Outstanding service and customer service experience. I feel it is necessary to give a glowing review for this extremely friendly and welcoming Commonwealth Bank. Especially to Tam Head lending officer. Nothing was too complicated and they really were able to give me the help that I required on my day-to-day and business banking needs. I would definitely recommend this bank is your local branch. Five stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

rare for a Commonwealth bank as over the years & having banked with them they've been mostly rude & ineffective-not to mention when I never treat any-1 with respect they should've given me the courtesy of! But this branch as it turns out were"an exception to the rule" given they get everything right when I go in there & seem polite with it-will be my regular to go in there & pay my bills/change if necessary from now on hence!!

Last year CommBank committed to keep global warming to well below 2 degrees. But since then, CommBank has lent $6 billion to dirty coal, oil and gas projects. That's 4 times as much as they've lent to renewable energy projects. Put simply, they're one of Australia's biggest funders of global warming. And they still refuse to rule out funding Adani's loser coal mine.

Not sure about all these 1 star ratings for this branch, my experience today was definitely a 5 stars one. Jacqueline today was extremely, knowledgeable, polite and down to earth in explaining all the possible options related with our specific situation. Thanks again Jacqueline, awesome customer service

This branch is so unprofessional they imo lie directly to your face, offer false empty promises, have zero CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager is so unprofessional words can not even describe the inept service I have received by him and other staff members. I would avoid this branch at all costs

The staff made me wait for a long time and put the list out of order. Staff don't know how to solve the problem. The female employee couldn't even remember her password. a useless branch. It took all day but the problem was not resolved

Service was exceptional, super friendly and quick. The staff are amazing. Only negative I could say is that the branch is looking a bit tired for Commbank standards but I just it’s being redone!

Near bank there is a junky always hanging around, which threatens and swears. Makes it impossible to deposit the money. Management please do something about it.

Functioning bank that looks to take every $$$ they can from you, from expensive fees and and random servicing fees. Not worth it
