I came to this computer shop in july 2015 as recommended by JB hifi at miranda because their was a software issue I explained what the problem was and I left the laptop with them,then I get a call asking me to come to the shop which I did and they found the photo's and did a transfer to the new laptop then I recieved the account as being $500.00 which at the time I thought was ok,however recently I have bought new computers from reputable stores and being in conversation with these people and have mentioned my past experience and they were shocked to hear the cost,saying it was too high and I have now asked spiro geha for some sort of refund as I believe I was ripped off and don't like being taken for a ride which I believe he did,I have sent him a text message over the week-end and I am waiting for his response,but I would say to any prospective customers beware.

I have been going to Spiro at Datcom, Miranda for the past sixteen years for my computer needs. He has unfailingly helped me. This time was the best outcome I have received yet. My old computer completely died, so that they could not even open it. Somehow or other his brilliant technician saved everything from the old computer to my new one. Their prices for computers are very fair and they are unfailingly generous with their time to walk one through the learning experience. Very highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Dat com was able to save all my data and my half finished uni projects. Setting me up with good quality pc inwhich am able to finish my uni projects while saving my old pc. Saving me from loosing thousands of dollors in wasted hec fees and possibly my degree. Highly recommed datcom for all your IT needs.

These guys were a lifesaver. My laptop had been giving me issues for months and finally died. They saved all my personal files as well as the laptop. It would have taken me two weeks to figure out what they did in less than a day. For the service they provided they were very affordable. Would definitely use them again.

Awesome service as you'd expect from a local small business. It was a great experience to have the personal touch to deal with the business owner directly, have them call me to explain the problem and cost of repairs to my Mac before starting work. I recommend all my friends now.

Terrible customer service. You will struggle to get your item back. Rude man , don’t know how he gets business. I would never go again or recommended. The worst customer experience I have ever had
