they have money in their ATMs. The rules of health and safety apply to everyone. The staff are rude, they do not social distance or wear there mask covering their mouth and nose. The woman that served us was probably wearing her mask for a month it was so dirty and did not fit her face properly.
My 15 year old son went in to open an account today and the guy that served him was extremely rude and acted as if my son was a huge bother, but as soon as I walked in his tune had changed and all of a sudden became friendly, my son was quite shocked to see his attitude shift as soon as I walked in. If they are customer service they surely make you feel as if your a bother to them.

Beware worst branch in Melbourne ! The Manager who stands at the front (Ada) is as arrogant as a nightclub security guard. All staff are lazy and never try to help. Their favorite word is “no”. Always busy and under staffed. A pure example of how not to operate a branch. The loan specialist needs to go ! He is useless.

Absolute worst branch in Melbourne. Worst customer service ever. 1 hr wait to get talked down to and not help. Left and called help center and all sorted. I watched them make the elderly stand in line outside for over 45 minutes. 2 people at the door and everyone else in offices chatting.

One of the worst branches I have been to. Slow customer service, up to 2 hours wait to speak to someone in regard to any issue you may have. They got your money, so they do not care I guess.
