In the midst of a busy covid pandemic, I had to return and get a larger size for 14 different individual items of clothing on behalf of someone whom bought online. I walked in with a competitor's shopping bag, daggy shorts, fat stomach, waluigi hat and a loud shirt comparing john barilaro to the Italian Job. I was the customer from hell, every service worker's fear. My only merits working for me was that i wasn't in a rush, and i had called ahead to check if what i wanted was possible. I was met with John, a nice young man still in training whom wasn't the gentlemen whom i spoke too ahead of time. John had a busy store of different customers coming up to the register, his elder colleague was assisting another customer, it was 30 degrees outside, and he had been working for probably 5 hours so far. Despite the difficult, tedious order that required lots of back and forth around the store to find the 14 different items of clothing from the homeless dressed person (Me. It was my day off, bite me!), John was nice, polite and efficent in helping me. He understood my drawn out story in record time, took my clothes and confirmed my purchase, speed two customers through the checkout process, found half my clothes, helped another two customers, and finished my request. During this time he kept me posted, making polite conversation with me and the other customers, apologising for the delays despite his expertise and time management causing virtually no delay for anyone who walked into that store. I was helped expertly and efficently by the (suspected) new hire, imagine what the long term staff are like!! John is you're reading this, thanks and i can't praise you enough. Connor is goated, the products are great and the service is amazing.

Didn’t have a very good experience today at the RouseHill store. My 14 year old went to change a shirt and a belt. While the cashier was busy with customers, my son went onto picking the right belt. One of the cashier was aware as purchased stuff was kept with him initially with the receipt. All my son did wrong was hanging the purchased belt and picking the desired size. Another cashier made such a big deal out of it through his expressions as if a crime has been committed. The confidence with which my son went for the exchange went down the drain. They need to be a little polite and with receipt and communication with the other cashier, he could have easily understood but instead he chose to be arrogant. Never coming back to this store.

Went there to purchase a pair of shoes and a jacket. The "lady" there showed me one pair of shoes, but one of the shoes had a mark because there have been tried on before, so I asked for another pair and unfortunately it was also marked and did not look unused. I asked if "she' had another pair and she walked again ignoring me and not pursuing the jacket sale. It is very unfortunate this person is running this store with no manners and professionalism. I drove a long way to get to this location and left empty handed and disappointed.

The most unprofessional and disgusting customer service anyone could imagine. From the junior casual worker to the girl who was in charge at Rouse hill store they all need to be educated regarding the customer service. I really dont understand how can any business put someone in the front line of their business who has no manners and sense of customer service.

Nevertheless connor clothes have good quality, but one their staff was unprofessional and it was a rude customer service from one of the staff working at CONNOR ROUSE HILL. The lady working their was polite but the other staff was rude and i ended up in not taking the products which i thought to buy from them.

Extremely happy with my purchase today. Top quality clothes with reasonable prices. Also I must say the staff has been amazing, they are kind, helpful, and at the same time give you your space to take time for your purchase.

Tahlia was incredible today, helped me and my friend pick out suits for my wedding and also stayed behind after her shift for over an hour!! Great time in connor rouse hill and would happily shop there again!

So expensive and terrible quality. I bought pants after 1 month the color changed. I will not buy from this shop and brand . Friendly recommend : $$$ DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY $$$
