Best service I have received for some time. Had office updated, even tried to save a few files that I really mucked up ( All my fault ) The external hard drive I took in with me was faulty ( purchased from somewhere else) was playing up so I brought a new one and it is so great I’ll be buying another.The most important thing I was told is that I must back up more as I was hopeless in the practice and had been for years. I would recommend this shop anytime and really thank them so much

Do not use this technician. This guy will not set up software on your computer unless it is his inferior software. He will install "quick heal" which effectively has no purpose and charge 110 for it despite me already paying for trend micro. He didn't even set up my office software and still charged me 150 dollars, please be very careful when using this bloke as he has a financial interest in your computer having issues

Late last year I popped in to buy a HDMI to VGA converter piece. After having no luck in the surrounding stores, these guys were also out of stock. Thankfully the legend behind the desk sold me the one he was using on his own personal PC. Completely unnecessary but he insisted. Customer service above and beyond. Support local. I'll be back

Devastating experience. Gave away my external drive to someone else and wiped all my data when I had explained I hadn’t backed up years of uni work. Still paid full price and will not be back. Worst experience ever and I paid for the privilege.

Went in spare of the moment to have something repaired that was not their normal line of business. They not only repaired it but provided exemplary service. Was back before I could blink! Well done and thank you Terry & Wendy.

Took a very old computer in to have photos and hard drive removed. All fine at a very reasonable price. Friendly service. May have to wait a bit for a job as they seem very busy.
