Stuffy, claustrophobic and overcrowded. However I gave it an extra star because of the cafe which serves very decent curries at lunch. The coffee there is good too as is service. There could be more rooms for private meetings and some more ventilation. In summer there are no cooling systems or even fans making it suffocating. Parking is horrendous and ridiculously expensive after the closest NCP car park has been closed which means a long walk from another car park which is awful since I have a back condition.

The numbers on the answer phone to contact the court are not correct or haven't been up dated. I went to court got a baby sitter... got told it they were unable to deal with my case today. Got a court date but with no time.. very difficult to get hold of anyone. No updated letter in the post following a reschedule. The day attending cost money in parking which I'll have to pay for the reschedule. The magistrates did treat me with respect and kindness that's the only reason they get 1 star !

Phoned for some information and was put through to an operator with a warm and friendly manner who was able to answer my question easily. Not all court phone operators are such a pleasure to speak to.

A vandalised dump,the whole place needs a complete refurbishement. Horrible.The cafe is particularly nasty. Security was very poor.

I spoke to Shahed Ahmed on the 13/04/2023 and he helped me a lot. WHENEVER YOU NEED HELP ASK FOR HIM!

What a horrible place the toilets could do with a good bleaching and it's very unorganised …

They dont answer phones on reception.
