The girl was lovely but we were pretty annoyed with the service of the male there. We were getting groomsmen shoes for a wedding and with a wedding we are obviously trying to save as much money as possible and we were told that if we sign up we get 20% off our first order however to be able to sign up we had to make a purchase in store. So we did that - waited for the email to come through and it never did. 2 hours later I signed up online for free (did not have to purchase anything at all) and I got the voucher in my account within 10 minutes. Went back into store to use the voucher and they couldn’t get it to load which is okay - it’s not their fault. I appreciate that they tried to make it work however his advice was to wait a few days, come all the way back in store and try again when the voucher is actually registered. Said no problem but on the way back to the car I thought I would just try and order it online and see if it worked and it did straight away. I understand mistakes happen and problems arise but the way he handles the situation was pretty poor customer service considering we live 40 minutes away from the centre.

I have only just gotten around writing this up but couple weeks ago I entered into Connor and just needed to get a couple things for my family. This is when I overheard a female staff member make a comment about the smell of a few customers towards an employee then proceeding to say "those are your cousins" to the employee who was of Indian descent. As I overheard this causal racism play out not one person spoke up, this is unacceptable. I am not Indian myself but making jokes about other people then saying that to a fellow employee is unacceptable. The staff member who made these comments seemed to be the manager as everyone was reporting to her. I will not shop at a place that is racist, I overheard 1 comment in a matter of 2 minutes of being in that store. I can't imagine what else is said and overlooked just because she may be the manger. I rarely leave reviews, but this incident was too vile to overlook.

Those trousers I bought 2 for $100, colour was running off when I dipped my trousers in a bucket of tap water. I strongly recommend all of you guys. Out of 4 pants 2 of their colour running off. Took the photos asking for the refund, they made me wait for 30 mins, as per their receipt Ts and Cs full refund provided. Yet she shop manager would take her own decision to offer me the refund, she need to make a phone call to district mngr who don't answer her call in few attempts. I have been long time customer for Connor, but the service offered was awful. Never shop again. Sorry Connor for your unethical business, neither followed ACCC guidelines nor honour your own Terms. Grow up Management. Finally, guys, do a simple water dipping test for any clothes from any shop to see if the colour runs off.

Great products and sales are always good but very opinionated staff who are aggressive. I overheard her telling a groom and his groomsmen that they looked terrible with black shoes and they were making the suit look terrible. They didn't ask for her opinion. She also ruined my sons and my bonding time looking for formal suits by constantly interrupting and giving her again, unwanted opinion, and giving him choices that disregarded mine. It was unacceptable and completely rude. My son asked me not to say anything at the time otherwise I would have. Keep your opinions to yourself lady unless asked for!!

11am & I've just walked out of the Conor store at MacArthur Square feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she was shopping on Rodeo Drive. If you want service or need any help don't spend your hard earned in this store. The 2 young ladies need some training in customer service & I bet that surely they arent making a profit or won't make a profit while these 2 young ladies are working together in that store. May the force be with you if you decide to shop in there

We had a wedding to attend on friday and because we both work long hours, left our organising of wedding attire to the very last day (thursday night). The lady that helped us was phenomenal. Running backwards and forwards changing the sizes etc. We ended up buying him pants, shirt, vest, jacket, tie, belt, shoes and cufflinks and only paid $469.00! So glad we went here first! He is looking as handsome as the day I first laid eyes on him. 500 stars for this store!

went into the macarthur store on thursday afternoon and was approached by a lovely young man, i belive his name was tj he was so helpful and shopped around we couldnt decide as we were going on a cruise. Sarah stepped in to help, together they put a few outfits together for us. we left extremely happy and we'll defiantly be back. merry xmas guys!

Love the connor store. They have good collection of men's clothing for the year round. The store attendants are friendly and the service is always good. Some times the product quality is a hit and miss however overall would definitely recommend.

I encountered rude, arrogant and disrespectful behaviour by serving lady at the counter of MacArthur store. I felt targeted. I am unsure but I feel because of my ethnicity. And I would advise people of Color to be wary and stay away.

Was served in Connor’s today by a very polite and pleasant young lady called Caitlin . Went above and beyond to assist me and deliver the customer experience . Well done keep it up . Kind regards Ajay

Went into the mac square store to buy an outfit for my Christmas party walked out spending $600 with 4 outfits great staff very helpful thanks again Sarah merry Christmas to you and your team

Very bad customer service, well actually no customer service I had to get my own sizes for my son with no help with a suit for his formal.

Shopped around Macarthur Square and this place had the best mix of service, quality, and prices. Would recommend/10.
