I'm downsizing my 2star rating from 2021 to 1star2022. Firstly, the quality of the flowers remains terrible. I bought 6 peonies in the Spring at a steep price of $60 because they are my mom's favourite flowers. Understandably, the sizes of the buds were not the same but there was one that was too small to be charging the same as the others. I had to muster the courage to ask for it to be replaced, which met with some opposition from the owner, but was done nonetheless. I apologized and explained that being a single income household and the steep price, I wanted the flowers to be the same size. After replacing the flower, the original was passed to me a "gift". [Photo provided] Secondly, while the roses are divine when they bloom, several of the flowers didn't even open up. [Photo provided] Lastly, the service is constantly rushed. When coming in one is made to feel like an inconvenience. The 1 star I give is for the 2 workers who are actually nice and the flowers that look pretty but aren't worth the price they're charged. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2021 - I wish I could give this florist 5 stars because the arrangements and floral selection is very nice. However, on several occasions I have spent good money ($40-$60) for a bouquet and the flowers start to drop within 24hours. It’s fair to ask if we take care of the bouquet and I can only say: my mom has the greenest thumb around and is able to revive plats people throw away. So, yes, she knows how to care for bouquets. The only conclusion I can make is the quality being sold is far less than the price for which they are selling them. Very disappointing. Especially when it’s a gift. (Pictures available) Also, last year when Mother’s Day was a circus because of the first time COVID restrictions, I had placed an order online but didn’t hear anything back. When I went there on Mother’s Day, everything was sold out and no more orders could be placed. It would’ve been nice to at least get a notification that my order couldn’t be processed. But nothing was ever received.

I reached out to order an arrangement for my sisters bday…called in July 3 realizing they may be observing the stat holiday. Phone message still referencing May long holiday hours! Called back next day and reached someone. Upon answering I asked whom I was speaking to…I was promptly hung up on…I guess I was mistaken for a solicitor…understandable these days I guess. But I make it a practice to ask whom I am speaking with as I also make it a practice to leave reviews. I prefer to name whom I have received exceptional service from…I am also calling from out of town so it’s nice to know who I am doing business with! I did attempt to call back again but all I got was the message system referencing May long weekend…I took that as a sign!! I may not live in Calgary… but I have plenty of family and friends who do…I will certainly share my story with them. Enjoy your May long weekend!!

Creative Edge helped me with my wedding flowers creating exactly what I had envisioned for my day. The flowers were fresh and crisp and lasted far longer than I expected, dried well and photographed beaitifully. (Photo of bridal bouquet attached) While I was purchasing them I had the opportunity to sign up for a christmas Wine & Design workshop that they host at their Event-Core location, that includes step by step directions on the project of choice and a glass of wine for a wonderfully creative night. They even accommodate pregnant ladies with sparkling juice. I enjoyed my time so much I purchased a few future events (one pictured below) and I look forward to attending even more events with family and friends over the year as they have a variety to choose from on a monthly basis.

Creative Edge has been in the neighbourhood for many years. This small shop is sharp, well decorated and convenient for someone who knows absolutely nothing about flowers. Run by a brilliant woman, Rhonda, you will find any member of her team helpful and smiling. I vaguely explained my ideal bouquet to her and she designed a perfect boutonniere to match - incorporating some bud I brought in for it. The bouquet is nearly a week old now and still looks gorgeous. Our venue was brought to life for the ceremony at Charbar and everyone complimented her design on the archway and columns. Another great thing about the bouquets and clusters is they are secure and transport extremely well. I would recommend anyone looking to make an impression with flowers go here first.

The team at Creative Edge delivered us the most stunning wedding bouquets & boutonnières ever. I had met with Rhonda back in early 2020 as we were wedding planning to share our designs and vision for the wedding florals. She caught onto the colours and design we were going for for our fall wedding. We obviously had to postpone until 2021 and Creative Edge was very flexible and supportive through all the craziness. Finally our day came in October and we were given the most gorgeous pieces. Creative Edge also delivered all of them our venue right on time. Very easy and professional florist to work with. I went with Creative Edge for my wedding bouquet on a recommendation from a friend, and I am so happy that I did! The bouquet was absolutely stunning! I had a very small budget, but really wanted some peonies in my bouquet. Many other florists laughed at me, stating I would never get what I was looking for on my budget. At that point, I thought there was no hope and was going to forgo flowers all together! But, at the recommendation of a friend, I reached out to Creative Edge, and I am so happy I did. I recently got married in May and had Rhonda do our flowers. The main decor/theme of our entire wedding was light and airy with lots of white and greenery. So, we had a ton of flowers ordered. The flowers were really the bulk of our decor. I can't even begin to explain how STUNNING our flowers were for the whole wedding. She did such an incredible job, and everything looked perfect with the venue. Even the smaller flowers for the cake and cupcakes were perfect. The bouquets were magical! All of the flower arrangements photographed beautifully. I received tons of compliments on the flower arrangements on the day of the wedding and after receiving our sneak peek photos. We can't wait to see all of our photos/videos to see the flowers again!

Our experience with Creative Edge Flowers was absolutely perfect! It still amazes me how they provide the most pristine and beautiful flowers in the middle of winter. I had the pleasure of having Rhonda and her team design the floral arrangements, centerpieces and bouquets/boutonnieres for my wedding back in August 2019. All the florals were super fresh, and looked amazing in all of our photos. They also lasted for weeks even after the wedding. I would definitely recommend her for all your wedding floral needs! I loved the florals so much my husband got her to replicate a mini version of one of our arrangements for our one year anniversary (shown here). I've also ordered florals from Creative Edge on multiple occasions this past year (Mothers Days, birthdays etc.) to send to friends and family; highly recommend.

Creative Edge did our wedding on labor day weekend. Everything looked absolutely spectacular. Rhonda and Stacey captured our vision for romantic/elegant we were going for just perfectly. Rhonda, Emma and Andrea played an invaluable role with our recent wedding at Azuridge Estate Hotel! They were so enjoyable and professional to work with, and incredibly supportive in crafting everything involved, including our bridal party bouquets, corsage and boutonniere accents, the floral for signage, and the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception area arrangements. The flowers were in spectacular condition, were arranged beautifully, and everyone in attendance was gushing over them for days afterwards, as well! Dissatisfied and disappointed. I spent good money ($242)on an arrangement to go to the Funeral home for my sister’s funeral. I requested to have a photo sent to me so I can see the arrangement. It was lovely, they can arrange it alright but disappointment followed. First, the delivery was not made to the day it was requested. It went out for delivery at 9 am (Dec 21 as requested) and could not deliver until 10 am the next day Dec 22. By the time the funeral service has started the flowers was already wilting. I am very disappointed at this flower shop. I learned my lesson and will not use them again!

We recently had Rhonda and her team create our wedding florals and WOW they did not disappoint! The florals were something we wanted as a statement to our decor and with the combination of florals and candles, the outcome was amazing. I nearly cried when I saw my bouquet- something I left up to Rhonda to design. Our center pieces were taken home by some of our guests which was so special and I am having my bouquet preserved so I get to keep a part of the florals forever! Rhonda is absolutely amazing! I messaged her a week before my brothers elopement asking if she would be willing to put together a bouquet for his fiance. We had the opportunity to do a Zoom Winter Centerpiece workshop last night. Once again, Jolene was wonderful! She explained everything really well and sets you up for success. The quality of the greenery and florals that were delivered were perfect. Finished project pictured below. We did a Zoom "How to make a Grinch Tree" with Jolene tonight. It was such a great way to spend an evening. Everything from the supplies being delivered to your door, the printed instructions for reference and the zoom tutorial itself were very well done! Highly recommend!

I recently attended a Valentine's zoom class instructed by Creative Edge Flowers. From start to finish I was so impressed with this event! The flowers arrived the day prior to the class with prompt delivery! The flowers were beautiful and came with detailed instructions on how to care and prepare them for the class. A lovely lady named Jolene led our class! She was great and very informative. I learned a lot from just that one hour class. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are extremely knowledgeable and have beautiful arrangements.

I have used Creative Edge Flowers over the past couple of years for both personal and business flower orders. The service I have received has been beyond what I would expect. The staff has always gone above and beyond to provide me with exceptional product and service. Recently I also attended a Grinch Tree Workshop with Creative Edge Flowers and it was amazing! The workshop was so fun and the Grinch Tree I left with is one of my favourite holiday decorations! The facilitators were friendly and knowledgeable - I would absolutely do this again!!

I am not well-versed in flowers and needed a bouquet for a photoshoot. With little direction (and maybe even convoluted information) from me; Crystal at Creative Edge Flowers was able to create the most beautiful bouquet with her attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism, and kindness. From asking us to take sample photos of the flowers as she tested out some combinations to providing great advice on ribbon selection and flower care, Crystal made the experience at Creative Edge extremely pleasant. This will be my go-to florist.

A hidden gem to say the least! I have had the pleasure of visiting this cute shop a few times, and I always leave with something beautiful; a gorgeous bouquet, some new plants in adorable pots, and/or some local goodies. The team at Creative Edge is so friendly and helpful. Tonight my mom and I did a Zoom Grinch-Tree making class with Create Edge which was also fantastic! I was initially looking for a bouquet of red roses but they didnt have it - the lady was very apologetic about it. I left the store to look at other flower shops but am thankful I came back to this shop. It was my first time ordering flowers and she helped me choose flowers. I am from Edmonton and wanted to gift my mother in law in Calgary some flowers for Mother's Day. After doing some research, I decided to go with Creative Edge Flowers, based on the reviews. Although there was a delivery glitch on the day of, Creative Edge was quick to address the issue. The bouquet of flowers that my mother in law received was gorgeous. She was thrilled and we were thrilled at not only the quality of the flowers but also the excellent customer service. We are planning to order again for her birthday in June!

Ordered to buy some flowers for condolences. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as I needed the order that day and when I picked it up, they had misunderstood and thought it was for the next day. But, they were so lovely and apologetic about it and they were able to create my order for me in 5-10 minutes time as a rush. Still a beautiful arrangement and it was actually nice as I was able to really see the process of it. Great customer service. Thank you for helping me bring some light into a family’s difficult time.

I asked for a bouquet with a vase, and they counted me as a bouquet with a vase, but they didn’t give me a vase, because the flowers were beaten in a box. My mistake was not to check the appearance of the vase, but I was shopping and my hands were busy. It was the second time, more I didn’t like the service, and the sediment for the vase. She also asked about the check, I said “what is not needed, I’ll be back in 30 minutes and pick up the bouquet” - this was the second mistake. I think that the woman took the opportunity.

I placed an order for a fall bouquet from Rhonda at Creative Edge Flowers for my proposal and was amazed at the finished product! The arrangement was beautiful and filled with VERY fresh flowers. I approached Rhonda for a styled shoot that was focused on LGBTQ+ artists and she didn’t blink an eye in supporting our vision! Did a zoom night grinch tree workshop. The materials were put together in neat little package that I picked up. Instructions over the video was clear and engaging for people of all ages (families, singles, couples) and had a great time creating my first ever arrangement/tree. It was much easier than I thought it was and fun to do. The package also had clear step by step instructions on how to create the tree. I’ll definitely do this again and continue to get flowers from them.

We hired Rhonda and her team at Creative Edge for our wedding. We live in Australia, and were planning the wedding from overseas. Planning over e-mail was very easy with Rhonda; she was very accommodating with our requests. When we met her to go over the arrangements, we were very impressed with the arrangements and the boutonnieres. Jolene is a wonderful instructor as she proceeds at a good pace for both beginners and more experienced designers, takes time to explain the product, and always answers questions. I did a few workshops with Jolene and Creative Edge Flowers at our community centre and they have all been amazing. Each event was informative and the greenery were all well put together for the individual kits. Their response on Instagram was very quick and efficient. We had a to put together for some flowers for a funeral in the summer and Creative Edge was very responsive to our request and accommodated on the delivery as well.

My daughter and I participated in a DIY Grinch Tree Workshop with Jolene on Dec 10th and we had a fun time! Materials were packaged neatly and delivered to our home a day before the event. Everything was supplied for the event, although you need your own garden snippers / scissors. The workshop was over Zoom and was well-paced, engaging, and Jolene's instructions were clear and easy to follow! I'd highly recommend the workshop!

I've been to a few of the workshops now that Creative Edge Flowers puts on and have to say they are a blast. I've gone solo and made friends (boho mason jar arrangement) and gone with friends (succulent terrarium) and drank wine and had a great time. Jolene and Rhonda give great instructions and are full of flower tips and tricks for the attendees. I highly recommend booking a workshop for yourself or a group event!

Ashley at Creative Edge Flowers was awesome! Super helpful and patient in answering my questions, and even went as far as to tailor-make me a bouquet on the spot as I wanted something a bit more special than what they had at that moment - despite me walking in and her being swamped with orders. Her service was excellent, and very much appreciated. I'm glad that I happened upon this shop over the others in the area.

I got a vase of flowers from Creative Edge for my grandma to celebrate her birthday last week. I loved that there was already some premade vases to choose from and it was easy to choose something in my budget! The team took great care packing it up and it made the 2.5 hour drive out to her house quite easily. She absolutely loved them and I would definitely come back to Creative Edge for my future flower needs!

We only use Creative Edge flowers on our cakes, and for our flower orders. The quality of the flowers are as top notch as the staff! Rhonda and her team as such a delight and so talented. The shop is convenient, has loads of parking and a good selection of arrangements or loose flowers. I’ve been know you pick up the occasional gift at the check out too from locals suppliers like candles and cards! 5+ stars!

Great place. Small boutique store with owner very creative and skillful. A perfect gift for anyone of any age. The flower arrangements are good and affordable and well designed. Centralised location on country hills makes this location very attractive for pick up. Advise is always complementary at this place and suggestions are lovely to choose nice and best centerpiece. Creative Edge Flowers is the place to go for beautiful flowers in NW Calgary. Wonderful selection, high quality. I have never been disappointed with any of the arrangements that I've bought there. Highly recommend. I recently attended a Grinch Tree workshop with Jolene. It was excellent. She is an excellent instructor and made the workshop a tonne of fun. I'm so pleased with how my Grinch Tree turned out.

The flowers for our wedding were absolutely beautiful. Stacey was wonderful and prompt when responding to our emails. We were able to send example pictures and the end results were even better. We also were happy to find that they rented linens, sashes, chair covers and other items. Everything was extremely reasonable in price and we were so happy with our flowers for our wedding day.

Recently did the Grinch Tree Workshop with Creative Edge Flowers. I cannot rave about it more! Its was a great experience, the instructors were very helpful. Rhonda & Jolene were right there to answer any questions and help me create my Grinch Tree. I absolutely love how it turned out! I couldn't be happier and suggest doing this workshop! It's a great girls night out in December!

I have ordered flowers from here many times and even picked up last minute flowers/gifts and have never been disappointed! Their flowers are absolutely amazing and worth the price! They also have so many fun smaller gifts from local vendors that are super cute! the girls there are always so nice and wonderful to deal with! I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs!

I ordered flowers for a small intimate backyard wedding, and Eugenia provided the best most professional service. Communication was top notch, she was patient, understanding and knew exactly what I wanted. The flower arrangements were above and beyond my expectations - they were absolutely stunning!! I won’t be buying my flower arrangements from any other business.

We did a Zoom class with a group from my husbands office. The day before greenery, flowers and a vase was delivered. I was already impressed with the colours, selection and quality and they weren't even assembled yet. The class was fun and so informative. I took away lots that I will use in the future. They did a fantastic job guiding us through the process of making the tree and was very patient and helpful when I fumbled during some parts. Overall I was very happy with my end result and now have a beautiful grinch tree to enjoy through the holidays.

We took a corporate terrarium making class with Creative Edge on April 7, 2021 and they provided the supplies and on-line zoom class. The instructor was very nice, energetic and informative. The succulents and terrarium supplied were very good quality. I enjoyed the class and being creative and now I have a nice, low maintenance plant for my office.

Received a bouquet of gerbera daisies today. Stunning and so much care taken. From the delicate twine, to the selection of greenery, right down to the velum soft pink paper. Everything is perfectly beautiful. An unexpected gift that is all the more wonderful because of where it came from. My first encounter with Creative Edge.

Took a Wine & Design workshop with the lovely ladies from Creative Edge Flowers. It was by far the best floral workshop I have been to! Everything was well organized and ready to go. I had the pleasure of doing a Zoom-based flower arrangement class with Jolene this Valentine's Day. Jolene was friendly, funny, and ultimately managed to coerce my bundle of flowers into a legitimately beautiful bouquet that I was happy to gift to my partner. Thoroughly enjoyed a Full Wreath making workshop with Jolene Campbell. It was a virtual event which was very well organized and easy to follow along. The wreath and the decorations were all delivered to my home, prior to the event. Given the COVID gathering limitations, I have to say that events like this are truly needed. Thank you Jolene.....

Jolene was our instructor for the virtual DIY Grinch Tree class, and was very easy to follow her instructions and demos. She is natural in front of the camera, very personal and encouraging, which made the experience really fun, even for the truly inexperienced (like my hubby) who did a lot of the work! Thanks!

Great customer service and very helpful when I was trying to get some ideas on what flowers to put together for my aunt. The manager was very knowledgeable with flowers and it was so sweet of the manager to give my little girl a nice pink rose. I will definitely come back to Creative Edge for flowers again!

I planned a DIY Grinch Tree event with Creative Edge Flowers and the whole experience from planning to the event was fantastic! My grinch tree arrived in time, with clear instructions and Rhonda and Jolene was super easy to work with - this was our 2nd event with them! Their stuff is just gorgeous as well!

We had a great experience with creative edge flowers. They organized an event in panorama community center and we enjoyed a lot ,they give a training to my kids on how to make a beautiful Christmas center piece. It was so beautiful and fresh. Everyone loved it.

We went to Creative edge Flowers for our wedding in 2016 and they were AMAZING. We were so, so happy with the results. They are now the only flower shop we use, and we have ordered from them 3 times since. Never disappointed in the quality they deliver.

My mom, sister, and I did the grinchie tree workshop on Dec. 8th for my mom’s birthday. We had so much fun and we’re really pleased with how our trees turned out. The shop is beautiful, quaint, and also filled with unique giftware. We highly recommend!
