I feel like customer service here is a bit rude. Like they always assume that I am there to do something bad. Takes a bit of talking and communication before the staff starts being much nicer and I just feel that the initial approach makes every visit to the branch a pain. Also parking is near non-existent during busy times.

We have had an amazing experience with CBA, Wentworthville and in particular, Himara Kollura, home lending expert. Himara has been extremely professional and yet caring to her customers.
