Wow, what a gem! Newly opened in Hillcrest, I arrived at the shop after they had closed for the day on a public holiday. They very sweetly opened up again for me and made me feel very welcome to browse their lovely products. This is a bakery with a difference. There is a number of ready to eat treats, great coffee, and loads of frozen goods - rolls, croissants, muffin mixes, cupcake mixes and more. This serves my lifestyle wonderfully, being able to easily bake goods at home when i need them. I tried the bagels last night, and they were easy to work with and delicious! The instructions are written clearly on the packet. Works like a dream, and makes catering for any amount of people super easy and cost effective. Thank you Deeghuys!

This is a specialty shop catering for the community with their excellent products. Their bulk items are prebaked goods that can be taken home and prepared at your own convenience. We took some chocolate croissants and made them in an air fryer and they were delicious. Please visit them to experience this unique concept.

I have been buying from Deeghuys for months and always had such a great experience. The service is great, the staff are friendly and the food is always amazing. I have to mention that your chocolate filled croissants are AMAZING!! Keep up the good work.

I bought chocolate croissants - they did not rise. At all. After 6 hours I baked them and it's just a gluey, gooey, greasy mess. Had to toss it out. Total waste of money. Tried them about a year ago and they were good, so something changed in the mix

Very disappointed with the chicken spring rolls, had more vegetables and maybe 4 tiny specs of chicken. Went to Deeghuys especially for them and it was a wasted trip. On the label says Tongs Emporio,seems that is your supplier.

Bought Cornish pastry no meat just carrot and a thick gravy like glue that tastes disgusting and they more in price than the steak and kidney . This is a photo of the inside of a Cornish pastry

We had very tasty croissants and gluten-free garlic bread as part of our Easter Sunday brunch. Big variety of pies, pastries, pizzas, frozen desserts and ready-made meals to choose from.

Just had spinach and cream cheese and steak and kidney pies. Dreadful! Dry fillings and inedible pastry. Used kitchen scissors to remove crust. Didn't improve it. Gave mine to our dog.

Amazing collection of frozen raw buns, pies, crousants, etc keep in your freezer, take them out let them rise and bake for 18 minute and then yummy

Have always been a fan. Wish they would go back to selling more sizes of the ready made sponge cakes and the ready made cupcakes.
