So this little shop is hidden and tucked away behind the car wash but once you find them you won’t be going anywhere else. I’m been having problems with my car for the past couple of months and took it to two “respected” mechanics who ended up not taking the necessary time to diagnose my vehicle and tried to charge me upwards of 1000 dollars for repairs that weren’t even the problem. These other mechanics were just guessing at the problem and willing to charge as much money as they could for their guesswork until the problem was solved. I ended up taking to Dr Car Services and was warmly greeted by Cesar who was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did they take the time to properly diagnose my car but charged me WAY less than other quotes from various sources. My car was up and running in less than 2 days and after getting my car back it Ian running better than it has in 20000 miles. Finding this shop was a blessing and an end to a 2 month nightmare. I highly recommend this shop.

During our family vacation / road-trip to Arizona, our vehicle left us stranded due to a faulty sensor. While the local Ford dealerships gave us the run around and weren’t willing to help, the guys at Dr. Car Service were understanding of our situation and got the problem resolved very quickly! I bought a used car, so I took my car to them, and the fixed everything and asked me to do stuffs to prevent future issues. I trusted on them and I already had my car and no problems. I keep doing my maintenance with them every time. They are very honest with the parts that your car will need ($$). Other thing that I like too is the wait room, FREE WIFI, tv, coffee, nice couch , chocolate, mints, clean bathroom. Plus, they are bilingual (Spanish-English). I totally recommend this place, you will drive safer everyday! PD: if your car doesn’t start or there is something else going on, they go where you are and fix it!! How great is that?!

My water pump grenaded on the 101 going to Scottsdale , I was in need of a great auto shop and I got super lucky , "Dr.Car Services' was right off the 101 on cave creek road . They had the parts in stock , they worked with my warranty and it didnt cost me a dime to get it fixed plus a year warranty , they where done in a couple hours and was down the road ! They do tint, vinyl wraps detailing , off-road equipment and work on vintage vehicles , there's not much they dont do . Caesar and Danny are great to work with I will definitely be a return customer .

My car broke down in a carport after closing hours so I had to call them in the morning. It wouldn't start, no clue what was wrong with it. Got it towed here in the morning and within about 3 hours, they diagnosed it, fixed it, and got me back on the road. It needed a new fuel pump and now it runs beautifully! This is my first car and the first time it had broken down on me so I was very nervous about getting it fixed, but these guys were amazingly helpful and I had no doubts they would be able to figure it out. Definitely recommend them!

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIPOFF! THEY ARE VY FAR THE WORST AUTO REPAIR EXPIRENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I WENT IN FOR A REGULAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WHICH STILL NEVER GOT FIXED AFTER 5 DAYS OF WAITING FOR MY CAR. THEY STOLE 1200.00 DOLLARS FROM ME AFTER THEY SAID MULTUPULE TIMES IT WAS FIXED MY LIGHT CONTINUED TO COME ON SAME DAY I BROUGHT IT RIGHT BACK THEN THEY SAID THEY NEEDED A EXTRA 500.00 DOLLARS> I WAS BLOWN AWAY - AND ALL THIS RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! RUN FOR THE HILLS WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE I WOULD OF GAVE NO STARS IF I COULD.

They replaced the gas tank in my car for a reasonable cost and timely manner. I took my car back for a follow up because the check engine light came back on two days after I got it. I called them and they were more than happy to recheck the vehicle and re-diagnose it for me free of charge. They rechecked for evaporation leaks, made sure everything was good and were very professional and thorough. A pleasure to do business with!

This mechanic shop is great , very professional and fair prices. What he charges is definitely a discount for how good the service is. Very trustworthy. I have been around cars my whole life and i know a good mechanic service when i see one this is definitely a place i will always take my car for the future. Thank you for the great service

Wonderful experience, nice and easy with great prices. Walked in with no appointment and got my brakes changed for my Audi in less than 2 hours. Ride is so clean and smooth now thanks to these guys. Air conditioned wait room with water, restroom, and other amenities. 5 stars all across the board. The dealership was charging about 3x as more.

Great shop! I had my brake rotos/pads replaced and oil changed at a reasonable price. They were able to install the parts I purchased myself. Other shops I reached out to would not allow that. I was in and out quickly. They had a nice waiting area. They are kind of hidden behind a bar/restaurant, but definitely worth the search.

Went to the shop. They looked at my vehicle. They called me and told me I had a broken caliper and that the job would cost $700 to $800. Luckily I didn't have the money. My friend got me in touch with someone she uses, I did NOT have a broken caliper and the whole job cost me $180. So PLEASE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

This is an excellent & trusted car shop. Cesar & Daniel gave amazing service at a fair price. My car had many problems, and they were able to detect and fix it very quickly. This shop has now become my main car shop and will recommend all of my friends and family - Thank you Cesar! Well done!
