This place, in my opinion has the best Indian food in Hornsby. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews - they may have gotten the wrong restaurant as the food we have received so far is of very good quality. The portion of curry dishes can be a little bit bigger but I find the price and quality negates that so we keep coming back for more. Whenever I order from Uber or pick up, the food is always fresh and warm and prepared very quickly. The owner is also very on the ball with his orders. My favourite dish is actually their garlic cheese naan often paired with butter chicken and lamb briyani. Typing this I can actually smell the butter chicken on my fingers

This place is called "Curry On" and you really should Curry On... Driving by. I'm sorry to say this was the worst tasting Rogan Josh I've ever eaten, actually that's not fair to them, it had no taste so it couldn't have been the worst. All sauce with very little meat and what meat there was turned out to be fat. The chicken in the Butter Chicken has never seen a Tandoor, the sauce was basically tomato soup with cream and a few slivered almonds chucked in. The roti was nice, the samosas were good but the naan, don't bother. 1 star is being generous and that is only because of the samosas and roti.

Have had great take away experience multiple times. Vegetarian food is great and very consistent. Highly recommend palak paneer, vegetarian butter chicken (its soya) and delicious vegetarian Biryani!! This is my all time favourite takeaway joint now :)

Taste is ok but charging $2 extra for normal vegetarian dishes such as Channa Masala, baby potatoes etc.. which are already vegan is a very cheap rip off. Another restaurant using vegan as an additional branding just to charge customers extra. Hence I have stopped purchasing vegetarian dishes and sticking on with meat if am ordering from them. Already provided this feedback to them in person but looks like they do not want to change this.

I ordered beef biryani and cheese naan, the biryani looked prepackaged and spices were not the best. The naan was ok. It’s kinda of disappointing specially the biryani and the meat definitely wasn’t fresh and was tasteless. Also meat pieces were not a proper once they looked leftover. When you charge $ then need to deliver taste and quality match the $. Selling prepackaged food is beyond joke.

Second time ordering, absolutely impeccable service! The best value food I have ever had period (portion sizes are massive!). The fact that the vegan food is the same price as their normal meats is incredibly commendable. Not to mention it is also probably the best tasting Indian food I have ever had in my life. It is absolutely insane that they get this out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you guys for the great food!

I hate being negative, but I am doing this for the sake of constructive feedback. We ordered a beef Bombay and chicken nilgiri. Unfortunately both lacked taste. I had the beef and it had that distinct “in the freezer for a week and microwave reheated” taste. Your garlic naan was fantastic though, hence the 2nd star.

This must be the worst tasting Indian food I've ever had. There's no authentic arouma. Spices are not infused. These curries are not cooked for long enough and their base taste fake. To make things worse, we ordered a serve of chicken tikka which says you get 4 pieces. They gave us two pieces cut in half! Two stars because rice was good, and thats me being generous.

"Ready in 15 minutes! And Gone in 5." Solo dined for dinner, they didn't give me plates but disposable containers. The food is as good an authentic Indian food you'll find anywhere, and perhaps even better. The reason for the review is the feel of the place. Recommend dining in solo if you like feeling disconnected and alone while everyone passes by.

This is the best Curry takeaway on the planet. Third time I've been here and just as delicious as always. Great value and quick. The guy at the counter is super nice also. Thanks again.

Very average home delivery - Bombay potatoes not crispy pan fried, just boiled - “dumplings” had no flavour, and swimming in grey mush that was supposedly spinach - filling for samosas was the same grey mush with potatoes - ordered from the Vegan menu & paid more per dish than the meat options!! Cannot recommend this place unfortunately

I had the chicken tikka masala, saffron rice, curry puffs, garlic naan and papadams. I was very happy with every item. Good flavour, not too oily at all, very delicious overall. I ordered take away, called and placed the order and told them I will pickup 30min later. I rocked up to Curry On 25min later and the order was ready. That is service. Food was very delicious. Packed in nice and neat. I will recommend Curry On for sure to all my friends and family. Well done Curry On keep the good work going on.

Puns are a big pull for me, so I was even more impressed when the food turned out to be excellent as well! Best vegan butter chicken I’ve experienced. The food was cooked quickly with friendly service and very reasonably priced.

My daughter loves butter chicken so we have tried it all the restaurants and shops in Hornsby. Finally, we have found the best one. We ordered combo meal, which was 2 curries with rice for $30. Great portion and very tasty

I ordered the butter chicken mild, saffron rice and garlic cheese naan. Was absolutely delicious!!!!! The naan could of been more cheesier. Papadums were so crispy and flavourful too, they came free in my order

Tried this place for the first time. Food came out in around 7 minutes. It was piping hot and tasted great. We got the two curry combo deal. Reasonably priced and great taste. Will be back for sure!
