I love the food this company delivers. I've been with them for years and it is still one of the only companies that is able to cater to specific dietary requirements such as gluten free, dairy free or diabetic etc... It provides food for all occasions: from impress your guests food catering to weight loss diets (including a 5:2 option and a detox option). The food is so fresh. You'll be won over as soon as you lay eyes on the fresh, plump, vacuum sealed salmon steaks. It's real food you can see and decipher unlike other prepackaged diet/food delivery companies. The only draw back is that I've been getting the detox diet intermittently for years and the menu hasn't changed much so I'm a little bit over the tuna risotto or the tomato based bean dishes for instance - but that's just my tired taste buds. But on the plus side, they have introduced a second 5 day and 10 day detox menu which provides for a bit more variety. And you can expect to lose a couple of kilos on that alone. So, all in all, it's more expensive than its competitors but the quality is so much better. There are also no contracts with Dietlicious which is a great thing. Perhaps they could benefit from introducing a contract system where you get a discount for committing to a longer period whilst still leaving the regular price for those who want to come and go as they please. If it was a little cheaper I'd probably just live on it for ever :)

I have been using Dietlicious for several years now. I have previously tried many different meal delivery services, but always thought Dietlicious was by far the best tasting meals. I love the quality and flavour of the meals with their delicious herbs and spices that are cooked so well. I especially enjoy the fresh salads. The food is very thoughtfully prepared. I like how the components are individually vacuum sealed and separated in the salad. For some of the other meals such as the meat or fish or vegetables are vacuumed sealed as well. I can easily recycle the plastic packaging that the meals come in. I also like how the fresh salmon is raw so I can cook it to my desired liking. The meals that are frozen are of great quality and they are frozen to keep the freshness of the meals. I highly recommend Dietlicious because they deliver gourmet tasting food that is good for you and convenient when you don't want to meal prep and cook. They offer cleanses to help reset your body and you feel satisfied and not starved when on them. Then there are progressive meal plans that suit your caloric needs to help maintain your healthy diet. There are many choices for vegans, vegetarians and people that need to eat gluten free.

I am extremely upset that my weekly order did not arrive today. I have been very strict on this diet & this has let me down. I paid for my order a week ago & received confirmation it would arrive today..... but absolutely nothing - not even a phone call or email. Tried to call & guess what? Their office is closed for the weekend! Cant even contact anyone. I will now have to go to the shops tomorrow & but more keto food, despite already having spent $208 on my weekly Dietlicious order. Really appalling service. They have lost my business which is a shame as I enjoyed the food. However, unreliability is a deal breaker for me so I will be switching to someone else. I recommend Foober or MyMuscle chef as they were both very reliable. Do yourself a favour & give Dietlicious a miss!

Have been ordering for 10 months. Received salad on 7 March with massive bug hidden inside. Emailed them to let them know. No response. Received request for feedback on order delivered so I let them know. No apology just request on where I had put this review on their website - I hadn’t, I thought they would like to know by private email so as to let their kitchen know for future. I let them know this and asked if they wanted me to put this review up. They replied with could I forward the email so that they can “investigate this issue thoroughly” - once again no apology or acknowledgement of bug in salad. So their food is good, their delivery is wonderful but don’t expect customer service to be friendly or helpful. I will not be ordering again due to this experience.

Been ordering since 2021. Majority of them are super tasty! Some doesn’t go well with my tastebud - but really I think it’s preference and just something personal which is no biggie! Still love it! One thing I’d like to comment about is: Andrew! He delivers my meals and is such a nice and loving man. I feel his warmth and kindness every time he delivers my meals. Its the little things that matters and its so nice to know that dietlicious hires people like Andrew. We need more people like Andrew in this world. ❤️

I am glad to have found Dietlicious! I have found their food to be delicious and healthy. I have tried other similar service, however, it didn’t have many vegetarian and pescatarian options, however Dietlicious offers many tasty veggie/seafood options which I’m happy about. I have started using them for over two months now and just placed another order and will continue to do so. I can highly recommend Dietlicious to anyone who is looking for a delicious and nutritious home delivered meals.

I love dietlicious! And highly recommend. I ordered the 10 day cleanse and was impressed with the deliciousness of each meal. I am a breastfeeding mother of two babies and don’t have time or energy to make quality meals for myself. This has been the perfect solution and it helps with maintaining or loosing the extra pounds from pregnancy. I will be continuing to be a costumer and recommend the 10 day cleanse for women on the go needing a calorie controlled, delicious, convenient meal plan.

Fantastic food! Ingredients are very fresh, neat and well packed. Calorie are clearly marked on the package. I quite enjoy the meal and without feeling any guilty. The most important thing is that it saves me lots of time on shopping and cooking. I love it. Just a piece of small advice. Although instruction is clear on every package, if a new customer can get a brochure, then they won't get lost with so many containers and small bags. PS. I ordered a meal plan.

The flavours are amazing, you will feel satisfied after eating their meals. Their meals are so well prepared. I did the Cleanse program because I wanted to reset and also was done with cooking. It was a nice break from cooking most days. You will need to check what days they deliver to your suburb as they don't deliver everyday. I also emailed them to change the meals out and they were quick to respond.

My husband and I have been using the Dietlicious food service on and off for around a year and it has been a brilliant service to have on hand especially when there has been illness or we have been so incredibly busy it is good to have a nourishing tasty meal on hand in the freezer which means we don't have to order take away food. We would thoroughly recommend using Dietlicious Food Service.

We order individual meals and snacks every week, one of us is diabetic type 2. Both have lost weight, never hungry as meals are satisfying and delicious much better than other similar services we've tried. Highly recommend Dietlicious if you're on the hunt for a reliable meal delivery service especially if you've special dietary requirements

Love Dietlicious! Since my first order a year ago my husband and I, both lovers of fine food, have enjoyed every gluten free Dietlicious meal we've tried, and been impressed with the consistently high quality. I do like to cook, but after fifty plus years of preparing meals for others, it's so nice to have regular breaks.

Arrived within estimated time frame. Kept cold with dry ice. The salad came fresh. But everything else was frozen. Wasn't expecting much, but the salad was quire fresh and the items I've had so far fairly tasty. Only critism so far is the servings are quite small for the price. Need two serves to be full

Have used this company a few times and recently saw they have changed ingredients in some products. Sent an email and no reply. Followed up with another email and still no reply. I’ll be using another company that responds from now on. Disappointing as their meals were good (before ingredient changes).

I love Dietlicious! The food is high quality and tasty - no sad frozen meals here. Very fresh, filling and have a home-cooked feel. It is a bit more expensive than other meal services but it is worth it to enjoy your meals. My only gripe is that delivery is a bit high but otherwise highly recommended!

Fantastic food. Dietlicious is not cheap, but you get what you pay for - great variety of meals, quality ingredients, fresh as well as frozen dishes. Best of all it’s carb / keto / calorie / portion controlled which means I don’t have to think about a thing. Highly recommended.

Used to order every week, and I would continue if they stopped removing my favourite meals all the time, the last one to disappear is the ocean trout. You need to change up your menu its been the same for so long that its hard to keep using.

Healthy food, this place has the delicious salad, whether you dine in or take-out the amount are the same, unlike in other resto. I love this place is cozy and the staff have a great customer service.
