I have used this storage facility for more thsn 10 years and the current manager, Jenna, is the best. There has never been a time when any questions were not addressed quickly and efficiently. The property is well maintained, secured and clean. Equipment is in good working condition, such as the gate and security cameras. I can say without a doubt, Jenna has been the most helpful, pleasant, caring manager I have every known. I would never consider using any other storage Company. I never have a concern about the safety of my units or contents.Thanks for consistent excellent service!

My experience with east fort worth bargain storage was great. Great customer service from "Jenna." Every single time I had an issue...she helped me out every single time. She works with you and is very understanding. If I could recommend this storage to anyone i would highly recommend Jenna to assist with any of your customer service needs. No one else. My first experience with bargain storage was pleasant, informative and it was what a rental experience should be.the manager Jenna is a prime example of what a first class rental agent should be.She was pleasant and very professional.the facility itself was very clean and well maintained and secured. surveillance cameras everywhere.i have used several storage facility all over the metroplex and this is the best in fort worth. bar none.. wish i had found this place sooner. ill give bargain storage 2 thumbs up....

Ease of reserving the unit and completing "move-in" paperwork online. Additionally, we called the location twice prior to committing to ask questions and the phone was answered promptly and politely by Ron. On move-in day we met Mia and she walked us to our unit and offered to answer any questions. Both Ron and Mia seem eager to help and exhibited great customer service. The facility itself was clean and seems well cared for. We've only been customers a couple of days but so far it has been a good experience.

Raul has been always going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. He is very friendly and professional. I have had the best experience with Fort Worth Bargain storage and I have had many. I came over from extra space storage and the price is a lot better. I also have two other storages currently. As soon as I get time, I will move them to here. Raul even helped me when I lost my storage keys. He found someone who cut the lock off. I really appreciate the customer service. Thanks Fort Worth Bargain Storage.

I recently had my water heater flood my home, needless to say I needed somewhere to store my belongings. I walked into the nearest storage facility near my home, and what a gem I stubbled upon. They great customer service and was able to walk me through the storaging process. Needless to say I was very pleased with my services and the facility was well protected and clean. I am one truly satisfied customer...oh and did U mention great pricing for the space rented.

I’ve had interactions with James, Diana, and Charoy and they all are extremely pleasant to deal with. They have very good attitudes and it’s easy to communicate with them all. We’ve been renting this space for about 10 years and Devon staff has been the best yet. Whenever there has been a problem with our space Diana has been extremely helpful with resolving it. Charles and Mia are amazing, they go above and beyond for everyone.The experience was nothing but passion and care for the both of them. East Fort Worth Bargain storage has been one of the best experiences. Good customer service , excellent when it comes to getting things done. The ground manager Raul has done a excellent job keeping the property up and making sure we as renters are well taken care of I want to say thank you for being exactly what one needs to feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of.

The site manager Raul describes the different unit sizes and payment options in a friendly, easy to understand way. He was also knowledgeable of the overall business operations, different locations in the metroplex and the improvements made to this location such as upgrades to security and lighting. They have pro rated payment options that includes free months just ask!

Amazing customer service. Property is clean and kept. Rates are very affordable. If I ever need a storage again I will definately choose one of these locations. I highly recommend Bargain Storage. Very clean storage unit. The man who signed us up was kind and courteous. Made me feel at home and that my things would be safe. Provided me with the perfect size units to meet my needs. He was very accommodating. I like the fact that they have video cameras from every angle so you know who is there at any time of the day. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure.

Prices are very reasonable. Mgmt is courteous, reliable & able to answer all questions. They had units available & able to meet my needs everytime I needed them. Only downfall is I can't access my storage after 8pm. That is too early in the evenings.
