Always good to experience a newer concourse & gate. Felt cleaner than main terminal - mostly because of the "shiny & new" effect. Comfy seating area and decent sized rest rooms topped ut off.

Pros: there are power outlet everywhere. Starbucks and a burger place along the gates. It is clean for a concourse under renovation Cons: wish there were more seats

Desk agents are very rude but it sounds like everyone in Chicago or most everyone is rude.

Looks nice but hope they add more bathrooms in the L 20-24 area

Burger restaurant and Starbucks are the only options.

In the new L gate extension. Very nice
