I am extremely impressed with the shoe selection and the accessory of selection. I am out of town from Texas and realized that I did not have my sparkly gold or silver clutch purse with me. I did a lot of Google searches and realized that I could not find anything that would match similar to what I had at home. What I had was a special order from China that was exceptional. And asking a shop attendant at the Metro breakfast lunch diner to advise me to go to forever 21. I realized that DSW may have the purse I needed. Although better purses are seasonal I feel like they have it year-round. They had multiple selections at least six different types. The store attendant which may have been a manager called me a shoe fanatic something of that nature. But I don't care what she called me she was super sweet. I thank God for her life she was very friendly. Very open. If I lived here I would go here more often. The store is awesome. Please stop by they have exactly what you need

I would give no stars if that were an option. I ordered a pair of shoes online and picked them up at the Clearwater location. When I picked them up, the box was torn and there was no wrapping on the shoes. The shoes also had a purple sale sticker on them. It looked as though they came from the sale rack…I took them back to the store and asked if I could have the sale price, since it was clearly a sale shoe (they gave me a shoe from the sale rack..), but the manager offered me $5.00 and said there wasn’t anything else she could do. She honestly didn’t even try. She didn’t apologize for my experience or anything. Melissa was the manager I spoke with. I’ve been shopping there for several years and have never run into anything like this before. The old manager was so much better in how she cared for the visitors. I will not be back and plan to call corporate. Don’t waste your money here!!

Customer service left a lot to be desired. They do not offer veteran discounts. Not even a thank you for your service was given. Then, we were asked if we wanted to join their rewards club and we said not at this time. The young lady offered to look in the system to see if she could find my name/information. I have a very common name and the young lady found someone with my name, however, she did not verify if she had the correct person. So I'm not sure if she added reward points to my account or someone else's. Great store,great selection, cashier needs customer service 101.

Lots of selection, especially female dress shoes. They also have a large selection of boots. If you're not signed up for their perks, the ladies walking around helping the customers will get you signed up. Signing up gives you a $10 off coupon, but you can't use it till the next day. Also, each pair of shoes you donate gives you 50 perks points. 100 perks points is $5 off coupon. Liz signed me up, and made sure I knew about all the perks and discounts. Great service. The girls there are very nice.

BAF BUSINESS There is never a discount when I need one. When I get one they are horrible. I spend a lot of money there. For my birthday I received a discount a whole $5 off one pair of $75 shoes. Wooopie!!!! NOT, It's a disappointment. I also bought another pair and since one had to be ordered online it was two transactions so she would not give me the discount on both. Then I get a $20 for my next visit and it will expire because I don't need it.

Came here to buy new running shoes and was asked a few times by the pleasant staff if I needed help. Prices are just well, okay, but when I went to check out and declined to give my email address the cashier changed his tune and was implicitly rude. I understand they are trained to ask and obtain email addresses and phone numbers but don't be upset when a high paying customer politely declines. I would not recommend this store.

DSW has a ton of choices for whatever you need. However, there are few available sizes. I think most of the shoes are too expensive. They show that the suggested price is one about and they are far below that price. I just feel that I could buy shoes almost anywhere for the DSW price. The clearance shoes are a great bargin though. The store is clean. The line can be long at times. But the associates are friendly.

Purchases are better made in - store than online. More often than not, I have to return online purchases because items were defective. The online website is cumbersome and one must wade through junk to find decent items. No free returns. This particular store is similar to the other DSWs - large, junk mixed with quality, and actual deals rare. Make sure to thoroughly inspect items before buying.

The staff is typically friendly and helpful. The wait to checkout was long but I think that was more due to difficult customers than slow staff. The clearance sale was impressive price wise but the selection wasn't very good. I do wear a popular size (7.5) but wasn't able to find anything. I've found that the HTC and Clay Terrace locations typically have a better selection.

Good selection, average prices, friendly staff. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that they don't accept returns on shoes if they've ever been worn (a policy that, to be fair, they post at every check out counter). It can be hard to know how a shoe will feel to wear all day just from a couple minutes in the store. I'll be finding somewhere else to buy shoes from now on.

We had been looking for a pair of shoes our grandaughter wanted for school. I tried DSW for the first time. A lady helped direct me to what we were looking for. Although they didn't have the right size they were able to order them and have them sent to our home with no shipping charges. We received the shoes 4 days later. Great experience.

Both adult and teenage workers didn’t help. Five workers sat at the counter and when asked for help they ignored us and did absolute nothing. We asked for a size up (that they didn’t have on the floor) and it took less than 5 minutes before they abandoned the search and sat behind the counter and didn’t notify us. Completely unhelpful.

While in this store (4619 E 82nd Street, Castleton IN) i accidentally left my DSW shopping bag that i had purchased years ago (and use a lot), and i was sad to lose it. A few weeks later i stopped in the store to ask about it & they had saved it! Oh my gosh! Fabulous customer service! Thank you to Sabrina & Patrick! Fabulous service!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I bought some boots that made my feet hurt and I paid with my debit card and they didn't want to return my money even though I had my purchase receipt I had to take their gift card without any option, don't come to this store the workers are rude especially the manager

Marginal offering for men's shoes at best. I went looking for men's dress shoes and found a assortment of shoes that lacked character, style and coordination. Man made rubber uppers are lame. Shiny leather befuddles me. What happened to Johnston & Murphy, Cole Hahn they use to make solid, classic shoes.

very good customer service. Had issue with a pair of shoes I just bought, it can happen, but they made me feel like it should never happen and replaced them immediately. This is exactly what would you expect from a company with such a reputation and this is very satisfying.

I enjoyed my shopping experience. I was greeted when I walked, within a couple minutes someone asked me if I needed help looking for something. She was very helpful. Person at the register also did a very good job helping to order the style and size I needed.

DSW was pretty busy, today. The line was about the same length, the entire time I was there (20 customers, with all registers open). Most other times I've been, it hasn't been that busy. Today must've just been the day to buy shoes!

Never really seem to have a lot of selection in 13 wide.... And the discounts seem to just be designed for some kind of club membership because the shoes I finally selected were not eligible for the discount.. So what's the point?

They moved this shoe store I looked for it early March could find it the other day GPS it from my phone found it and spend 12 dollars with them I probably would have spent more early March if I could have found it on my own

Been there almost 20 times over the years . I have been happy . I went there yesterday and couldn't find anything that I liked . Last time I was there the whole was different . that was maybe three months ago if that.

It's a hit and miss on finding that best buy. Visit often and you'll find that jem shoe that you didn't pay high dollar for. Also they have a great reward program. I love my 10 off coupons sent throughout the year.

Aisle upon aisle of similar products, proverbial Shoe-Wild Wild West. Worker gave hot pursuit, and tried yo go in for tge kill 3 times on 3 separate boots. Overall, dont go alone, and fend for yourself.

Very large selection of men's and women's shoes at discount prices. This is a self serve sort of place where you look for the shoes you and can try them on. My wife loves shoes. I need a wheelbarrow.

Great selection. I was so happy to find what I was looking for. I can typically get coupons so, the prices are good with a coupon. They also have a good selection of items on clearance.

Big selection just no common sizes..6-8. Checked online before driving there only to find none of the 3 items I was looking for were available, even though they were listed as in stock.
