"I accidentally ordered to the wrong store and arrived to the Willoughby location on Christmas Eve (probably their busiest day for them"
"Great range and customer service"
"The staff here are great, very informative and take an interest in learning about new products available"
"Shopped here today"
(not just this branch). They have a good range, but the prices just keep going up and they are now often the most expensive option. I've stopped buying from them except in emergencies. Although they say they price match, why bother? I just order from someone else who's cheaper. Even their member specials are hardly worth it.
I accidentally ordered to the wrong store and arrived to the Willoughby location on Christmas Eve (probably their busiest day for them.) Elliot went out of his way to amend my order and fix my mistake. He did not have to do this and they were super busy. Thank you Elliot for your friendly and polite customer service.
Great range and customer service. Parking is a nightmare at school times.....the school mums seem to use it as their personal parking zone and sit in their cars waiting for 3.15pm....kinda frustrating for actual customers wanting to shop at Dan's and the neighbouring shops
The staff here are great, very informative and take an interest in learning about new products available. Dan's have a massive range of everything so having staff who can give their own honest opinions and recommendations on products is a huge asset to this company
Shopped here today. The old man managing the till is very rude. He mixes up email addresses and mobile numbers and yet gives you an attitude for his mistakes by saying it's too difficult. Horrible customer service. I'll be heading back to liquorland for sure.
I walked into Dan Murphy’s Willoughby and needed 3 items. I described the sort of wine I like and the guy knew exactly what to suggest. I accepted his suggestions and bought the rose and the white…omg he was so spot on. He saved me time and money …
I would give this a 0 out of 5 if i could!!!. I was in the store on Tuesday last week (24th of August). I went in to the store expecting to have a pleasant experience but i had a terrible time with an employee called "Johnny". He was very
Steven and Ghee, managers are so knowledgeable about wine and spirits. It is always a pleasure to head into the store and chat about pairings with food or a new cocktail. All the staff are polite, the store is laid out well and the prices
Dan Murphy’s Willoughby has a great variety of spirits/wine/beer etc. I have always found the staff to be quiet helpful. I never have my loyalty card and it’s no big deal, unlike some places! Also very happy with their chilled stock! Can
Just got home from my Friday afternoon shop. As an aging member of the community I very much appreciated the helpful staff at Dan Murphy's today. I especially want to praise Angus for carrying my case of wine to my car. And Campbell who
Spent thousands of dollars at this store being a local, came into today and the staff were about to serve me and tall guy walked up and stopped the staff serving me at 7pm on the dot. He was extremely rude to me will not being go back.
Went here to redeem a gift card... There's nothing better than free grog ... Loved the staff here... Always ever so friendly... Helped me choose so I can get me bang for the buck.. great stock wines beers and spirits …
They did not have the wine that they normally stock that I buy there, but I found another brand that was similar. The gentleman at the check out seemed very happy at the time just before Xmas. The store is a popular place.
Not as large as the Alexandria or as well laid out or modern as the Double Bay store. But most of what you need is there. Decent range of craft beer. Good car park with plenty of spaces for a quick trip without the fuss.
Excellent North side liquor store. Great selection of wines. If you get a chance have a chat with Ghee, the store manager - he is knowledgeable, interesting and thoughtful. Oh, and the parking is easy out the back.
This is a large barn-like store. On the downside they didn't carry the Australian domestic beer I wanted as a gift. On the upside, the store assistant used his phone to lookup a local store who had what I needed.
Wow , disgusted with the condition of a $300 gift . First gave us the wrong box of someone else's items , then couldn't find it , then when we opened to present to our important clients it looked like this .
Range is OK for a chain store. Has all the usual big name liquor, but you may need to go independent if you're looking for something niche. Plenty of parking with trolleys to get your haul back to the car.
Explore a diverse selection of wines at this bottle shop, offering options for various budgets and preferences. The staff provides personalized recommendations, making it a go-to place for wine lovers
Convenient parking at rear. Staff plentiful and helpful. Minimal wait on check out. Very big range of wine beer and spirits. Trolleys make bulk purchases easy. Local and international brands.
Typical Dan Murphys with a great selection of alcohol. Staff were friendly but took a while before a staff member stopped talking to a colleague or friend and asked if I needed assistance.
This shop has a hidden section for french wine lovers, it has a collection of rare and vintage wines within a budget under $200 such as the 21 years old shiraz in the photo just for $99.
Lucky for me they still stock my favourites. Do not expect to get more than a dozen of any wine. If you like what I like then go tomorrow as I have cleaned them out. Overall very good.
The store manager Byron is very rude towards his customers. He refused me to buy anything from the shop for the reason that I touched wines at the tasting corner by myself.
Large selection for quite the small looking store. They've got all the more expensive whiskeys we don't have on the Coast. Ample amount of parking on three of four sides.
When the store opened many years ago, they had an impressive selection of beer. These days the beer selection is very poor if you are after some interesting beer.
Ordered a $1,000 bottle of Grange today. Turned up well after the 2 hour delivery window in a paper bag. Yes, a $1,000 bottle of Grange turned up in a paper bag.
Great place, the burgers were heavenly although the difference between the large fries and the medium is giant, so getting the large is DEFINITELY worth it.
Good selection of alcohol at a generally competitive price. Bargain bins often have interesting deals and click and collect as well as parking is speedy.
Fantastic service , great selection (other than not having moonshine) abd decent prices ...whenever I'm in the area I'm definitely stopping by ! …
Ordered click and collect. It was ready quickly and all in stock. No Sidewood pink sparkles, unfortunately. Great service and range.
The Alcohol Superstore! Well stocked liquor, alcohol, mixers. Ample parking and good service and support on required information.
Peter and the team are marvellous and the selection is second to none. Try the Blue Ribbon by Pabst....you won't regret it.
Store manager, i commend you for the excellent service & standard of product knowledge, your choice of staff display.
Despite being busy, staff assisted in locating what we were after promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Great customer service from the pommie boy with curly hair. 10/10 will be coming back on a daily basis.
Wide variety and selection on Beer, wine and spirits. Ample parking at the rear of the shop.
A small but good selection of Japanese plum wine and sake. Friendly and helpful staff.
Not so crowded like other inner city Dan Murphy's near train stations. Helpful staff.
Massive selection, friendly, helpful staff, reasonable prices. Decent parking too.
Easy enough to find what I was after. Plenty of parking at the rear.
Found that Casillero del Diablo Shiraz I was looking for.
After much searching they had the beer that I wanted.
Always well stocked and has plenty of good options
Easy to park and diversity of alcohol.
Helpful staff, good selections.
Great service , range and price
Good selection as always
