I find it always a very convenient pleasure to shop down at Crown Point Retail Park, which is situated just outside of Leeds City Center, there is always plenty on offer regarding choice and it's easily accessible too, and with plenty of free parking space for all! I personally always find shopping here an enjoyable experience. I also love the fact that it is open till 20:00 on week nights, a great convenience for myself, be it for the Argos, Sports Direct, Currys, Asda Living, Pound Stores etc or one of the many other stores that are available here in this Retail Park. It's well worth a little visit if you fancy a change of pace and scenery, there is even a large Costco that is not actually in the Retail Park itself, but it is only a five minute walk around the corner from it, or a two minute drive at worst! So why not give Crown Point a try, even if for whatever reasons you find it's not for you personally, at the very worst you'll be hard pressed to simply dislike what you find here.
Always loved shopping at Crown Point but this has now finished. I left site briefly before continuing shopping … A £170 received from a recovery company for non payment! Original fine not received, £100 fine received whilst on holiday with no opportunity to appeal (outside the time period) … Recovery company unhelpful - pay of go to court… UKPC no way to speak to them … Eventually after a formal complaint to UKPC managed to cancel recovery company and revert back to the £60 fine. Too exhausted to continue fighting this… paying the £60 (did offer to donate money to charity - UKPC didn’t respond to this offer No help from Crown Point management … Will now shop elsewhere in Leeds and ensuring as many friends, Colleagues , family are aware of the parking t and c’s … technically I was in the wrong by leaving BUT I was shopping on site… no sense no empathy no compassion WELL DONE CROWN POINT FOR LOSING ANOTHER CUSTOMER
Hi We visited and shopped for 1 hour in the stores. 3 days later got a fine letter from UKPC saying we left the site and were going to be fined £100. What a set of Scammers UKPC as we never left the site. Anyway tried to contact Crown Point Management again another waste of time they do not answer phones or emails, SO BE AWARE OF UKPC PARKING FINE SCAM KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE
We had a great experience there. Great place for shopping. There are cafes too if you want to grab a coffee or tea. You don't have to worry about parking too as there is a free parking for 3 hrs. Also, there are multiple shops and you could buy most of the stuffs there. I would recommend going there for shopping without worrying about a parking and all.

Scamers. Please be careful. Came to Crown Point Shopping Centre on two different days (in the row). Stayed maybe 15 minutes each time and received a parking penalty notice for allegedly leaving my car there overnight . Luckily enough I'm a taxi driver and my car is tracked so I can prove them wrong in the Court if comes to that. …
The shops may be good, the people may be very friendly... but if you walk out of the centre with your car still parked, even for a minute, you can expect a £100 fine! Oh, and don't stay a minute over your three hour allowance, or you'll get another £100 fine. This has happened to many, many people. AVOID THIS PLACE .
I would say perfect but there they have more disable parking than parental parking. Every time we go there we struggle to find a parental parking and the company which runs the parking they don’t really care about who has kid to park in parental parking or not. They just look for any car parked on disabled parking
Really good selection of shops and lots of places to eat. There is a big Home Bargains, which is great as well. There is a limit on car parking, which is important to keep an eye on as if you were to look around all the shops and get something to eat, you could easily pass the alloted time.
Good variety of shops, quite a bit bigger than you'd expect. There's a coffee shop as well and benches along the footpath to sit down and have a break. There are toilets in and outside shops. One downside is not enough parent-children spots but it's fine as you can usually find an end spot
Parking in this area is subject to a strict three-hour time limit, and any vehicles exceeding this limit will incur a parking penalty. Given the abundance of excellent shops in the vicinity, visitors may find it necessary to extend their parking duration beyond the stipulated three hours.
It's a nice shopping area, if you know what you want. The main problem is parking! There's a 3-hour max stay in the entire car park, and they are super strict and dish out fines. So if you want to have a nosey around every shop there then don't drive because its impossible
Employs the services of UKPA who will give you a £60 parking fine at the drop of a hat- and they won’t give you a heads up or warning either. Retail parks need to think twice when contracting robbers like UKPA. Go to another mall like White Rose or Trinity instead.
Take care with the parking. Some shopping jobs take a while to complete and if you go a few minutes over your 3 hours you'll be fined £60. Don't eat and shop there if your purchase is not straight forward, or you are a slow eater. Do not stop to talk to friends!
Not much there for me. Subway ok. Card shop and boots but not interested in anything else..toilets are disgusting. Obviously not getting checked.. not with amount of s..t everywhere ..Had to ring number to request cleaning crew. I used the one in Subway..
Spent £200 on the complex and walked off site for half hour. Be carefull. They still ticket you even if you have spent on site and its on the small print. Scandalous. Another brilliant way to f##k people out of money. Won't be shopping here again!
Beware UKPC Scammers charge you £100 fine for your car saying you have left the centre - even when you haven t left the centre. Crown Point Management do not answer there phones or email to hear your complaint about UKPC parking Scam
If you like getting dragged around shops by the other half and kids after working away all week and spending your hard earned cash, then this will be right up your street personally not for me but do what ever makes them happy
Great place for shopping. It’s pretty crowded on weekends, a lot better on weekdays! We love to shop here and then have some snacks and coffee in Costa or Starbucks. Huge car park available. The toilet available too.
A necessary evil when needing to visit these shops. If you enjoy shopping, I'm sure this rates much higher :) Beware the 3 hour car park limit, £175 fine, and no return in 2hrs. They watch
BEWARE!! The company that runs the car park are scammers (UKPC) they’ll rob you if you’re slightly parked on a line even if the car park is empty £100 …. We will never shop there again!
This place is 10 mins walk from Leeds station. Not very crowded and has all the necessary shops like Boots, Mark and Spencer food hall, TK Maxx, Hobbies & crafts, subway to name a few.
Watch the parking here, it's easy to get a fine even if you are actually shopping at the centre. Sign says three hours free, but be careful because fines are handed out easily.
Average place for shopping, parking is limited to 3 hours maximum with no return for 2 hours. Shops are relatively busy on evenings and weekends. Not much dining options.
I used to shop here all the time but after a ridiculous parking fine I won't be retuning in the future. BEWARE of the parking fine scam company running the car park.
Gutted, just received notification today that 2 months ago I stayed 11 minutes too long shopping! £60 fine if I pay in the next 14 days or it’s £100. Gutted!
Get in early to park and enjoy a steady walk round, does get packed later. Good selection of stores and cafes. Avoid the sausage rolls at Asda home shop cafe
Brilliant place to shop & eat but parking time is rubbish only get 2 or 3hrs witch isn't a lots if going into most of shops then want to go for food awell
Fun skate spot. Nice shops hobby craft is the best. Graffiti pens or spray paint also fun DIY things. Homebargins is the best for cheap things here too.
Some great shops, spaced out with the lesser interesting shops. Car park an absolute shambles 15 minutes and only moved 3ft. Won't be returning.
Plenty of shops to choose from and very rarely have issues getting a parking place. Would like maybe another cafe of some description too …
A reasonable shopping experience that's improved over the past 10 years. Carparking is strange and that can cause delays parking at peek times.
Spacious, and plenty of shops here. I mainly visit here for Nike store but there are other stores around, so no complaints there
A good place for shopping and quick drinks. Come here mostly for ASDA POUNDLAND, HOME BARGAIN, CURRYS, TK MAX, ARGOS, etc
Great place for shopping. You have an opportunity to buy everything you are looking for. Many shops, easy to park free.
I hate shopping at the best of times. This place is a nightmare to get in and out of in the car. Some okay shops.
Too busy for me . People park for there own comfort , too close. I only go for business reasons only.
Easy parking surrounded by stores. Parking spaces as tight as any other car park. Plenty of spaces.
Good place to get some shopping but getting in and out at busy times can be a little challenging.
A bit of a wait for parking but the stores weren't overly busy & getting served was pretty quick.
Parking g is great but just make sure you adhere to ALL the requirements to avoid being ticketed.
Visited after a long time and seen a great revamp. Even better shopping experience than ever.
You can park your car free for 3hrs and after that they can charge you min 60 pound...!!!
A nice few hours spent ,we haven't visited for years but will return more regular.
A very pleasant shopping experience, easy to get parked and good range of shops
There are numerous types of shops, and abundant parking spaces are available.
We really liked the idea of having all the shops we visit in one place
Fantastic retail area, I just find 3 hours parking not enough
Bonkers car park but good selection of retailers.
