While I am very happy with my purchase, I have to say the service was appalling. I walked in twice in my search for jeans and was ignored both times, even though there were at least 3 staff on the floor, shuffling clothes on racks. It wasn't until I exited the change room with items I had sourced myself, that anyone paid me any attention, to the point that they were sitting outside the change room, waiting for me! I also saw two other customers wander in, look for help and walk out when the staff wilfully ignored them. Will repeat, I am happy with my purchase, but the staff really need some training in customer service.

I visited the store today. I would like to give a shout-out to Lesley the attendant there she was so busy on her own and still managed to acknowledge and thank each customer for their patience. There were about 10 people behind me she really made our experience with two teenagers delightful. It's very rare getting this type of not good but great customer service.

Great prices and a varied range for a discount fashion shop. Staff were attentive and helpful, and service was efficient and quick. Would recommend for essentials.

Good customer service & was up sold promptly to make a purchase for charity which I thought was good retailing.

Site says it shuts at 5.30. Get there at 5.05 attendant says already closed. Not good enough.

Expensive pricey for similar clothing you can get at kmart or target jesus
