Disgusting behaviours from this local store. I have carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands. Whilst awaiting to be served I dropped the lenor and the lid cracked resulting in a small spilage on the floor. I picked up another one but was still charged for the one i I dropped but not given this back. And this instruction was given to the guy on the till by the manager who did not even come out speak to me personally. I found this really4 rude and i should of at least been given the old lenor which was at least three quarter full

Sell fake 600 puff crystal bars, nearly threw up when I took a puff of one and there circle at the bottom instead of square, blue wrapper when you open box instead of clear

Ok for bits. Sell fresh fruit X veg. Some things are pricey but it's a corner shop but no parking charges like the greedy arndale centre

Cold. Annoying buzzer.as you walk through the door. Distant staff. Lacking energy drink selection. Did i mention its cold?

The staff at nisa local are fantastic n also gemma has nice smile n they are all doing a fantastic job
