Save your money and go somewhere else. I have been getting my nails done since I can remember and I've never had an experience like this. I made an appointment and waited 30 minutes without anyone addressing me. I let them know my name after 15 minutes and was met with a mumble from an employee who didn't even bother to look up at me. I requested chrome French nails and showed them a picture. The employee who was doing my nails made them all different lengths and different shapes. I asked for this to be corrected multiple times throughout the appointment. She started to do the French part of the nail and after 3 fingers I asked her to stop as they were all different. I let her know I would stick to the base colour she applied as I wanted to get out of there. Another employee came and picked up my hand to look at the work and the two started to laugh and speak in their language. Terrible customer service. I left upset, it was the only day I had off before Thanksgiving and I was very much looking forward to having my nails done. If I could give 0/5 I would, the base shellac she applied started to peel off after 2 days. Don't waste your time with this place

I never write reviews but this has to be BY FAR the worst experience I have had getting my nails done, I work close so I thought I'd give it a try. The lady wasn't the greatest when I walked in, ended up leaving me for a good 10 minutes. I understand appointments come but could of at least told me and I would of understood. My nails are not even remotely close to what I asked but I didnt complain at first and I also asked for a gemstone and I've never in my 10 years getting my nails done been charged $10 for ONE gemstone.. just ONE.. are you kidding me? She was adding my total up and said $10.. that's something you should tell your paying customer and not throw them off. Never in my years has someone tried charging me that for just one. I'd understand if it was higher quality and not cheap plastic, But anything to make a buck and not make a customer come back... Learn some customer service skills. I have no problems paying for good work as I always do. But my nails are not what I asked for, they arent the same shape, the lack of communication.. Unfortunately I'm disgusted by how uncomfortable she made me too.

I am truly obsessed with the work that comes out of this salon. I have been coming here for years now and I have not once left disappointed. I have had the pleasure of having had most of the staff work on my nails and they always looks great. My regular tech, Lisa is an absolutely gem of a person I can’t say enough things about. She is so patience when I come in with no idea what I want done and usually has to pick for me. She always picks great. 10/10 recommend this nail salon

Best salon ever, I have been coming here for over a year and have never been disappointed. The girls are so kind and always help me pick something cute no matter what style I am going for. My nails last well over 3 weeks and the shellac always stays nicely. Lots of colours and gems to choose from and shows to watch on the tv. Everyone always asks me where I go for my nails and I always recommend everyone to come here!

Ok I hate to write a bad review but this is the truth I went for a fill it was the worst fill I habe ever had Shellac peeled in 24 hrs No biggie if everything else was perfect After inspection all sides of nails were not filled Nails were bumpy Within 36 hrs 3 nails cracked I will never return here This is what happens when u go somewhere else Beware there are way better salons in hamilton

Very disappointed. Made reservations in advance for my husband and I to get pedicures. We waited for 15 minutes before asking and they said it would be another 30 minutes and by looking at what was going on around us, it looked like it would be about 45 more minutes. Very disappointing- especially since we planned this for a long weekend. Waste of time. I do not recommend this place.

The ladies here are so sweet. They really care for their clients and do an amazing job every time! The prices are reasonable, the salon is quite spacious and clean. They have online booking which makes things more convenient. They really take care for the work they do and my nails always come out looking amazing!

They were welcoming and spoke great English sp communication was very easy. However, I've had a more relaxing and luxurious experience (hot stone massage for shellac pedicure) for the same price. Within a week, my acrylic shellac fingernails scratched and faded which was disapponting. Not worth the money I paid.

Booked an appointment to get two full sets done. Walked in early and waited a bit for our appointment (not a big deal). Jennifer apologized multiple times for another client messing up the schedule. She took time and skill to take care of us. Great service. Great skill+ We will be back!

Clean, professional and timely. My friends and I just wanted to chat while we got shellac done and the ladies who did our nails were happy to let us do our thing :) all our nails were done beautifully, shaped nicely, even though we all have shorter nails which are harder to work with.

Definitely recommended. I got acrylics today for a great price, look and feel amazing. Super talented and friendly staff. Also they had a women come in with a broken nail they had done last week. They put one on and painted it for nothing!! Never going to a different salon again.

They're absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Rose did a great job on my nails. She had a very positive attitude and was so patient with me for what I wanted with my nails. Nevertheless, they're flawless! Great customer service. I would highly recommend people to go.

I haven't had my nails done in awhile due to job restrictions but I'm finally able to. I am impressed with my service today. My nails are exactly what I asked for. The price was reasonable and they took their time doing my nails. I will definitely be returning

Went in today for the first time for nail extensions. Linda helped me, very nice experience. She was quick and it came out exactly how I wanted. Shape, colour etc. And all for a great price too :) I would recommend checking this place out.

Booked an appointment through their online booking software, received confirmation. They had no idea about the appointment and would not accommodate fitting my appointment in that I booked in ADVANCE.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. Lisa is amazing and when I go in with a picture of what I want done to my nails, I leave with exactly what I wanted every time. Highly recommend this salon!!

They do good work, but they need new chairs , I have been 3 times , I have never had gel nails lm going Thurs l hope there good , if not l wont go back . they do great bikini wax.
