To say this company goes above and beyond would be an understatement. On Sunday, my grandfather was passing away and we were trying to get my wheelchair bound grandmother there in time to visit him. We called all over and no one could help us in our time of need. Roger and his team sprung into action after I called and flew down to pick up my grandma and me, to get her to the hospital in time to say goodbye to the love of her life, her husband of over 50 years. This past Tuesday was the funeral. They picked up my grandmother, brought her to the funeral, then waiting outside for the service to conclude. Thank you again for the incredible act of kindness, or as we say in the Jewish faith, thank you for the mitzvah and being there for my grandma and our family. Great communication, great pricing and the service is unlike any we’ve ever had. Thank you is too mild a term for what you did for our family. We are eternally grateful <3

We used Dependable to transport my dad on the day of my mom's funeral. There were several pickups and drop offs between the hospital, the church, and the post funeral reception. Dependable was there exactly when they said they would be, they were very kind and very friendly, and took very good care of my dad. It was a very stressful day and Dependable gave us one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much.

I called 3 hours in advance to book a wheelchair taxi for an appointment at HSC. The person that answered said it was no problem. They did not show up, and when I called them, they said they would be there in 5 minutes. I called again, when no taxi appeared, and they said it would be another 45. I had missed my appointment by this time. No apology.

The drivers, Ken and Tony, were on time, polite, supported my Mom in a gentle manner and are good drivers. The only drawback was they didn't have a debit machine which I had been told they had. Ken wrote down my Card number and said they would later charge the ride. Tony had to be paid in cash

I reached out to this company with a very last-minute request and they replied to me immediately and were able to accommodate. All communication was prompt, ride showed up on time, and driver was professional and courteous. Will definitely be using this service again in the future!

Our driver, Kevin, was on time, friendly, accommodating and flexible. He made the transportation to our special event memorable and enjoyable. So nice to be able to travel with my mom in her wheelchair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. The price is reasonable.

This gentlemen was so amazing. He could not help me due to scheduling issues but he worked very hard to find me another driver from a different service to help me out. He was so kind and patient with me...I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
