What can I say about Deans Auto Body Works. I truly do not believe that a word or words exist to adequately describe them. The closest I get is AWESOME !!! Their workmanship is of an unbelievable high standard. I just picked my Polo up, and I honestly did not recognise her. I literally had to check the number plate before I realised that she was in fact mine. I will recommend Deans to ANYONE without the slightest hesitation . Thank you Deans fir the superb body work you did on my baby. But I cannot stop here without giving special mention of Greg. What a fantastic person. He is helpful, friendly and went the extra 10 miles for me. He is an amazing person and takes the meaning of customer service to a whole new level. A level I haven't seen in the last 20+ years. My 2003 Honda Jazz had to be repaired after a minor accident. The service and outcome were awesome: Communication all along was great. Greg opened up early to receive my car before work. They finished the job a day earlier than promised. I was loaned a car free of charge and to top it all they did some extras unrelated to the actual damage, like spraypainting my mirrors where the paint was coming off and polishing my milky headlights. They serviced the lock of my hatch and everything is working perfectly. There is a lifetime warranty on spraywork and a 3 year warranty on repairs. My car feels brand new and their good service and quality workmanship were like balsam for my soul. Thank you!

Man this place is phenomenal car went in for new side mirror and driver side window the also fixed without being asked - 2 lights that were loose and polished both headlights. Their attention to detail is astounding and their work is the best I've ever seen and they finished the car a wholecday earlier then I get a call ... Sir you car is finished someone is on the way to fetch you so you can collect your car. I was shocked .... all round excellence and communication. A panel beater definitely a cut above the rest a d highly highly recommended - btw the car was washed before collection - pity I can't give 10 *

I decided to return Dean's Auto Body Works after receiving fantastic service from them in the past with accident related damage. I need a bit of rust repairs done on the roof of my Honda. I stopped by the workshop quickly to ask for a quote - simply to be told (without a greeting or anything) that they don't do rust repairs - and then the guy simply walking away. This really is disappointing.
