Wonderful little convenience store that caters to your late night snack cravings as well as food staples like eggs cottage cheese meats and frozen foods. There were even times I found common household cleaning items like Ajax that Walgreens further away from here didn't carry! If it's late in the evening and you forgot to stock up on a particular grocery item earlier in the day; it's more than likely Delaware food will have it in stock. Honestly I come here when I'm low on ice cream and they carry so many premium brands like talenti Gelato and a local favorite-- Homer's Ice cream. Super friendly staff here. They welcome all their customers with a huge smile and funny sense of humor. In the dead of winter this little grocery store can be a Godsend. In the biting cold you won't have to walk far if you need cookies or a pasta meal. Any ingredient you need from breakfast, lunch and dinner will all be here Cheers

Lifesaver! Store most likely has what you need with their huge array of products. They have one of the biggest liquor selections in the area. Super friendly and quick service. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they will order it and continuously restock it for you. With Walgreens being the only drugstore nearby, I find myself having to run here every other day for something instead because they actually carry or have it in stock rather than walgreens. It’s a little hidden with it being located downstairs and prices are slightly higher because of the area, but still worth it.

At 1145 they refused service. Went to Walgreens and got what I wanted for significantly less. You lost business guys. Change your close time if you aren’t actually open til midnight. Wasted my time and lost a customer that comes in very frequently. Your prices are already way above market, even for the area. Saved 9 dollars going to Walgreens. I come here to support local business. But if you have less customer service skills than the associate at Walgreens; you’re not going to make it much longer. Nice business move.

Perfect location from The Drake to stock up on whiskey, wine and snacks. They have a varied selection of libations to fit all budgets. There is also a good selection of household goods and perishables for condo residents in this neighborhood. And, oh, don’t forget Powerball and Mega Millions. I thought I would change my luck from FL to IL, but, per usual, I made a donation to the state coffers. The clerk was very personable and the store hours were good.

it’s a corner store. not whole foods, liquor store or drugstore. if you want those types of items, be prepared to spend extra for the convenience of not having to go there. i’m grateful to pay extra to have what i need 2 mins from my house. lovely people working who are friendly and welcoming. love the ice cream selection and that they have a few non alcoholic drink options

This place is awesome!! They guys here are super friendly, and helpful! This store has just about anything you could need! Right across from the hotel! I’d prefer to go here just because of the friendly staff, than walk a mile or whatever to a bigger chain store! Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome, and made my babies happy!! 10 stars all day long!

Being that it was my first time in Chicago and I'm not familiar with the area, this place seemed a LITTLE sketchy. But, it's a convenience store. What else do you expect? It's in a good part of town and near hotels which is really helpful. You can get anything you need here, whether it's food, drinks, care products, they really have it all.

Terrible prices they are literally price Gauging I am so mad that I talk to someone from consumer report that way they can pay them a visit, because I will fallow up to get it done because this is not ok. Some items do not reflect the price not to mention they give you a phony receipt where you can’t even figure out how much you are paying…

Great convenient location for a neighborhood Bodega. As expected, prices are steep, but you can find pretty much anything you could ever think of in this location. It has a scattered layout but make sure you check all the nooks and crannies for souvenirs, Necessities, Sundries, anything you might need the most likely have it :-)

This place is a gem! Prices are higher than normal, But given their location, I understand. They have a great selection of food and drink. We stayed at the Hilton Mag Mile. Literally right across the street. Super nice customer service. If you are on a budget, go somewhere else, but so worth the visit. Thank you!!!

  • Juha Vikeväinen

Highly over priced. They have a good selection but prices kills benefits. Exmple: one apple was 1.49$+taxes. You get recept where is total ammount. No info seperatly by items in it. When your in trouble you can pay those prices. After visit you feel that they robbed you with those prices.

DO NOT BUY HERE, everything is overpriced, after I confronted the owner about a bottle of wine that I know the price (NYC price) usually $16-$17 I was charged $25!!! And he knew I was right and another couple in the line agreed with me that everything is overpriced. What a rip off

Simply amazing and super friendly environment.!! I am glad I don’t have to go far to buy items for anything! They provide each and everything! Mike showed me his wine collection and I was surprised.!! He is super friendly and he would make sure you will get the best wine.!!

Loyal customer of my neighborhood grocer. Surprisingly nice selection for main non-perishable grocery needs. Little produce and no deli or salad bar. Great liquor selection albeit on the pricey side. Can't say enough about the convenience and the friendliness of the staff!

  • Mary Pence

There aren't many choices when it comes to groceries, and they have a surprising selection, plus salads & quick bites. A good selection of wine & other alcoholic beverages as well. Prices were a bit high as you would expect for the area, but lower than I expected.

  • Jessica Irish

I searched on Google maps for somewhere to get reasonably priced beer and liquor downtown. Located a block off Michigan Avenue, this underground store was a great find. Of note, this is down some stairs with no outside signage. Ask a local if you can't find

  • Carl O'Neil

If you want it, they have it! Prices are a little steep but I’m sure their rent is too! Good people running the place. I wish they had a small Indian food take out available. Amazing alcohol selection. Great location!

  • Cindy Inberg

Felt like a hidden gem in a world that commands top dollar for anything you buy. A small convenience store that has anything you need for a reasonable price. Decent establishment treating people decently. Thank you.

  • Dumpiator Rowdy

Very good selection of wine, beer and liquor. The store is like a super market, I can find anything I want there. I mostly go there for liquor but end up buying other things too. Staff is very nice and friendly.

  • Endri S

Very pricey. I have never seen prices so high anywhere in the country in a convenience store. You're better off eating in a restaurant. Prices are 5 to 10 times more expensive than they buy them for.

  • Ruchi Shah

They have all kinds of selections there. Mostly anything I want, I can find it there. Very convenient. They also have a free delivery service and they deliver stuff to you pretty quick. Very pleased.

  • S D

Good convenient store on magnificent mile, bit overpriced but fresh deli food, chicken salad sandwich is one to save the day.Only if they could have frozen raw chicken. Open late.

  • Vaibhavi Video

  • Spencer

Most over-priced wine I’ve seen in the city. I bought a bottle at Whole Foods for $14.99 when this place had it on the shelf for $23.99! Don’t waste your money people

  • Eric Roland

A great find in the middle of the city for a frequent traveler that wants a few snacks or a nice bottle of wine / liquor for your room after a long day of work.

  • Marissa Guillen

Hard to find (basement level, with internal entrance on the cross street). Wines might be arranged by brand, if there is an organizational plan at all.

  • Amy Herz

Great selection and the owner Mike will always help with suggestions if you need one! My favorite place to buy alcohol in the city

  • Shawn C (Shawn)
