Transfered two hundred dollars to my girlfriend they held the money then took it and never gave it back to my account called for a week straight waiting hours after work never answered went Saturday so I could see someone not even open, took a day off went and saw a lady here insulting me 22 years of loyalty to the bank refused to look at my screen shot of the payment receipt was extremely rude had no sympathy for my 7 days of trying to recover the money blamed me somehow then had the cheek to say call the hotline after id waited hours on end with zero answer tryed combank app the robot has no clue worst bank in history never using it again greedy and cons

Whoever who made the decision to permanently close the rear entrance should be boiled in oil - if you park in the rear car park, you now have to either detour through the Chemist or up the alley-way to get to the front door - I'm sure it's now very inconvenient for pensioners, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful, but it takes far too long for them to put on another teller when there's a long queue. Having more staff greeting customers at the front door than actually serving them at teller windows is very annoying!

Such friendly, helpful staff I had a quite complex problem with NetBank and the staff member who helped me at the branch was really lovely and ensured that my problem was resolved - even though it must have been a time-consuming headache for her. I had fully expected to be palmed off to a support desk - so I was delightfully surprised, and impressed by her customer service. Huge thumbs up!

Good banking services. Friendly and helpful staff members. The bank's automatic teller manchines are found everywhere in the suberp and in city. They helped me in changing my ATM card several times. I recommend it as a first choice. Good luck for everybody there.

Poor service. I went to ask for a loan and they refused me because I have $1800 outstanding with wallet wizard. The loan I was after would have paid that debt out. WHATS THE PROBLEM.
