One star is one too many. I went in today to use the money machine to break up a few $50 into $20. While I was standing in front of the machine and about to start, this staff (I was later told that she was the manager of customers services) pushed in with another customer and they both suddenly stood right in front of me. I actually had to take a step backward for them, otherwise we would have collided. She said she wouldn't be long 'just card in and card out', and proceeded without a care that I was there and was before them. She went on for quite a while with the other customer. Then another staff came near and she started talking to her right in front of me and they went on chatting away while all the time kept me standing there waiting. By this point I felt more and more what she did was wrong and I told her what I felt: she barged in and pushed me away while I was there before them about to start my banking. She totally ignored the fact that I too was a customer. The way she talked to me and her rude aggressive manners were nothing short of arrogant contempt and bully with a heavy dose of superiority and were wrong and unacceptable. The way she pushed me away to give away my turn to the other customer was preferential treatment and was disgusting. My time wasted on waiting was no concern to her as compared to the other customer's. It would have taken no more than 5 min. to do what I had to do; but it turned into an unnecessary >25 min aggravating nightmare. There is a limit in everything. People like her makes the world ugly. Australia is better than that.

Commonwealth is the best. I went for a home loan and their services and support were amazing. Incomparable to NAB and Westpac. My own bank Westpac only approved my home loan for 3K under what I needed for an interest rate of about 4. I got the right amount for 3.8% from commonwealth plus they don’t have annual fees and charges and all expenses were the lowest as opposed to the other lenders. Therefore, as of today, I am hereby with Commonwealth. You’re amazing, thank you! Good bye Westpac and NAB!

ATM is removing the cash by $50 notes from cash withdrawals. I am 100% sure that kept a note ad before leaving the ATM s counting the amount the trap door closed ,imidiatly did another $20 transaction in case I missed one $50 note there was nothing. So! Is the bank knowing and covering the Stolen money blaming the ATM COMPANY NOMAL? CBA is no longer the reliable bank caring about Loyal customers NO SUCH THING. IT'S A THIEVING FOREN CORPORATE.

Joan and Rocky, both are the best banking professionals in the world. I have received an excellent and quick service from both of them. Joan was very fast to set me in the ques and her customer service was excellent!! Rocky was very friendly and kind. He setup my account very quickly and clarify all my queries patiently. Also the lady in the cashier was very nice to me. I don't know her name. She did not have a badge.

Unprofessional. Commbank Preston accused me of lying about how much I tried to deposit in a machine, then "found it" and returned a portion. They took $200 from me. I've been trying to get it back via different channels now (an unnecessary hassle). Better off going to a different branch because this branch needs newly trained staff, not outdated wannabes.

Melvin is such a sweet person. He is very patient and friendly. He looks after his clients money really well. Whenever you are in bank just see him to believe this review. The only person I feel is quite intelligent than other. He makes it easy and simplyfy to understand all the bank procedures. Thank you!

This Bank has 3 ATMs outside. One of them only dispenses $100 and $50 notes. No $20s. In Preston, this means that relatively few people can use this machine, so I make a point of using it every single time. It's the reason I still use cash. Awesome. 5 stars.

Thomas Debono is the definiton of Customer Service Excellence. He went over and above his need to deliver a seamless Service. His explanations to questions were clear and we were able to sercure a Loan within a week. Can't get better Service than that.

Second time I've been to this bank. No one comes up to you to ask what you need waited for well over 20 minutes while they chat and chat to unaware slow customers both times for a simple teller assisted transaction. I'll try never come back here again
