Went to commonwealth bank Oakleigh at 11:40am on the 8th of November 2021 and was trying to make a cash withdrawal at the counter. I was refused to be given the full amount due to lack of cash availability on the branch. I was being served by Maree Tomaras and she was politely explaining the challenging situation where they don't have enough cash, when someone by the name tag; Stacey interrupted while she was serving another elderly gentleman. Stacey was shaking her head and was mumbling on about my withdrawal request as if I was doing something out of order. The gesture was quite rude and was never previously experienced by me within this Commonwealth Bank branch. Apon Staceys confirmation that I shouldn't get anymore than what the bank is willing to offer, I only received half of the money I wanted and was left without being able to withdraw my own money when it was really needed.

Came into do a business handover. Brought in the relevant documents and required people as per the commbank website. However kept getting the run around. Had to inform staff the difference between incorporated and unincorporated companies. The manager then stepped in and helped out. She sent us on our way and said everything is fine. However got a call 20mins later saying she needed additional information. After a couple of days of the oakleigh branch giving us the run around, we decided to go to a different branch and they sorted us out on the spot. Furthermore this other branch said oakleigh did not have a record of us visiting or anything. Not keeping records is very unprofessional. This branch needs training in personal banking.

I had very great experience with the bank at Oakley, specially the home loan specialist Stellios, amazing service helping my daughter to get her home loan, always available late at night even over the weekend, giving advice, very polite professional, highly recommended To friends and family I would give him 10 out of ten score, commonwealth bank should be very proud of him Also, wanted to note, the bank manager Elizabeth very helpful even when she was on her holidays she answered my calls, that is what I call great service Thank you so much to Stellios and Elizabeth

This bank of commonwealth branch , the staff are very friendly /professional and supporting for everything i need to do , even scammers took my money out , they try their best and adjusted purchases back all amount, now 100% i stay with commonwealth bank only bank for my business and my savings I feel safe with them. A Greek boy called Theo Patsavouras helped my grandfather to make travel cards . He was very thorough with him and I was impressed at how much time he spent explaining to him the process . My grandfather can’t speak any English so Theo spoke Greek very fluently . Highly recommend him . Service was amazing

Terrible service, unable to call them and speak to anyone. I have left my name and number etc 3 times recently and had no call back. Last time I went to the Oakleigh branch with my elderly aunt and uncle we waited, for over half an hour, to see someone and finally had to leave. Not impressed.

Having 1 person on at 4pm is insane. There is an elderly person in front of me and I have an injury and cannot stand that long. Waited soooooo long just for a simple Withdrawal cause I forgot my bank card and the amount was too high for cardless cash. Seriously terrible!

Came in regarding transferring my home loan across to Oakleigh. Had a very bad experience, that left me hurt and humiliated. I am officially hated by all women because I'm so ugly!! I refuse to ask for customer service so I don't offend anyone

Highly recommended. The home lending specialist Stellios helped me so much. His service was fantastic. He took time to explain different options for me and made everything very clear. He had all the process done so smoothly. Thank you again.

4:20pm on 25/02 attempted to get help from The female teller at the bank as I was new to cardless cash. Worst service ever - rude lady who literally closed the front door in my face as I was asking for assistance.

The worse customer service, very rude teller, bad customer experience. You need to train your teller to be more customer focused!!! Not going back to this branch even if I have to drive further out!!

Very good customer service. Came here at 3:55pm, branch close at 4pm，they service me until 4:30pm. Didn't rush things, and the problem was solved. I am quite happy.
