Some very rude staff that created an issue, manager called. Aggressive & bombastic approach. Falsely accused me of racism instead of dealing with the situation. If you have a disability don't go to this branch. Reported all this & initially the bank has taken their side so ive taken matters further. Now 4 weeks on & still no apology from this rude manager, & action taken against the senior staff member who caused the problem to begin with Very sad as it all could have been resolved so easily. Ive been discriminated against due to my disability. Staff at water gardens & Keilor park are wonderful, why does CBA protect rude & incompetent senior staff & their manager ? Now Aust Human Services are involved for discrimination against a disabled person. This bank has a history of complaints similar to mine yet the CBA refuses to act. Great staff elsewhere. Poor staff here ! Stand by your customers when you see a repetitive issue reported by many customers. After all, who pays your wages & helps your share holders ?

I have been banking with Commbank for more than 10 years and sure to be their loyal customer for the rest of my life. I love their services, their app and especially their staff. I have come to many different branches but Commbank St Albans is the best. I'm so lucky to meet home loan experts like Ms Hoa Phu and Mr Michael. Ms Hoa's calm and professional attitude made me feel less stressful when purchasing my new house. She worked so hard to get my home loan done very quickly that went beyond my expectation. And Mr Michael always made me laugh so hard every time I see him that I feel so easy and relaxing when applying for home loan at Commbank. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank you Ms Hoa and Mr Michael for your dedicated support. You guys are so talented and hard working that you deserve to be employees of the year. Please keep up your amazing work to help people achieve their financial goals. Well done Commbank team!!

My mom drawn money but cashier didn’t something wrong after that writing by hand just amount money with out details. I must went back to bank for update book for her (she’s87 hard to walk too much). Cashier just want she do by herself .I try explain just update book not take money out and it is your fault did not clear for customer. I understand about security,I showed my ID card and told her I let 87s mom in car park far from bank300m because not easy to get close spots she hard to walk but cashier still refused even only update book. What’s customer want from bank just good service clear comfortable and surely security every way. I hope bank should to do many things to make customer happy and secure. My mom honestly with commonwealths bank more than 60 ys. Services bad and badly and take time.

Staff were wonderful and very very helpful.I was going to withdraw $60,000 and put it in my ANZ account because it has interest but a lovely lady Tasha shows me i could link my account with a Goal saver to earn more interest than ANZ. I have been with CBA for 28 years and have savings, home loan etc with them. Been trying to call now for 5 days leaving my name and number everyday for someone to call me back. Nothing, no phone call. Absolutely a disgrace. But all in good as O have an RDO on Monday and as soon as I set up my new accounts with another bank I will close all my accounts with CBA and they can stick it. A one star is still to much.

Very poor customer service. Came to ask about home loan. At first, there was a white guy served us and he explained my questions well. whoever you are. BUT a moment later, the Vietnamese lady "lender" came out talk to us. Very bad attitude and very unprofessional. Took me less than 2 minutes to decide to go to another branch or another bank. Big boo to you Thuy Hoa or Hoa Thuy or whatever your name is.

When in today, waited 20 mins to see a lender. Then I was asked to talk a girl named "Aimee" at the counter. It felt like I was ordering food at fast-food chain. She didn't have an understanding of mortgages. Nothing was personalise. All they ask was for numbers to put a spreadsheet. I'm embarrassed to have been with Commbank for so long. Staff was rude and obnoxious.

Rude mannager made false accusations of racism to my boy friend & yet i am from pakistan & we attemd a philipino church with vietnamese also ??? Some one is twostong the truth & her superiors protected her & persecuted my friend closing his account because he has a disability. Discusting branch. As evident bu the other posts

Poor customer service and all veitnamiss staff even don’t know how to use their own banking software to solve the problem. They need to replace the staffs to ones who really know how to behave with customer and really qualified at their duties. Not like looking to each other when you ask them something

I had my money taken out of this branch and don't know why didn't that teller checked the ID of the person getting the money out. Still I am fighting for it and there is no action taken by the branch. Worst branch.

Worst Customer Service. Booking the people first who know any staff in the bank and other people are waiting. I wish I could upload a video and show everyone that a old lady waited for so long.

Allan's service and advice is second to none. We were never just a number. Solely puts our faith BACK into the banking system. New ideals based on new principles.

The lady at front is so rude specially with old age people and doesn’t know how to talk . I want to complaint her at their head office .

Quite busy at times but staff still try their best to help me with any enquiries. Love their deposit ATM at the front.
