Such poor service from a place I was reccomended. My contract for land was lost and found after a few days on another persons desk. I delt with multiple people and had to keep re explaining my situation so they could give me answers as to where the process was up to. We were quoted $895 for conveyancing which I was happy about. I asked if we were not to go through with it as I didn't know if my loan would be approved what the fee would be. I was told only $195 for the paperwork. My loan did not get approved and I received a bill of $875 and questioned this fee. I was forced to pay $500 in the end (after they 'DISCOUNTED' my bill even though the original quote for was $195 if something was to fall through) for a service I was not provided. Trisha was extremelly rude about the situation and kept telling me to read my bill. She even had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. This company does not keep to their word and I was forced to pay the bill. Be very weary of this company! Very unprofessional.

Lake Street Lawyers are fantastic! They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and customer focused. The offices are very nice and they ensure that you feel comfortable. They helped with everything I needed for writing my will. They are super informed when it comes to information you may need to know and they ensure that you can see any possible outcomes that you may not be happy with as well as providing you with the tools and information to make sure what you want happens. I know there is also a lot of other areas that they cover being lawyers and if I should need them for any of those things they will definitely be my first choice.

I want to start this review by saying I am not the easiest person to deal with, not because I am rude or anything like that but I like to ask a lot of questions to know what is going on and where we're at all times. I dealt predominantly with Olivia and my gosh is she a patient woman! I don't even want to check how many emails I've sent Olivia over the past nine months whilst we've been waiting for land to title/settle.
