The service here is rude and unwelcoming. compared to the Brazilian Beauty Creek St. The ladies who work in this location lack motivation and have no attention to detail. After visiting the spa for an eyebrow wax and seeing the same person for over 6 months she never recognised me or my treatment, I have a wax and tint and EVERY time I have had to remind her I need a tint, and yesterday I was booked in for a Brazilian instead of an eyebrow wax. I've never been offered make up after my wax (which seems to be an industry standard), never had any attempt to upsell or current offers. Overall the service is lacklustre and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was hands down the best beautician experience I have ever experienced . Today I visited complete skin and Beauty keperra , And saw the amazing and very talented Laura and her staff who did an exceptional job on providing me with microdermabrasion and the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had . The girls made sure they catered specifically to my skin needs making the appointment feeling personal to me . Not only did Laura and her staff allow me leave the salon feeling a million dollars, they made me feel as if I was the most important person in the room . Complete skin and beauty is definitely a salon I return to and recommend!

I received services of waxing and eyebrow shape/tint. My therapist (Brooke M?) was great, very thorough in her work and product knowledge. She didn't do the hard sell which made me want to purchase my regular products from her. Brooke ap plied great pressure during my treatment so will definately be returning for a facial from her. I have very crazy and sparse, light eyebrows. During an eyebrow wax Laura suggested I come back for eyebrow tattooing with a mix of feather and powder technique. It looks amazing and natural. Laura spent the time to be really precise, listen to my concerns and had great attention to detail. I feel great having this done and it has boosted my confidence. Thank you Laura.

Despite moving over an hour away from the salon I continue to make the monthly trip back to continue having regular facial treatments from the girls as they do an amazing job. I got my lashes lifted and tinted by Brooke and she was AMAZING! So friendly and knowledgeable. I have strawberry blonde hair so my lashes are all but invisible and now even after rubbing them them they look better than on my wedding day! Can't believe I waited so long to try this, definitely a MUST for all my fellow invisible eyelash sisters!

This was the first time here. Absolutely brilliant. My beautician was so kind and friendly. I am definitely going back. The rooms are clean and tidy. They really know what they are doing and talk you through. Extremely professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing a beautician.

I did brow wax, lash tint, brow tint there and whereas the beautician was friendly and welcoming the service she provided was of poor quality. The shape of brows was far away from what I thought we had agreed upon, the eyes were stinging after tinting. Plus the prices are high.
