Poor service, staff seem to be misinformed of the services they can or can't do depending on who you talk to. I was told that a task hadn't been done there in over 5 years and couldn't be done before something else told me that the last time they did it (~16 months ago) that it was a one off. I was led to believe differently. Would not recommend dealing with the staff unless necessary.

Very disappointed in the lacking of customer service due to my bank being closed I walked into Commonwealth bank to get change of $100 but the woman refused to give me change all because I didn't bank there

The customer service is very lacking. Told me they were unable to print a balance unless I deposit some money. The interest rates on the youth saver account are depressing.

Coin deposit machine has not been working for a week, I asked and they couldn’t tell me why, very busy and very bad service. Also dirty. I will not be returning.
