If I could give the ladies at Cuts and Colours 5 stars 100 times over I would! I had just received a haircut from upstairs near the food court and they absolutely butchered my hair. All I wanted was a straight cut trim and It’s like they came at it me with an axe. I was left with short and long bits all over. On my way to the car park crying, I found myself out the front of Cuts and Colours. They were about to close for the night and with the last bit of energy I had, I asked if they could desperately help me. With tears rolling down my face they dropped absolutely everything they were doing to help me. They were incredibly shocked with the state of my hair but assured me they could fix it. They worked on it for 40 minutes and I can honestly say they did an incredible job. When I went to pay they gave me a hug and said it was on the house. I don’t know what I deserved to experience such generosity. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I went into Cuts & Colours for a simply blowave on the 30/01/21 as I was attending a wedding. The stylist burnt my face with the hair dryer. Very disappointing as she did not acknowledge it. I felt my skin burning and saw it peeling. I quickly advised her she had burnt my skin. She did get some ice. Staff was not trained with burns. I had to ask for vaseline to settle the sting. I still paid full price for the service.. The stylist should have recorded the incident. Very unfortunate that I now have a scar.

Went in asking for a simple haircut which involved shaving the sides/back #2 length. Hair wasn't blended like I asked or thinned out correctly and couldn't even simply shave the sides/back evenly which doesn't make sense since the clippers do all the work anyway. Hair now looks ridiculous and then having the audacity to charge me $30 for it. Literally could have had a blind person cut my hair and would have ended up with the same result.

Seems like it depends on who serves you. I fortunately have been quite pleased with the service. For my short hair, some hairdresser respond exactly to what I want, some left my hair longer than I wished, and some tried suggesting stylish quirks. But all have done the mirror check at the end and were gentle during their operation. The price isn't consistent every time, I think because some think I look too young for adult prices.

Call and booked an appointment for 9:15am for. Trim, wash & blow wave. Turned up to my appointment only to be told the person who took the appointment doesn’t even work in the salon and he’s booked me with a staff member that doesn’t start work till 11am and they are fully booked anyway! No phone call, no sorry just - we can’t do it we’re booked. Absolutely pathetic service will never return.

Asked for ombré. Val died my hair grey. 4.5 hours in the salon and came out with grey hair!! She said it would wash out if I used anti dandruff shampoo…which it didn’t! Highly recommend never going to this salon. Val had no skill in colouring. Or cutting when she started cutting with thinning scissors. Worst experience I have ever had at a hair dressers.

I came here when I was in desperate need of a hair cut and colour, it turned out great!!! When coming to these chain places it's usually a hit or miss and it depends solely on the people working their and there skills. I had Annette and she was wonderful! Great conversation and she had over 30+ years of experience!!! I was very lucky to have her

I don't know why I'm giving them any stars.. The girl struggled to smile.. I had very long hair way under my bra strap line. I asked for 1inch taken off the length and about 3-4 inches off the layers.. She did them in reverse so I now have a long bob with hardly any layers and my hair is so short. Doesn't feel sexy anymore but it's healthy

When for general hair cut and trim . The girl wouldn’t even smile , talk or even was judgemental to me and even told me so. I found the service lacking and there was no personal service by the staff . If your going to be in a people job be a people person . I won’t recommend this salon and I won’t be back .

Very beautiful haircut by Stella, I have long hair and requested for layer cut. Usually in other salons they reduce the length of my hair and then cut layers, but Stella managed to keep my length as well as added more layers. Very happy and would definitely visit again …

Worst haircut I've ever had in my life. Just asked for a simple haircut, number 2 on the sides and short and spikey on top. She shaved the sides, trimmed the top, didn't do any blending at all. $30 later, I went home and the wife couldn't stop laughing at my hair.

Really one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The sides weren't done properly with bits of long hair still there and also the side lines were uneven. Top of the head was misshapen and and uneven. The only reason they get a 1 star at all, was the Service was ok.

Love this place. I am very fussy with my hair and have had so many bad haircuts in the past but this place is the only one i trust. The chick with the tatts is awesome. Ive always been happy with the service and its very reasonably priced. Highly recommend

For me it a is quick, efficient, no fuss, good value hair cut. I get a buzz cut and they do an excellent job at the best price. It does get annoying sometimes when they pick someone out of the queue rather than whoever is first. Overall very convenient.

So good. I got an adorable pixie cut and was exactly what I wanted. They work so hard there and are all exceptional hair dresses. All very lovely too. Such a good price my hair cut was $40 when somewhere else would charge $120+. Very happy …

I came here for a cut, wash and blow wave. The hairdresser with a dark brown/red hair, (forgot to get her name). Was so friendly and lovely. She cut it so nice and I’ve had so many compliments on my hair. Did such a great job, thank you.

Went in for a hair cut a few weeks ago. Was told $30. Was charged $35. The hair dresser didn’t cut my hair straight. The back of my hair is 5 different lengths. Very disappointed. If your gonna quote a price, at least honour the pricing.

Always give these guys high rating. The young guy working there was so helpful and really gave me a new look love the colour and the cut. They have been doing my hair for years have no hassels with who cuts it all are very talented

Really bad service charged me $230 to hightlight my hair.I had given specific instructions but the lady didn’t do what I wanted.I will never go to this place again.Only they care about is more customers to make money.

Very disappointed. Spent $203 on balayage which doesn't even show. On store window it says $99 for balayage and $35 for haircur($134 altogether) but guess what that doesn't involve the base color. Never going back.

The staff is nice and polite. I had a haircut and received what i asked for but colour is not right. I showed a picture with clear very light blond but my colour is light gray. It looks ok but not what i expected

Couldn't be happier with my wash and blowave by Rachael today! She sure knows how to do a great blowave and is all done in a shiek professional manner. She really gets it right every time for me!

Sent my husband in to cut my sons hair. It is crooked and extremely poorly cut. Will be going back tomorrow for a refund and an explanation! Very annoyed!!
