Horrible customer service, website is rampant with mistakes and mis-listed products. Near impossible to buy off these guys and when I finally did half the LEDs on my custom strips didn't work. They offered for me to return the product for testing and if it was manufacturers error they would repair for free, so I'd be out of pocket for shipping 3 times(initial order, return, and then reship). Mind you it never worked in the first place, I ended up just resoldering it myself as 1 of the LEDs in the string wasn't soldered properly to begin with. Worst customer experience ever

First foray into the diy led world as a marine aquarium enthusiast... and I have to say, Cutter electronics is a class act! Leigh, Mark, and Ben all went out of their way to help. They were patient, and answered all my questions. Top shelf products, exemplary service, along w/ a well designed and properly functioning web page. I also found enormous value in the educational videos on their website. Follow up has been great and I would highly recommend anyone in need of LED lighting to reach out to them!!

Great product. Product works as advertised and outperforms any LED strips i have seen so far. I was looking for 90+ CRI and 2000 + lumens for a backlight project for my After burnt my fingers with other online retailers finally found this awesome company and great service.
