We are so very grateful to have this wonderful community pharmacy close to us. Sophie has been our family pharmacist for over 15 years. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her staff who are always friendly, courteous and highly professional. I have particularly noticed the special effort they go to for older members of our community including my own parents-in-law. They know their customers by name and are compassionate and caring in approach. Sophie you are highly valued by all your local regular clients. I find the service inside the pharmacy very helpful. Every time I have come in to organise my pharmacy needs, I am always greeted by friendly and courteous staff members and the owner of the pharmacy is also extremely caring, knowledgeable and very obliging. Moreover, I have found the Pharmacy very clean and an ease to find what you are looking for. Good old fashioned person service! Coorparoo discount pharmacy II found to be extremely helpful honest and engaging pharmacy. They have one my trust to leave my scripts there after a really bad experience with my ladt pharmacy. They even went above and beyond with setting up the app on my mobile phone There prices are very competitive also and they have the most awsome gift shop there. Sophie and the team hit the ball out of the park time and time again. A fabulous pharmacy serving the community with professional service and a friendly and supportive attitude. Bought a medication here. Phoned ahead for availability of medication, they said it’s on shortage but they can give the lower dose on the same price of higher dose for a box of two. When I’m about to pay I paid for two boxes, that will cost a total of $60 dollars. I know the script will cost $30 each. That’s why I clarify before I travel and purchase. It’s a legit waste of time and effort to travel this far and result to only have poor miscommunication. Hope they are not trying to rip off patients who are in need of medication.

Coorparoo Discount Pharmacy is an icon in our precinct. Sophie and her highly professional team make you feel so welcome as a customer and go to great lengths to cater for you needs with top professional follow up advice. Being a potential GOM aka (Grumpy old man) I am discerning where I purchase from and so have been a most happy customer of Sophie and her wonderful team for longer than I can remember. Friendly, helpful service from Sophie and all of the staff. I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. During the peak of covid I was able to text through scripts and they were ready to be picked up without me having to wait. Staff have gone above and beyond to check ingredients in medications for me and then send me extra information. I always feel like they care about your health and help you to make informed decisions.

All staff go the 'extra mile' in assistance and service. A prime example is when there was a miscommunication between my GP practice, myself and the pharmacy. Sophie generously organised for a staff member to go to the Clinic, physically pick up the errant script, filled it and had it home delivered. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Blessed to have the pharmacy in my medical circle.

Lovely pharmacy with extremely helpful staff. Tarryn was wonderful and assisted me in booking my daughter in for her vaccination. The process was a breeze! As soon as I walked in I was approached by the Pharmacist who asked if I needed anything showing a genuine interest in my requirements. I took my two daughters to the Coorparoo Discount Pharmacy for their second covid shot. Matina gave them their needles and she was brilliant. She had tricks up her sleeve for two nervous girls and this was the first time neither of them were anxious or cried. They also loved the giant tin of lollipops as a treat!

Very helpful staffs.. I organized my hubby pick up the Epipen Jr from them but I have the prescription here. The staff is very helpful she gave me the Whatapps contact (business one) and I just scan the prescription to them. I just need to drop by next day and provide them the original copy.. Thanks :)

Fast efficient service. Please don’t ask to use their bathrooms. Your request will be declined if you are clean, well presented and busting. They will suggest you use park toilets nearby which are out of use. Thankfully the VERY KIND business Network 2 next door allowed me to use their bathroom.

First visit to the pharmacy and it was super speedy and efficient. Booked in for my COVID booster and the process was simple and we got in early for our appointment. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pharmacy has a gorgeous gift shop type section with lovely things to look round.

Such a lovely friendly team- I had my booster shot here last month and it was a quick easy professional experience. They also have a fantastic selection of gift shop items which were a delight to browse as I waited my 15 minute observation period. A very convenient location and easy parking.
