No wonder the bank is going digital and these staff will be redundant. There were 6 staff doing nothing still we were told to come in 1 hour. After coming back still we were not served. Waited for 20 more minutes and went back since we were disgusted with their service and attitude. No more visits to Knox branch

Wait time is long and it feels like customers are being forced to use machines to do deposits. Staff are pleasant, though some can be a little abrupt and not patient with elderly customers or those who don’t understand why they can change coin if they don’t bank with that bank. Kindness is free.

Went into cancel an old account. Was first met with a lady who took my details down and was asked to take a seat until one of the team members was available to meet me. She was very polite and helpful. The wait was not more than 5-7 mins.

Really bad experience for the service. So slow and unwilling. I don’t hope to keep doing anything with this bank if I can. Making simple thing into complicated. Seems they can’t do anything. You need to learn. Terrible!

Rude staff (especially teller!). Was waiting to see a bank officer and my turn in queue got skipped. Got told to wait until 10 when MAYBE I would be able to see an officer. Save your patience and go to another branch.

bloody useless spent age on the phone with them. and then said yep ill take care of that and just transferred me to a answering machine to leave a message no call back nothing. customer service was very poor.

Called them and they wouldn’t pick up over the 3 days i would call them continually. When i eventually went in i was met with rude and intolerant service and wouldn’t know how to do the simplest of tasks.

Phone customer service is pathetic, takes hours for someone to answer or you get fed up and hang up. You then have to find the time to go to the bank and your problem is not resolved. Very disappointing.

Flagged as open Saturdays but a small sign on the door says "not open during renovations to the centre" ... other businesses can service their customers during renovations, why can't you?

Front at the door, Greet person straight away gave the judgement even without asking what I am after and just terrible service. Hope someone someone address this issue.

No discretion or concern about customer privacy or safety. Do not attend this branch if you are withdrawing money and don’t want other people in the vicinity to know.

Front office lady KAREN, she is very rude with the customers. She didn’t even ask about the question and said 45 minutes wait time or come tomorrow. Terrible service

New lady Jennifer at the front desk is delightful and helpful, so too Chloe, a far cry from that dreadful Karen woman who was well ordinary.

13 people in the queue waiting for tellers . Only one teller....3 bank staff standing around . Surly one of them can serve at the teller..

Yes I agree with the other reviews that the service needs to improve. I find that other branches are more efficient and more friendly.

The teller Darlene is very rude, I have been with CBA 10 years and have never seen such a bad customer service!
