No concept of customer service, no one ever acknowledges you. They think they are the crème of crop. Workers need a reality check, you work in rouse hill mate. Take your business to the castle hill store where they actually have stock and the women actually acknowledge you even in leggings and a jumper.

Sadly it seems you have to look a certain way to be acknowledged and welcomed in store. Staff are dismissive and aloof. Combine this with the fact that their stock is often severely lacking - I’ve tried hard to support my local but it’s just easier to order online or head to a different store.

So sad how this brand has sunk to the depths of a nothing more than an op shop. I feel for the staff because they are all clearly not motivated and I cannot blame them.. just try and ring a store to check whether they have your size in stock. I'll save you time, you cant.

3 of the staff and we’re the only customer. Totally dismissed the fact that we were even in there. Kept going on with their personal life stories. If you expect people to spend their money make sure you up your game on customer service. Extremely dissatisfied experience.

I wish I knew the sales assistants name (assuming she is a Manager with a teenage daughter), but she is simply wonderful, kind and super helpful. I have only shopped in the Rouse Hill store a handful of times but all in all, the staff are all great.

Appalling ineffectual service by Country Road. 3 days in a row I have attempted to contact their store in Rouse Hill and have been blocked at EVERY turn. Your virtual assistant gives no assistance whatsoever.

Joanne and Carol are absolute angels. They went out of her way to track down a shirt for me. Ange in the store was also very helpful and I have now defected to the Rouse Hill store! Wonderful service A++++

Really good clothes, slightly pricey but when there is a sale it is definitely worth your time and money.
