We first met with Cory to get information on the process of buying and selling back in April of 2022. Cory was very informative right from the start. He asked lots of questions to ensure he understood what we were looking for, pulled stats for the market at that time. Cory was open and honest with what we would be able to achieve with our budget at that time so that we could adjust our expectations. Cory even took us out for pre-emptive showings so that we could get a feel of the market. Cory was patient with us as we sorted out our timeline and prepared our condo for the real estate market. By the time we were ready to list in July 2022, Cory had everything prepared for us. He walked through our condo with us and helps us to stage with our own furniture. Given the lack of movement in the market at this time and the fact that our condo had sold higher than other comparable units in our neighbourhood at the same time, we are ecstatic with the outcome!
