Dr. Rina herself was amazing - she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and understandable way. She was also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning process. The office was clean and modern, with the latest equipment and technology. The staff was very efficient and everything ran smoothly. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of care provided by everyone at the office. Overall, I had a great experience at Dr. Rina's dental office and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. There are so much great things I could say about the dental clinic of Dr. Rina M. Kotecha and her wonderful staff. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. I had gone into this clinic for a filling on a sensitive molar, to be candid I was very apprehensive prior to my appointment. However, due Dr Rina Professionalism, courteous, and friendly approach in answering my question before the procedure; I was very comfortable afterwards because I knew I was in good hands. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding, from the receptionist, the dental assistant, may say the dental hygienist got such a wonderful skill in cleaning your teeth, to make it look pristine. Last but not the least the office manager Juvy makes you feel right at home. My visits to the clinic have always been great, smooth experience and definitely recommend.

My wife and I left this clinic due to several unpleasant experiences. Here are some of the unsatisfactory instances... They recommended that my wife should have a procedure done and it was expensive. I asked if I can pay this on installment. They agreed. However, after they started the procedure, I was told that I had to pay in full. That was around $2,000 out of pocket for me. Had I been told that I had to pay in full, I would have said "No" because it was not a necessary procedure. My wife was told that she needed something to correct her teeth grinding. My wife does not grind her teeth at night! Another time, we were asked to purchase an electric toothbrush and we did. Later, we found out that we could've bought the electric toothbrush elsewhere at a much lower price.

The moment I walked in I could feel positivity all around me. Janet the hygienist is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and through when it comes to cleaning. Moreover , she is very friendly. The front staff and the manager are extremely nice. Noor always greets the patients with a big, generous smile. Juvy is extremely helpful. She explained everything very patiently. Furthermore, there is always joy and laughter around her. Dr. RINA is one of the nicest person I have met. She is knowledgeable, very quick and extremely efficient when it comes to Dentistry. My teeth and gums feel so much healthier since when I first walked in. All in all, I can't recommend dentistry on 10 enough. PEOPLE FROM GTA, DONT THINK TWICE. NO MATTER WHAT THE TRAVEL TIME, IT IS SOO WORTH IT.

As soon as my mom and I walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Noor at the front desk. She was extremely kind and explained everything I needed to do leaving me with no questions! Karen took care of my appointment and was super caring and sweet, she made sure that I had everything I needed and that everything went smooth in the operating room. After that, Juvy assisted my mom and I financially, sorting out what I needed for our next appointment and mentored us on our next steps for my teeth. She’s super funny and extremely kind. If you want a place that makes you feel welcomed and heard. This is definitely the place to go!

I have had 3 separate visits now, 2 for cleanings and one for a filling and they have all been wonderful. The girls at the front desk remember you and don’t make you feel like just another client. The dental hygienists are so gentle with their cleanings and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Rina is one of the kindest people that I have ever met with a very sweet sense of humour. I am very nervous at the dentist but she made me so comfortable in that chair. She was quick but thorough doing the fillings and she did a wonderful job reshaping my front tooth that was damaged by a cavity. 11/10 would recommend.

I've been a patient at Dentistry at 10 for a couple of years now. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I met Dr. Rina over a zoom call during the pandemic, and she quickly made accommodations to have my issue dealt with as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I ended up needing a dental implant and Dr.Rina did an amazing job with the procedure and comfortably guided me through this process of several months. I can always get a response back from Dr.Rina and she is also very willing to explain and share information about any questions or concerns I may have. Wonderful people, wonderful service.

The most thoughtful staff. They celebrated a patient’s birthday with cake and surprised him with a denture. He had been without teeth for 10 years. Seeing the joy on his face was so heartwarming. The whole office was in tears when this patient described how he felt at that moment. It was a treat to watch him light up as the office sang him happy birthday. Well done Dentistry on 10. Worst dentist I have ever been to, it’s only business for them, no treatment given on the day I went, they told me to come the next day for treatment but they charged me for things they did not even do. Moreover, the hygienist hurt me during the xray, and ever since I have a sore on my palate because of that.
